First and certainly not the last visit ;) I had never eaten Pinsa as I am rather a fan of Neapolitan pizza, I am ++ satisfied, the crispy dough and quality products, I can only recommend it.

Want a traditional Italian pizza but in a gourmet version, or one of the best risottos and to finish off an excellent tartare in Valais. This is where I recommend coming. Have a great time discovering Italian cuisine near us. I highly recommend spending quality time alone or even accompanied. The servers are super friendly and understanding

I visited this address on the recommendation of a friend who loved the pizzas (or rather pinsas) served here. As a pizza lover, I was not disappointed. I also loved my pinsa which was simply excellent! For the rest, the original decoration and responsive service ensured a great experience. I will definitely come back!

Where to eat Top 7/7 on a Sunday evening in the town of Sion, great family meal, menu for all tastes and at all prices, very generous and very reasonable price, small constrictive reservation service a little long, but very well received and recommended .

Manager not up to par We booked 11 days in advance to be able to eat, specifying that there was a gluten free person. The reservation is confirmed immediately. On the evening of dinner we sit down, we are given the menus and we order. A few minutes later we are told that the gluten-free pinsa is not available. We were not told when we arrived at the restaurant that the gluten-free pinsa was not available and we only wasted about 45m of time. We communicated that we wanted to leave, the manager said to us: but how is it? go away and now the table as I replaced it, who do I give it to? In 20 years of catering as a Restaurant Manager in half of Europe I have never allowed myself to address customers in such an impolite and out of line way. This alleged Manager in my humble opinion is not capable of managing these situations. He should reflect on mistakes and improve. The staff is friendly and courteous, but he is not. So Mr. Manager has learned that before presenting the menu to customers, you as Manager are required to inform your customers of the dishes that are finished. She has learned that if a customer wants to leave, she must apologize for what happened and must ask what went wrong and if possible find solutions to ensure that her customers can return to the restaurant. She didn't do any of this, in fact he was very grumpy and whipped because he was more interested in replacing the table. I recommend a refresher course for Restaurant Manager.

Wouldn’t recommend this restaurant, ordered pasta there and it was inedible, so I returned the order right after. However, staff didn’t took it of the bill nor offered compliment as an apology which is standard practice in good quality restaurants.

We reserve a table for 8:45 p.m. to 3 p.m., on a Saturday. We have been confirmed that a table will be free at this time. Arriving there, we were informed that there were no reservations in this name. We don't understand but we tell ourselves that it's probably a bug, so we wait 15 minutes in front of the door for a table to become available. We find a table right in front of the bar, sit down and wait. We wait a long time, in any case 20 minutes, without anyone calculating so we decide to leave because we have already wasted our time and the disastrous reception has taken away our desire. The only positive point was that we discovered a great restaurant elsewhere where we ate really well.

Mediocre food and incompetent staff.

We tested it ourselves after several fairly mixed opinions from friends. The food is good, fresh produce. For the pizzas, don't expect very large pizzas, they are served on an oval board. Quite a noisy atmosphere. It’s quite stylish – it has a “modern” feel to it, you really have to like this kind of decor and atmosphere… On the other hand, the staff... very 'haughty' waitress who shows off... so you come across as a pawn, no human warmth, really sad. The waiter is no better, very indifferent, doesn't take the time to chat or get in touch with the customers! Except the nice sommelier who laughs, is friendly and takes the time to explain. So we probably won't come back. It lacks empathy and smiles. Damage

Excellent food; generous. We had a large table; the staff were very friendly and helpful. The “modern Italian” style is assertive and pleasant. The wine list is nice too. Only the slightly steep prices put us off a bit. Address to visit

Nice place with one of the two very bright rooms decorated with a central sofa in a pretty blue with a fake cherry tree in bloom, but which doesn't stand out at all. On the menu, a duo of duck foie gras as a starter, then fried squid, shrimp, etc. and ravioli stuffed with duck foie gras, morels and pan-fried foie gras. Dessert: Sorrento lemon delight and gourmet coffee. As an accompaniment, a blend of Domaines Rouvinez, Château Lichten (excellent).

We ate very well there. Pleasant service. Superb decoration… not against very very noisy. But the rest is great! ☺️

First of all, please forgive me for my French, it is not my native language. We went to this restaurant (so to speak) on a Sunday evening to drink coffee with dessert (chocolate cake and tiramisu). After about 20 minutes of waiting, the desert was served to us. But bad surprise for us. In the chocolate cake we ordered, we found a hair (of beard or arm) in the chocolate. Without making any noise, we called a waitress to show her what we found, she took the dish from us and brought it to the kitchen without coming back with explanations or excuses, as if everything was normal. A few minutes later, I found egg shells in the tiramisu, I called again the waitress who left us without explanation to show her the shells and the waitress to detect in front of me another hair in the dish. She takes the half-eaten tiramisu back into the kitchen, when she returns to the room, I ask her for the bill. The room manager came to bring us the bill and surprise again, on the bill, they gave us 2 coffees and the 2 desserts, the chocolate cake was not touched and the tiramisu was half consumed. When I asked the room manager for the bill, he told me that another soft cheese had been prepared for us and we could have it imported, when I explained to him that we had not ordered another one. soft he tells me that he is not aware of what we spoke with the other waitress, I then ask him to call the chef, because I am not paying the bill, the room manager went to call the chef de cuisine, but came back alone with the words "the chef de cuisine said ok to deduct the softness if you didn't order it a second time". We did not have any excuses, explanations, the chef or the person who prepared the dessert did not come out of the kitchen to give an explanation or at least to apologize, no one took the responsibility for what happened. I paid for a half-eaten tiramisu and two coffees. For the price they ask, such an incident and behavior, it's shameful, it was my first and last time in this lousy place. The restaurant has been open for a few months, but I think the Hygiene Standards Control and Consumer Protection Department will have to visit them soon.

