Had a great meal with really friendly staff. The marinated beef was excellent and the pickled sides with Kimchi were amazing. They were so good we reordered them.

We went to Korean restaurant Friday night for dinner . It was full . A lady gave me a table but she later On changed the table , it was disappointing . After 30 min , a little guy came and took the order but he was confusing about dishes . Service was really bad , bcoz we listened everybody was complaining . We observed there was one single waiter , moving everywhere and taking order . We were served the food , but not the same taste ,. We asked for the bill but there was one item plus counted that we didn’t order . But one waiter came and apologized for the mistake . So bad experience in Gaya . Bye bye Gaya .

Gaya used to be our best restaurant. It’s been 5 yr , we have been regular there . Yesterday , went for dinner , it was packed . A mature woman took our order. We waited n waited for 1.5 hour . The food was not served . My wife friend were also there in another table . A guy with bandage on nose took the order but he couldn’t speak English nor French . We were served so late and the quality of the food have gone down . Service was horrible. So , yesterday was the last dinner in Gaya . Find out next one .

The boss is not nice at all. The meal is good but you don't have to be very hungry because everything but everything has to be paid for.... You should review the quantities of meat because I had 8 small slices spread out nicely on a large platter... I don't recommend it because it there are better in the city of Geneva and much cheaper.

I went in Korean restaurant for dinner with my wife and baby on February 1 . The lady came to take the order but she was drunk . The smell of whiskey was obvious. I ordered but she didn’t understand. After some time , the another server who was very busy came and took our order . We had the worst impression of that lady server . Now no to Gaya . Worst service from lady waitress

What a joke of an establishment. They made their closing hours 10:30 on Google so we traveled all the way there. We arrived at 9:28 and they said they will not accept us because the kitchen closes before 10:30. An hour early? What kind of unprofessional business does that. If you close your kitchen at 9:30 you need to update your hours to close at 9:30.

Food was nice as usual. But service quite cheap. When we asked to take the order we have been asked to wait because they cannot take all the orders from customers at the same time. We have been stressed during the whole dinner by reminding us that the restaurant will be closed at 10:30 pm. The end was almost rude, when we asked for coffees at 10:00 pm , we have been reminded again the closing hour. Although the food was good, the rest don’t make feel to come back.

Was I unlucky? I used to love this korean bbq. It never got cared after and the restaurant feels worn out. The aeration seems clogged which is an issue in a bbq. There is still a korean crowd coming but not for long if there is not a work done to ameliorate the venue.

Somewhat disappointed. The food was ok and service friendly. My issues in general: Portions to price was some of the worst ive seen in Geneva. For example the mix vegetables for grilling is CHF19. The shrimp in the seafood bbq mix plate was not cleaned (spine was black). They placed a sad oven sheet paper on top of the grill which sadly prevented any charring or grill flavors to transfer to the proteins. It all stayed on the paper as you can see in the photo. Perhaps they do this to make cleaning easier at the detriment of the grilling experience. The restaurant has subpar ventilation for a place that offers bbq on the table.
