Subject: Complaint about lack of customer service on March 3rd at 8:30am Dear restaurant team, On March 3, 2024, I visited your restaurant at 8:30 am and was disappointed with the experience. Although the restaurant was supposed to be open according to the opening hours, it was closed at the time. Additionally, the service at the door was inadequate as no one showed up to open the door when I got there. As a long-time guest of your restaurant, I have always been satisfied with the service. The fact that both the restaurant was closed and the lack of customer service shook my trust in your establishment. I would urge you to take action to ensure that such incidents do not happen again. Reliable customer service and adherence to opening hours are crucial to ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining your restaurant's positive image. Great food. Staff and management: very friendly and competent!!

Very cozy and child-friendly restaurant!! The food is very fine, seasonal and delicious! We have already celebrated two occasions there and are very satisfied and grateful! Ms. Schuler is very customer-oriented and leaves nothing to be desired! It was a pleasure!

Service still needs more practice; with larger groups you notice that the team is not yet well-coordinated.

Super friendly, positive, motivated staff. Respond to customer requests flexibly and with joy. We were even served a breakfast tailored to our needs and at a very fair price - we were thrilled. The restaurant manager was visibly interested in asking us about suggestions for improvement and food requests. Beautiful decor and so clean and well maintained that you feel like you can eat off the floor. Gladly again...

We went to Hedi for the first time yesterday and the food was excellent. Regional and beautifully presented. I can just recommend it to everybody.

Small but lovingly compiled menu with fresh and seasonal dishes. Eating with you is a real pleasure and we will definitely be back!

Class instead of quantity The selection isn't huge, but it's fresh and cooked with a lot of love. Attention is paid to seasonal products and the declaration of all goods is exemplary. Keep it up, we'll be back!

Brightly decorated with beautiful colors - including flowers. Very fine food and friendly, attentive staff. Close to the train station and bus (2 minutes)... Cool playground right at the entrance/seating area.
