Very warm welcome from all the staff. As an appetizer, sweet potato with gingerbread is excellent. Zander rillettes and turbo also excellent. Divine Parisian veal steak! Homemade bread and cheese platter. Floating island with bergamot, epicureans don’t hesitate. I recommend this restaurant you will not be disappointed. Menu at 55 chf. - made with local products. A great place which really deserves your visit. La Croix rouge is proposing a great concept where a top chef is helping reinsertion of young adult into a training period in a very high standard ( being art de la table , food service ) . Tightly manage by senior professionals, the result is simply amazing ! Congratulations to all the team and of course the chef !

Amazing experience and a highly recommended establishment! From the very warm welcome to the dessert, everything was perfect! The products on the plate are selected with taste, a mixture of flavors and colors that we never cease to enjoy. The Tourbillon is located on the 6th floor. The setting is bright and has a pleasant terrace for sunny days (so not these days), pretty dishes. The dishes on the menu were excellent, well presented and commented on. The welcome is warm. The interns are top notch, well supervised by the “pros”. I recommend and will return for the pine-smoked lamb…

Gastronomy arrives at Espace Tourbillon in Plan-les-Ouate. With a magnificent view from the 6th floor, Chef Elodie Schenk, full of talent and motivation, starred and best apprentice in Switzerland, welcomes us with a menu at 55.- worthy of the best gourmet dishes. I recommend without reservation for a business lunch and a guaranteed good taste experience. I'm going back on Thursday, it's so good!
