On this first day of hunting at the Port restaurant, we were 5 people and had an excellent time, both the welcome and the service and the food. Very good value for money price to be raised because it is becoming rare!!! Bright place with lovely view of the lake and the garden. We highly recommend this establishment, already renowned for its excellent perch fillets and... hunting of course... among other things because the menu is very pretty

We came here again for dinner yesterday - with a reservation. Everything 1A. The perches taste great! The service was very attentive, multilingual and humorous. Because this summer never seems to end, you could even sit on the unique terrace (October 5th!). Fantastic and really recommended. Thank you!

Very cozy restaurant with great food in a great atmosphere and friendly service. Beautifully located almost directly on the lake with enough parking spaces. The pier for the scheduled ships is also right there.

Didn’t even had the chance to have an experience. Ok, kitchen closes on a Saturday at 13:30 (😯) , but staff is so unfriendly and are not minimally interested in keeping you there for anything else. The lady told us, having two hungry kids, that they only had desert and drinks, and turned her back on us and left. Not even waiting to know if we would decide to get a table or not. Stunning place with impolite and ignorant staff.

Superb shaded terrace, excellent perch fillets and friendly waitresses. It’s a shame that the Hugo Spritzes are so small and, with a bill of over 370.- for 4, it’s a shame that we were charged 5.- for 2 carafes of water, one of which we hadn’t ordered!

Just the best perch fillets I have ever eaten. They are cooked to perfection. I didn't feel any stops. The fries are perfect too. The service was top notch, friendly and efficient. In summer there is a superb terrace with a view of the lake. If you want to enjoy it in the evening, it's better to bring a little sweater. The "mountain" makes the sun "set" a little faster and there may be a little draft coming from the lake. There is a fairly large parking lot. I advise you to book in advance. I had a great time there and I highly recommend this restaurant if you like perch fillets.

No space, even with a resevation attempt. A pity.

We were in the restaurant for the 4th time today and each time we are served extremely courteously and lovingly with the finest dishes. Our wishes are fully catered for and every visit is made into an experience! Everything wonderful and wonderful! We feel at home and very comfortable with Magdalena, Christina and everyone else. Also a big compliment and thank you to the kitchen and to everyone. We are already looking forward to the next visit!

We were there on Sunday afternoon. The service staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was great and extremely tasty, they responded to our wishes. We will be back.

It's great, I'll be back. Ideal for fish just good and outside under the trees just great. But my tip is to always RESERVE. It's well attended because it's top notch. Thanks for everything, see you again soon at the fish dinner

1 friend surprised me, and I was not disappointed. SUPER the boss's fashionable perch fillets! Too good. The impeccable service, and the Atmosphere, with a view of the lake, very good weather, have this believed in Holiday. I would come back with my family, and have reservations.

I stopped here spontaneously yesterday when I saw the beautiful terrace with an equally beautiful view while driving past. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't all that nice. The waitress didn't seem too happy about my spontaneous visit. She seemed quite annoyed, very cold and stressed in her tone, as if she had neither the desire nor the mood to "waste" her time with me. The food was served relatively quickly and was also very good. The feeling conveyed of not being welcome was dominant during my stay. It is exactly this feeling that will prevent me from recommending it to family and friends and from ever returning to this restaurant myself. I'd rather put my money where I'm welcome.

Saturday evening, April 29th, 2023 at 1915 p.m. I wanted to have dinner alone on the terrace, I didn't have a reservation. The service lady said they were fully booked. Around 30 (!) places were still free. A second lady appeared 'we can't accept anyone anymore'! A third lady, probably the boss, 'you can have a drink, but the kitchen is at its capacity limit, we can't cook anything anymore, not even something small'! I left this establishment slightly sour and will not go there again.

Magnificent meal as always, the salads in addition to the menu too bad! and above all billed for a carafe of water at 2.50 out of a total amount of fr 354.- for four people!!! I find this scandalous and a real shame.

Our second time in this idyllic place! We went there as a couple and we were greedy enough to request 3 perch dishes including 2 starters (130gr) and a plate (200gr) in order to taste the different ways of serving these succulent fish. All for more than reasonable prices 🤌🏼 We will come back for sure 😍

After a stressed answer from the boss that everything on the terrace was reserved and a subsequent question as to whether there was still space in the dining room and were again rejected quite emphatically, we walked back to Praz! We were warmly welcomed there; The perch fillets were also super tasty and 5 francs cheaper!!!

Luckily our table was reserved so we could enjoy the beautiful view. The staff was very accommodating and looked after us in German and French, which was no problem. The prices are apparently adapted to Swiss conditions, for me they are more in the upper half. There are only 4 stars for the thin fries, which were really just average. But the rest tasted good.

Whether it's the perch fillet, the asparagus ravioli or the filet mignon, everything is succulent, a real delight, all enhanced by a charming terrace to which is added the breathtaking view of the lake. Restaurant that I can only recommend for the warm welcome from the owner and the very friendly and helpful staff, multilingual and always with a smile, impeccable service. A visit to the restaurant can be enhanced with a tour of Lake Murten, the pier is a few meters away.

Great view, prices are OK, it's a shame the table has to be reserved very early. Not good for spontaneous visits, as there is almost no space left and that at midday.

Superb perch fillets with wild garlic and asparagus salad. Excellent Vully wines. Too bad the dessert!!! Strawberries from the region but without much taste and a little expensive for a cut.... What happiness to have been able to eat on the Terrace.

Sorry, but that doesn't work at all. My water was served to me today in a very worn glass. It looked like it had already been put in the dishwasher 1,000 times. I wouldn't even put something like that in my guests' private areas. I also expect impeccable dishes and no dental glasses from a Gilde restaurant.

No time for the guests. Not recommendable! Thank you for your quick response. We would be happy to describe our experience to you. Yesterday we were assigned a free table on the terrace. We wore masks and our hands were also disinfected. So we installed ourselves, assuming we would be served. But far from it. A young, tall waiter cleared tables, looked at us and continued without comment. No reaction, nothing. He ran back into the kitchen, stayed there, came out again and again we were punished for ignoring him. Very unfortunate. Then it got too much for us, after about 15 minutes. Hungry and extremely thirsty, we rushed to another restaurant. Generally speaking, we didn't feel welcome on your terrace, which led us to give this feedback. The Covid19 protection concept, however, was flawless. Best regards Andreas Stotzer
