It was only after the third request that people were annoyed that the drink was missing, which took about 30 minutes. During this time, the glasses of guests who had been gone for a long time had not yet been cleared away on two tables. Instead of clearing them away, the lovebirds preferred to have a private phone call behind the bar, which was set to loudspeaker and could be heard throughout the bar. In order to get a second round, we had to draw attention to ourselves several times. But first drinks were made and tasted for the employees before our drinks were served. The whole scenario happened during a time when there weren't many people in the bar. So that I no longer disturb the employees in their private surroundings, I will avoid this bar in the future... Similar criticisms can be read in the reviews, but obviously the management is not interested in addressing these criteria…

We actually just wanted to have a quick aperitif before dinner, we were at the table at 7:15 p.m. and didn't have the drinks until 8:30 p.m. Unfortunately in Visp it is difficult to get dinner after 9 p.m. At least we were offered a limoncello as consolation.

My loyal friend and I visit at least twice a week and have found paradise on earth here. The waitress Nancy is in a class of her own and plays in a different league: fast, professional and courteous. Owner Mike is a force of nature and treats us like royalty. We will never give up our regular table. Best bar in town!
