Cette table d'hôtes est une magnifique découverte ! Le menu a été parfait de l'entrée au dessert. Aussi beau que bon. Le service était également excellent !

It is not possible to move the dates despite having free rooms on the new requested date (so not used anyway) and despite the amount already paid. Too bad, 0 flexibility, no gain for anyone. Result: a dissatisfied customer and no additional benefit for the hotel, another intelligent hotelier...... difficult to give a good rating.
