For me, all the starters were good, but it wasn't something I would eat again. both main courses were delicious, The fish with chorizo ​​sauce was amazing and melts in your mouth just like the beef. the smoked butter bread was also delicious. Unfortunately the desserts were not at all to my taste. we had a good time in a good atmosphere, so I recommend you to visit this restaurant

Let's face it, we're close to perfection. The 5-course menu is played like a gastronomic score, with tact, voluptuousness and magnificence of the products. Everything is well prepared, the dressings are sumptuous and largely meet expectations, the service is friendly, professional and mastered by the sommelier, and the products, for the most part very local, are delicately chosen by the Chef who also brings us the dishes. one after the other. We didn't realize right away that it was the Chef himself who brought the dishes. To be mentioned perhaps when presenting the menus? The restaurant is nestled in Saviese, in a former grocery store which adds charm to the place. Decorated with great taste and decorated with very contemporary details, the combination of period and modern takes on its full meaning in this context. The tiny downside on a purely personal level is that the dishes slightly lack consistency, in fact, despite the 5-course menu, appetizers, Vacherin and mignardises, we were not completely satisfied. Apart from this detail, we are in a top-flight establishment that we will certainly hear about for many years to come.
