I've been coming here for years and, as a Cordon Bleu fan, I always have to say that Enzo (Frieden Wallisellen) has the best Cordon Bleu in German-speaking Switzerland. The breading is crispy and tasty, the meat is tender and the house cheese mixture is very harmonious. A visit is definitely worth it; groups of 4 or more should make a reservation. Enzo is also able to serve cordon bleus from 1kg upwards (after pre-ordering) without sacrificing taste and breading consistency. Just great!
