I reserved a table for 8 people last week. Since the weather was so nice on Friday evening, they even reserved a table outside for us as a precaution. We all found that very thoughtful! So we sat outside on the terrace and enjoyed a lovely evening. The menu was huge! I had the Buure Cordonbleu with fries and vegetables and that was delicious. I can only recommend. The price-performance ratio is absolutely top! At Hot Shot, no one has to leave the table hungry! After dinner we all received a “short” on the house. We were very happy about that, and that's not something we take for granted. And not to forget the staff/team, always very friendly and attentive. In short... we were absolutely satisfied and would love to come back. Keep it up, you're great!

We had dinner at Hot Shot on Friday evening. We made a reservation inside, but because of the nice weather we were able to sit in the garden without any problem and enjoy a really good meal. We went to Hot Shot in the evening on Sunday at the weekend and had a very good meal there. The selection of food is literally huge. The menu is so large that you can stretch it across the entire table. When you visit, you are immediately served and asked if you would like something to drink. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. We were constantly checked to see if we were happy with our food. During your meal you can watch TV if you want and there is also a bar where you can have a drink if you want. The food arrived medium quickly (about a 30-40 minute wait), but that was completely ok. It was super tasty and the portions are huge. I took two breaded schnitzels with fries and was completely full after eating and couldn't eat any more dessert. I would recommend just one piece of meat if you want to eat more afterwards. The toilet itself is also easy to find and very well maintained. It was a bit cold in there at the time. In conclusion, I can only say that I can recommend this restaurant/bar.

Instead I got a burger with 2 patties made from a meat mixture that probably came from the freezer. The salad was long past its best and should no longer be served. Serving something like that borders on physical harm. But the fries were great. We were also asked nicely if it wasn't good because our plates were still full when we wanted to pay. When we said that we were very disappointed and that what we were served was really very bad. The serving girl didn't know how to react to that. But she noticed that it must happen often. It's a shame that they didn't even try to find a solution with us. They just tried to smile it away. Very unfortunate. We paid the full price 73.90 CHF for 2 dishes and 3 drinks. I wonder how this store gets so many good reviews. It's inexplicable for me. The atmosphere is great and the service is very friendly.
