Very original place. Great service. I tried their speciality Güggeli im Korb. It was OK, but not as special as I expected.

It took a very long time for the starter to arrive and only came after we asked. After another long wait, 2 chickens came in the basket, but the fries came with them and the 2 other meals only came after another 10 minutes, but the service didn't say anything about it. We had to ask for the dessert menu and coffees ourselves. Chicken wasn't that good anymore, it was a bit dry and the chocolate cake wasn't warm. Service was not satisfactory today

Fine Güggelibeiz with great charm and heart. Here we cook and serve with dedication and passion. The atmosphere of the company is completely geared towards chickens. The winter garden and the terrace also invite you to linger and enjoy. Lots of parking options. We will be back.

We'd have to Waited 1.5 hours for food, even though the rest of it was half full. Bad service, bad information. Short, not recommended.

Delicious food and friendly service.

We looked for a long time for an alternative to the Pouletburg in Attinghausen, but unfortunately we were very disappointed. The chicken was very good, but we had to wait over 40 minutes, but that wasn't the biggest problem in itself. The sauces were a complete disaster! The hot sauce was nothing more than Tabasco with water, lots of water, and the house sauce tasted like nothing. The service was ok; It took a relatively long time to clear up, there were no wet wipes, etc... I would definitely not recommend it for lovers of chicken in Chörbli.

For everyone who doesn't know it, if you like Güggeli you have to try one, it's super tasty.

Service very friendly. We were the first guests at 12:30 p.m. and waited 45 minutes for our food. It doesn't work at all!

Mistkräzerli is the signature there and tastes fantastic. There are many variants. But the card also reveals other things. Absolute insider tip, although it's no longer a secret. Reservations therefore make sense.

The restaurant is welcoming, cozy. The service was nice and friendly. The food, chicken in the Chörbli, nothing special, the Huus sauce unfortunately a bit too runny. It's a shame because the chicken was juicy but tasted rather neutral. We found the guitarist rather annoying because he read all his songs from a tablet. Not really rewarding. Portion price performance was ok.

The Güggeli Oase is our favorite restaurant when it comes to finely prepared chicken in all variations. The house sauce is legendary! If you like listening to Italian songs from the 70s and 80s, you should go on Saturday evening, when an entertainer with a guitar sings the best hits. Of course, in addition to the chicken, there are also many other delicious dishes. It's worth taking a look at the map online. A meal with family or friends was always very well received!

We go there again and again and the food has always been excellent and of good, consistent quality for years.

The restaurant is very inviting, very large garden restaurant. The waitress was dutifully nice but not particularly interested. The wings were very well seasoned and juicy, the chicken in the basket was juicy, with a little more cooking time it would have been even better for our taste. Prices are okay. We'll definitely come back.

In the summer, nice garden restaurant, typical Swiss restaurant. Friendly service, atmosphere could be refreshed. However, the Güggeli is very good, Chicken Burg level. Prices are also very fair.

I would not recommend this restaurant. It is not vegan friendly & especially not when it comes to dessert. The waitress brought the wrong drink twice and seemed completely demotivated. The prices are way too high for the quality of the food. There is enough parking space.

Sorry but the last time we were here, it's a deterioration. I'm disappointed. We waited over 1.5 hours for our food. Well in defense it's Mother's Day and the restaurant was packed. But then came the food: 1. Lukewarm bone-hard fries. They look like they've been fried several times. The chicken wings were just oversized with paprika that they tasted bitter. But you shot the bird with your house burger. Frozen patty. A dollop of sauce that you couldn't figure out what it tasted like. A lettuce leaf and an egg. That's it. Especially for a price of 28.- this is a disgrace. Luckily we didn't have to pay anything for the burger after a complaint. Please take it off the menu. There's nothing to complain about when it comes to service. I'll have a hard time thinking about eating there again. Too bad.

I had a tartare as a starter because I was told by the service staff that it was fresh and homemade. In my opinion, the meat was definitely not freshly prepared but it was still tasty. My partner had a mixed salad that she also really liked ! Pulet in the chörbli was super tasty and we will definitely come back

We had dinner there last night. Since my wife is a vegetarian, she ordered a vegetable plate. The vegetables were fresh, but the portion was very small. At a very proud 31 CHF for a vegetable plate, the price/performance ratio is not right!

Absolutely awful. The staff doesn’t speak English, and the food was very bad. I ordered a snitzel and it was almost burn on one side. They put a tone of salt on the fries and these fries were the frozen in bag kind of fries. Such a culinary disaster. To be avoided

Best chicken in Chörbli that I have had. Super crispy on the outside and nice and juicy on the inside. Great price and attentive and friendly service. Bravo!

Cozy atmosphere with lots of wood. Staff super friendly. We had wings and cordon bleus. Unfortunately there was almost no meat on the wing, but the taste was good. The Cordonbleus were very good. For dessert, panna cotta and banasplit were also very tasty, but there was an awful lot of cream on it. All in all a good restaurant, but value for money is not so good.

The food was down-to-earth and good. The service was friendly. Some of the prices seemed a bit high to me. I would also have liked if we didn't want the hot sauce because we don't like it spicy, that we would be warned in advance that the Hus sauce is hot. This was then inedible for me.

