Wunderschönes Haus an toller Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, gute Küche, feiner Wein und alles zu vernünftigen Preisen. Ein Ort an dem man sich einfach wohlfühlen muss. Wir kommen wieder..!

The food was very very very good. The pizza was thin and topped with fresh ingredients (as you would expect from Bella Italia). We haven't eaten such good pizza in a long time. The restaurant is located by a river and offers seating right by the window to enjoy the view (highly recommended). The interior is very clean and beautifully decorated. The employees were all very friendly and extremely competent. We were very satisfied with everything, would come back ourselves and recommend this restaurant to all friends, acquaintances and work colleagues ♡

I paid a parking fee without consumption of CHF 43.20 because I parked my car briefly to accompany my disabled son to the toilet with coffee in the adjacent bakery. I didn't see any parking restrictions when the car was parked. I paid the amount so as not to generate more bureaucracy and hassle. The hotelier probably needs such income to survive. Great advertisement for the Hotel Simplon -> I will definitely never be a guest there.

Very beautiful, impressive tropical house! The huge breeding facility with around 80,000 specimens of the large, impressive sturgeon fish is very impressive. Everything that is of interest is explained very well, even with audio information and many opportunities to get active are very popular with the children. Information from breeding to exclusive caviar or the entire fishery in Switzerland can be found in an exhibition. The tropical house itself is definitely worth a visit with its vegetation. Many exotic plants are presented and described and there is even a station where you can test chilli and the various scoville scales. I saw this for the first time today. Spices, coffee, banana trees, papayas, pineapples and much more. The sweet silkie chickens and turtles land to linger. The shop with lots of delicious delicacies and souvenirs is beautiful and designed with a lot of love.

Service is always friendly. Great gift corner, you can always find something nice there
