Mekong is an outstanding restaurant with excellent service. The staff is very competent and remembers the order, for example. The dishes are carefully decorated and taste very good. Always worth a visit.

Very nice restaurant, upstairs from ground level. We had green curry and spicy fried fish. There was a good level of spiciness and you can choose level of heat. We had lovely mochi ice cream for dessert - many flavours to choose from. Service was excellent and the staff had helpful recommendations for our wider trip in Switzerland

You definitely won't be disappointed with the recommendations on the menu. Fine curries and reasonable portions 🙂. The Pad Thai didn't convince us, but it's a matter of taste.

I ate tappai and massaman curry and both were very delicious. Curry is a style where you choose the roux, ingredients, and spiciness.

My family and I have travelled from Australia and ate at this Absolutely amazing Thai restaurant! The best Thai food we have ever had! Beautiful flavours, would definitely recommend the Pad Thai and Panang chicken. The service was fantastic, family run business so a very homely feel. They were also very accomodating to my gluten intolerance and all curries are gluten free. I would recommend to book as it is very busy, understandably due to the quality of food. We visited Mekong Restaurant for the first time. we had a very nice time. We had fried wontons and prawns as starters and fried rice and Thai red curry with beef as mains. The flavors were on point and the taste was completely authentic. The service was also very friendly and good. They also offer different levels of spiciness for their dishes. This restaurant is located in the old town of Chur, so there is no parking available. The prices are okay and fair for the quality and portions. As a foodie, I recommend this restaurant if you want to eat authentic Thai food in Chur. We'll definitely come back.

I have already pre-ordered a take away menu here a few times and can recommend it 100%. Super nice service on the phone and on site. Good portions and sooo... tasty! The vegetables are crisp and fresh. The red curry is just perfect for my taste💯 Keep it up! 😊

Definitely visit. Although you might not think it from the outside, there is an absolutely fantastic restaurant hiding there with Asian home cooking and great service and good wine selection.

The Mekong dining experience was superb, the food was the best Thai food we've had, the service from the sisters was professional, yet friendly and warm. Their mother is an excellent chef. Please come and eat here, you won't be disappointed.

Travelling from Australia we found this restaurant to provide excellent Thai food and wonderful service. The menu was not in english but everything was carefully explained so we could order and enjoy authentic Thai food. Restaurant was run by 2 sisters and their Mum was the chef. Would definitely recommend.

The service is super friendly and feels like spring breeze. There are not many choices on the lunch menu (a la carte is only available in the evening), but they all taste good. The fried spring rolls as an appetizer are quite satisfactory, and the green curry beef as the main dish is good.

From Thai people, this restaurant is so AMAZING! It's the real taste of Thai food. Pad Thai is the best. Som-Tum is awesome. Pa-nang curry with beef is a must. I've talked to chef's daughter, she told me that her mum is Thai. I never doubt about the taste anymore. You'll feel like having Thai street food in Thailand. The BEST Thai resturant that you should never miss!!

Very good restaurant. We were there in the evening because we went to the cinema afterwards. At first we were worried that we would run out of time because the restaurant was filling up quickly. However, we were served quickly, professionally and friendly. The restaurant is very nicely decorated and the overall ambience suits Asian food for me. You can taste the different spicinesses well and it's worth taking advantage of this offer. The food tasted very good and we were able to enjoy the time we had available. Next time we will definitely not go to the cinema afterwards so that we have more time. On the whole, the restaurant is worth it, even if it takes 30 minutes to get there.

This place was such a welcome break from the delicious but constant food of the alps! The flavors were so delicious and the staffwas so helpful in making sure we got a table. If you can, try to reserve a spot because everyone else wants this delicious food, too! An absolute must; just go eat here! Try their pad thai, and the dish with corn, thai basil, and onions...we added chicken.

Since we run a restaurant ourselves and have three small children, evenings for two with a fine meal in the Mekong are few and far between. My wife wanted nothing for her birthday - except to enjoy the wonderful "red curry" again after a long time. The evening was fantastic. By chance we had our regular table again and were able to see how the restaurant quickly filled up. Nevertheless, we received our dishes (starter and main course) very quickly and both were wonderful - just like the other times we were guests. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating and remained calm and relaxed despite the high volume of guests. As a special surprise, they served us a delicious birthday dessert - to the great delight of my wife. Everything is just right here: from the welcome to the food to the staff and the appealing ambience with fresh flowers on the tables - everything is perfect. We know what challenges a restaurant represents - especially at this consistently high level and outstanding quality. For these reasons, we are happy to make the one-hour journey to Chur again in order to enjoy a wonderful evening with you. A very warm greeting also to “Mom” in the kitchen - she cooks wonderfully. Thanks!!

Fine food, not too big of a selection and not necessarily very cozy. But perfect for a quick lunch and a short trip to Asia :-)

We passed by a few times and always wanted to try out this restaurant so finally we were there. We arrived at 6pm on a Saturday night and there were already people eating and the restaurant filled up very quickly after! We didn’t make a reservation so luckily we were early enough to still get a table. The food taste pretty authentic and service was really prompt despite many customers in the restaurant. We even joked that there must be dozen people working in the kitchen that we cannot see. We hope to be back again soon.

We had a great evening in this restaurant. We'd love to come back. Service: We were greeted very friendly and served all the time. The staff was courteous and very attentive. Food: The food was really excellent and the portions were generous. Tip: Be sure to try mochi. The dessert takes a bit of getting used to at first because you have to get used to the combination (ice cream & sticky rice paste), but it is very tasty.

Tried this place on a whim for date night with the missus. Best Thai food we had in a while. Restaurant on the smaller side (which is nice and quiet) but lucked out had space for our walk-in. We had the Red and Panang Curry with Won Ton appitizer. Very good with friendly and attentive staff. Will definetly eat here again! Thanks!

A very cute Thai restaurant, great service, very good typical food, I ate a curry and Primavera dumplings, I also had a traditional Thai beer. The price is super fair and the meal is well served. I recommend!
