Went to the beautiful Seebodenalp today. We wanted to support the small Grod-Beizli and not always the restaurants. Another couple arrived in the garden with us. After 10-15 minutes, the other couple left the restaurant again because neither they nor we, nor the guests before us, were being served. When we were able to order, I asked the hostess if you had “Bratchäs”. She said no. So we just had a drink. As I was walking I saw on the board that they were offering “Cheese Cuts”. When I asked the hostess what the difference was and if she hadn't recommended the cheese slices, the answer was: They were just in the "Säich"! That's completely true.
