Having had a pleasant time and having eaten copiously, we can only recommend the place.... The whole team is friendly... Home cooking... The service staff lived up to our expectations…responsive and very friendly as well as the great Master of the house…. The Franz as gentlemanly as ever 😉🤩👏👏👏

The meal was very good (boletus pasta). And the service was great, very friendly. So there are some options for vegetarians like me, even if there are few. And dogs are accepted. 🐕 😊

After 1 hour of waiting for 2 salads and 2 entrecôtes we only had the salads. We had to leave without having eaten. Restaurant not very busy and yet. Not the first time I've been there. There's always a bit of a wait. But this is making fun of its customers. It was my last time in this restaurant. Too bad the food was good.

Dinner for a group of members of an association. Several vegetarians in the group, but the kitchen was not prepared for this. Subsequently, however, the menu was offered without the parts containing meat, i.e. a small mixed salad as a starter, a little spätzle (dry, without any sauce!) and around ten sautéed zucchini cubes, and a ball vanilla ice cream for dessert. No alternative was offered. The whole thing cost 25 CHF, the same price as for people who received meat with cream and mushroom sauce. Nothing to feed on. On top of all this, the waitress was demeaning to the vegetarians, probably because of their special request. The experience was very disappointing and frustrating.

Good soup as a starter, then delicious meal of the day, perfect quantities, impeccable service and fair prices!

For the service and the place, there is nothing to say. The waitresses are very nice, efficient, smiling and the place is rustic, quite charming. The food is good, we ate well, but I find it deplorable to ask for an extra 5.- for vegetables as well as 4 to 9.- more for sauces, when the dishes (meat + fries) are already included between 30 and 45.- The meal quickly gets expensive, without a starter or drink!

We chose the chef's menu...it was perfect from the foie gras starter...through the perch fillets and the entrecôte (very tender meat) fries (homemade) to the Valais sorbet dessert. If you want to please yourself, don't hesitate...I recommend 1000 times.