Güggeli oasis? It used to be our regular place for chicken in Chörbli, cordon bleu and perch fillet in batter. Due to Corona/work-related reasons, we were looking forward to a culinary delight again after 2 years. 1st visit: Chicken in the Chörbli: well-done, meat dry (felt “warmed up”), salad ok 2nd visit: Chicken in Chörbli: skin was limp, something was wrong with the spice mixture. At the next table, a guest complained about a very dark brown and hard cordon bleu 3rd visit: Perch fillet in batter: fish small and dried out, batter hard (no longer juicy fillet in an airy, crispy batter like before). 2 portions of Nüsslisalat were unwashed and full of sand. The waiter's reaction to my complaint: sorry, I'll have to report it to the kitchen. Spicy: the boss was nearby and heard my complaint, no response, apology or anything like that!? Things can go wrong once, but three times in a row? That's it for us, we're left with a lovely memory of really good food, the price/performance ratio isn't right anymore, it's a shame!

Despite the rain, we were able to spend the afternoon comfortably on the covered terrace. The waiting time for the Güggeli we ordered in the Chörbli and the delicious chicken wings wasn't too long. The friendly service was very accommodating and friendly, even though we placed our food order in the middle of the afternoon. Highly recommended to take a detour there whether you are hungry or small.

Very nice staff. Nice menu and the food is overall good. In my personal opinion a kitten too much seasoning on the wings but nice portions and good sauces. Even for Switzerland and that kind of restaurant a little on the expensive side. Still definitely worth a visit.

Today we, 5 women, went to the Güggelioase for dinner. It's a haven of bad service! If there was an award for the worst service in a restaurant, the older of the two servers would get it. The food was served with reluctance, never asked for a second drink and simply shrugged my shoulders when there was a complaint. If you hate your work so much, you should reconsider your career.

Ate in the evening on Whit Monday with the family and grandchild. Food is great, playground is great. The waiter was probably a bit stressed, as the terrace was quite full and also had a lot of idle times. He should have been more efficient. Although you could pay with REKA, the card was not accepted by the system.

- 1 point deduction for waiting times that are too long. We had to. We went to the checkout twice to ask about the status of the order (after 1 hour of ordering) and we also had to actively ask for coffee/dessert. In total the visit lasted over 4 hours (!) - 1 point deduction for the fries that were too hard (1/3 of the fries were almost like stone) - 1 point deducted for the price/performance (food was edible, but not outstanding for the price)

Super fine food at really fair prices! As a daily menu, red wine risotto was simply brilliant together with the Gordon bleu.

On our first visit at the beginning of 2022, the food was really great. 5 Stars. But last time in February 2022, the risotto wasn't cooked long enough, the fish wasn't as good as the last time and the meat was overcooked. We felt like someone else was cooking and it wasn't as good as the other. Or it was a stressful day. In any case, since our second visit we are no longer sure whether we want to come back. Everything went well on the first visit. The service was great and friendly on both visits. The portions are generous and the price is therefore okay. But the quality was no longer right on the second visit. That was a bit of a shame.

Food was more than just good and attractively served. The service was also nice and friendly... if only it hadn't been for the long waiting time! Beaten 90! Waiting minutes for food while your stomach growls. Sorry, but that's where my understanding ends! Even if there are 2 large groups, you knew that in advance, because 2 large groups wouldn't show up without a reservation. I expect the landlord to be able to manage this accordingly. But simply making guests wait without information is not possible. I have already experienced landlords who handled this much better. Oh yes, we only found out when we were paying why we had to wait so long and she also apologized, which in my opinion would have been the landlord's fault.

+ nice atmosphere + Overall food was good + Delicious amuse bouche (olive bread, homemade chili butter, olives) - Tap water is charged like mineral water (even though everyone has regularly ordered a drink) - Very little sauce for the chicken (second helpings would cost extra) - Service staff were polite but very short and not a trace of cordiality Conclusion: We will look back on our visit to the Hirschen with mixed feelings. It's actually a shame, because the concept and the restaurant have potential.

We were there today because we were looking for an alternative to the Pouletburg in Attinghausen, as we come from the AG and don't always want to drive 2 hours with children. I can recommend the chicken in Chörbli to everyone, very large half chicken and super crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The sauce is of course a matter of taste, we liked it, it doesn't taste too intense and there are various variations. Service was very friendly and attentive, we will definitely come back. Everything inside the restaurant is made of wood like in a chalet, you feel comfortable. Thank you and see you next time.

Inattentive manager. The heat mushroom was only turned on after I asked, but it was very cold and raining. Food wasn't good. Very dry tuna steak and acidic Bernaise sauce. Store-bought salad dressing wasn't that sexy either

We were there twice. We live in the same village. Unfortunately for us three adults, the chicken in the basket was fried too greasy and had far too little or no meat on the bones. We got these wings and they only have skin and bones on them. It's a specialty of the house with the Güggel on the roof. The sauce wasn't spicy. The place is nice in and of itself.

The Güggeli was good. The mixed salad in the fresh and variation too. Just how often, always the same problem, it says somewhere and not without reason that the lettuce should be cut into bite-sized pieces. The accompaniment to the Güggeli, the fries, was a bit too salty for my taste. As far as service goes, I'm not entirely up to it. I spotted two in the area where I and other people were sitting. Unfortunately, the coordination wasn't quite there. Both served all the tables, but had little communication with each other. Such as B. One person takes an order and the other brings the wrong one. All well-intentioned, but could be better. But overall ok. Price/performance is right. Goodbye...

Unfriendly and disinterested! My wish: to pick up half a chicken take-away at 6 p.m. - and I'm sent away by the staff in a grumpy tone with the justification "no time for such things". I have never experienced such rude behavior in a restaurant!
