It was nice for a drink or a coupe. But for me the restaurant was a bit cold and unfriendly.

The meat is of great quality, you can taste it, the side dishes are plentiful and the portions are really generous and good. The service is efficient, fast, attentive and friendly. The restaurant is always busy and a bit of a wait is therefore completely normal, but everything is within reasonable limits and it would be a shame to wolf down this good food anyway. Dishes are often finished at the tables, with the chef's impressive skills. Kitchen to experience and enjoy.

Actually everything would have been fine, unfortunately we had an "emergency place" that wasn't very nice, we should have been told when we made the reservation, then we would have postponed our visit.

Incredible experience on a Friday night! A wine list that will amaze connoisseurs. A tartare that melts in the mouth. The 500g Ripeye Steak perfectly prepared. A service team that is always attentive but never intrusive. And a cigar lounge to curl up in. What more do you need for an exuberant, perfect men's evening! We were there yesterday and loved it! A really nice restaurant with incredibly delicious dishes. What's not nice is selling filtered water (ox water) 0.5l for 5.50 francs. We felt like we were kidding ourselves because the water tasted like it came from a normal tap.

When it rained, it was rather cool in the winter garden. Otherwise everything is perfect. Highly recommended.

The food was fantastic. The quantity is very generous. We sat in the small room which was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The service was a bit slow at the beginning and my son was very hungry, but after that we were very satisfied.

Do you (reader) want meat and a selection of the finest wines? Then you are exactly right here. Good prices, nice portions and a selection of wines that you would otherwise have to look for... the Wirz family would happily do it again!

The service was very attentive, the prices are fair. The Chateaubriand with side dishes was amazing. The only small downside: we would have been very happy with a homemade Béarnaise sauce. We would still like to come back, the quality of the meat is always top here.

Food was very good. Service well..... Great new wine list. Manuel (junior boss) tries very hard to make sure everything works. Unfortunately we had to wait a bit long, but we were compensated with the Chateaubriand and our beautiful place in the winter garden.

Nach einem guten Apéro (Er: 3.3 dl Klosterbräu, Sie: Aperol Spritz mit sehr gutem Prosecco) bestellten wir ausnahmsweise nicht das Chateaubriand sondern Lammfilets mit Knoblauchbutter und eine grosse Gemüseplatte für 2 Personen. Dazu hat uns die 5dl-Flasche Amarone hervorragend gemundet! Auf der sehr schönen Gartenterrasse wurden wir mit zusätzlichen Decken und Wärmestrahlern - trotz kalten Aussentemperaturen - verwöhnt und haben nun zum wiederholten Mal einen kulinarisch tolles Erlebnis gemacht. Wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder!
