Friendly and courteous staff (boss and boss, as well as service). Nice selection of food options. Veal liver with rösti and a vegetable bouquet were great (every Thursday). The salad in the porcelain bowl (Schiffli) cannot be beaten. We'd love to come back there. PS: It is advisable to reserve by phone.

As "newcomers" to this beautiful little town, we have already visited various restaurants. The "Haus zum Löwen" is definitely one of the restaurants that we will definitely visit again soon - great, freshly prepared food and extremely friendly and helpful service! A very cozy, small restaurant with excellent cuisine in the middle of the old town of Bremgarten. The host couple and the waiter are extremely friendly and warm. Super friendly and upbeat owner who gave us an extremely warm welcome. Before the starter there was one Amuse-bouche (greetings from the kitchen) mushroom soup which we really enjoyed We had 2 salads as a starter and there was nothing to complain about! For the main course I had the Viennese veal schnitzel. In my opinion, the meat wasn't pounded thin enough and the salt was saved a little, and the fries were super tasty! My partner had the veal cream schnitzel with pasta, the meat wasn't the most tender but it tasted great! Our 2.5 year old daughter also really enjoyed her fries. Will definitely come back and try the Charbonnade.

We enjoyed a great evening. The tomato/onion salad with the fig mustard dressing was first class. The salad was cut into bite-sized pieces and beautifully presented. I also enjoyed the small cordon bleu, which had a very good breading, was filled with very tasty cheese and the meat was also very good. The wine list wasn't big, but it does have first-class and special wines on the menu - and you can order all the wines by the deciliter and don't have to order a whole bottle. What also surprised us very positively, because you don't see that so often these days: the boss comes to the table every time and asks if the food tastes good! We'd love to come back!

We were in Bremgarten on the occasion of the medieval market. Tired and exhausted, we looked for a cozy restaurant. The Löwen team was - despite the medieval market hectic - organized, helpful and very friendly. The meal was excellent. Price/performance ratio perfect. Unfriendly treatment of regular customers (owner)! There are many great & friendly restaurants in and around Bremgarten. The food is good, home-style, not particularly imaginative and very boring after a while (menu). For me there is no reason to go there that isn't available elsewhere. As always, Manuela, the restaurant was practically empty! Don't tell fairy tales! You attacked me and not I you! I would be happy to advertise for you. In addition, the waiter in the previous restaurant verbally attacked me severely. Your behavior towards a regular customer is unacceptable and I expect an apology from you, otherwise there will be no end to this. It's up to you Manuela.

Had dinner here today. The service was very nice and accommodating. Before the ordered meal there was a greeting from the kitchen, a very fine soup. The food was simply great, from the fig mustard salad sauce, cheese slices, cordon bleu and the crispy fries, everything was just right! Great value for money. We would like to come to you again with the Vespa from Zurich.

Food was ok. Unfortunately, the appropriate service was missing and the hospitality was met with a “if you can't go fast enough, go to McDonald's”. After waiting 40 minutes, we simply asked how long it would take and were then treated rudely. Definitely not recommended because the customer is not valued as a guest here.

Tonight we had a wonderful meal at Haus zum Löwen in Bremgarten: For Fr. 21.50 the small pork schnitzel with cream - the meat is so tender, exactly on point, with mushrooms, the sauce is so delicious, perfectly seasoned, fine tagliatelle - perfect! The people are very nice, you feel welcome. It's definitely not the last time I've been here!

Today we visited this great restaurant. We really liked the ambience, due to Corona only the terrace was open, but it was very cozy. The service was really great, in a good mood, friendly and attentive, you feel extremely welcome as a guest. The food we ordered was simply great. As a tour guide, we are always getting to know new places, but what we ate here was simply first-class, fresh and very tasty. We can really recommend this restaurant to everyone. We will definitely be happy to come back.

Ich kenne den Löwen schon sehr lange, ja sogar aus der Jungendzeit. Gestern war ich seit langem mit einem Freund zum Nachtessen da. Ich bin sehr positiv überrascht. Liebevoll geführt, feines Essen, ein ganz gutes Team und ich kann den Leuen so wie er jetzt ist, sehr gerne weiter empfehlen. Ich komme garantiert wieder.

In einer Altstadt, die sich zum Besuchen lohnt, steht das Haus zum Löwen.Die sehr freundlichen Wirtsleute, Manuela und Ralf, verwöhnen uns professionell, freundlich mit ihrer humorvollen lockeren Art. Ein Geschmacksvolles Essen mit einen sehr guten Hauswein, lässt uns da länger verweilen.Die Preise sind für Schweizer Verhältnisse und der gebotenen Qualität günstig. Das Restaurant ist sauber und Gemütlich.Auch eine sehr saubere Toilettenanlage spricht für das Haus Löwen. Eine kleine Bar rundet die Gemütlichkeit ab. Wir sind zweimal da gewesen und werden sicher wieder kommen bei einem weiteren Besuch in dieser tollen Altstadt.

Wir hatten ein kleines Gordon Bleu mit feinen Pommes und Gemüse. Das Fleisch mit feinem Käse gefüllt ist hervorragend und wird frisch zubereitet. Für uns war es ein toller Abend mit super sympatischer Bedienung und einem super Preis/Leistungsverhältnis... wir kommen wieder...Übrigens für "normal" esser reicht das kleine Gordon Bleu mit 280 gr. bestens...Danke für dieses feine Essen und den coolen Abend!

Alles wunderbar schon lange nicht mehr so gut gegessen. Der gemischte Salat zu Vorspeise war frisch und knackig. Die Salat Sauce hausgemacht und sehr gut. Das Fleisch auf den bestellten Punkt gebraten. Das Gemüse dazu frisch gut abgeschmeckt und vorallem frisch. Der Service freundlich und aufgestellt und sehr aufmerksam. Das Lokal ist gemütlich eingerichtet zum Wohlfühlen. Eine echte Bereicherung für Bremgarten.

Super Essen und Bedienung. Wir waren in der Altstadt von Bremgarten unterwegs. Wenig Restaurants waren geöffnet und so landeten wir hier im Löwen. Super Sause am grünen Salat. Und so perfekt war auch der Schnitzel und zu anständigen Preisen. Die Weinpreise eher erhöhte Preise. Die Bedienung sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Da kommen wir sicher wieder.

Die Preise sehr moderat - für diese Qualität dürften die auch etwas höher sein.Hätten wir nur mehr solche Gastronomen - Bumann der Restaurant Tester wäre arbeitslos !!!

Minute sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient und durften sogar von der ganzen Speisekarte aussuchen, was für solch eine Uhrzeit eher ungewöhnlich ist. Man machte sogar individuelle Vorschläge für die Kinderteller, was wir sehr schätzten, da es so keine grossen Resten gab. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und auch unseren Kindern ist die herzliche Bedienung positiv aufgefallen. Auch das Essen hat allen mehr als geschmeckt und ist sehr lobenswert. Sicher ist die Lage nicht Zentral oder an der Reuss, aber wem das Essen wichtiger ist, empfehlen wir klar das "Haus zum Löwen" in Bremgarten.

Essen und Service von 1. Qualität. Bei Andrang ist mit verständlicher Wartezeit zu rechnen, da Chef m.W. alleine in der Küche. Aber es lohnt sich, schon alleine wegen der Salatsauce......!

Ich war vor ca. 4 Wochen mit meiner Frau und meinen Eltern im Restaurant "Haus zum Löwen" essen und dass Essen hat sehr geschmeckt. Super Service und eine toller Küchenchef! Wir werden bestimmt nochmals dorthin gehen. Wer lecker Essen möchte, empfehle auf jeden fall.