A bad experience! We went for dessert and coffee. We ordered a tiramisu and a "Chocolate Moelleux revisited by our chef". When I wanted to try the moelleux I realized that there was a HAT. I notified the waitress, she took the dessert and said she would be back, it took her about 10 minutes to let me know she was making me another dessert, even though I hadn't asked for it. When we tried the tiramisu, the second dessert, I felt something hard, it was an EGGSHELL. I showed it to the waitress again, apart from the shell she noticed ANOTHER HAIR ON THE PLATE, amazed, she asked if we had noticed it too. He immediately took the plate away, without saying anything. Then the manager of the room came and informed us that they no longer have tiramisu, because they don't produce it directly in the kitchen, and to choose another dessert, even though we asked for absolutely nothing. We were just waiting for some answers, which no one gave us. I asked for the bill, where we were charged for both the two desserts, one of which I didn't even taste, and the second only a very small part, and the coffee. I was outraged by this fact and asked to call the chef to discuss what had happened before. The chef refused to speak to us and indicated to only bill one dessert and two coffees. We didn't even receive an apology, let alone fix the problem. Unfortunately unprofessional and disappointing, despite it being a new restaurant. The prices are too high for the quality they offer. We will never return and I do not suggest this restaurant to anyone.

Good experience during a midday meal. Several daily menus to choose from. We tried the dumplings three ways. It was good, although not very filling. Nothing to say about the service, efficient and pleasant.

Very hot place, no air conditioning. They served us, three beers of equal size, without asking! I ordered a portion only of fried calamari specifying, rings only. I saw myself arrive, a portion of squid, with tufts, soft and poorly breaded, salad and burnt potato fries. I should point out that the fried portion included other fish, including shrimp! in response they told me they were putting more squid, I paid the same amount! In the bill, an orange juice, not ordered by us.!!!

Too bad it’s next to the noisy Avenue de France. + The welcome, very friendly, even cordial, with a touch of humor for my children + The map, well provided, detailed, with lots of explanations The lessers : - Starter salad: Lots of rucola. And so little else... A few pieces of grated carrot, half a cherry tomato. And in terms of sauce... a little olive oil at the bottom! Truthful and without exaggeration. No vinegar or condiments on the plate or on the table - Following this entry, the waitress clears the plates and to her "Was it?", is answered with a "No, not too much". , Icy silence and departure without a word. She already wasn't too nice to begin with, that didn't help. She could have at least reported this to the boss, but obviously not. - The dishes, good but not exceptional either. The boss, who greeted us as we left, told us that the sauce had probably been forgotten and that we should have reported it. It's true. But honestly, forgetting sauce, in 5 plates?! Quite unimaginable to me. I will follow the evolution of the opinions because I would nevertheless have liked to try other dishes, hoping to be able to be more generous in terms of stars. Alternative decoration! I chose and tasted for the first time a Mortadela « Pinsa », high quality ingredients, and an excellent combination of them. A great experience, I recommend it!

Noisy place, very loud music in the toilets. One diner had a partially rotten green salad, another had charred fries. Another person got a sparse plate for the price. During dessert, two people received spoons stained with traces of chocolate or other substance. We asked the waiter to change them, which he did, however, without apologizing. We will not return to this establishment and will not recommend it either.

A restaurant that claims to be an "Italian gastronomic concept", which offers good cuisine with sometimes typically Swiss ingredients disconcerts me somewhat when you know the authentic cuisine of la bella Italia. The service is professional and fast. The atmosphere is pleasant, soft and invites you to spend a lovely evening. However, I deplore this growing trend in Italian restaurants in Switzerland to pass off rather simple dishes such as pasta or pizza as haute cuisine and thus raise the price of them. Sorry but I will never pay 24 to 39 francs for a plate of pasta no matter how good it is. I want to be clear, I love Italian cuisine, but it remains a local cuisine, a mamma cuisine, a tasty, simple and economical cuisine with an almost limitless variety of dishes as the country is full of diversity. from North to south ! Get your feet back on the ground and especially the prices!

Very nice restaurant, very good dishes but still quite expensive. On the other hand, we had quite enough to eat, contrary to the remarks of the first month. Besides, I appreciated that the pasta dishes were served as a "main course" because here, we are not used to eating pasta and a second meat course. A bit of a shame not to have the same server taking care of us all the time, but otherwise very good and I look forward to discovering other dishes.

Here's my feeling: I reserved a table at your place for my wife's birthday. We arrived and were immediately very well received. Polite staff, we had the feeling that everything was focused on us. The server was great! Smiling, warm, professional unlike his female colleagues. For a romantic evening, we found it to be very noisy. Difficult to agree. Limit sharing topics with table neighbors. Good advice when it comes to wine. Very good one that we chose. Long service, the principle of the light cube is great! It's a shame that its operation is not explained to customers and is not used correctly by employees. Because there was a lot of waiting and we had to ask for things several times to get them. The beef fillet was very good! The desserts (tiramisu and chocolate soufflé) lacked taste and the tiramisu lacked cream too many biscuits. Very nice the little aperitif offered upon arrival and the limoncello (very good) at the end of the meal.

Restaurant that keeps you wanting until you get there. too noisy and music too loud. We waited 15 minutes before being asked if we wanted an aperitif and being welcomed. The starter served (salads --> almost only arugula) and the main course came to us 40 minutes later. Frying fish too dry and tasteless, a carcass without prawns inside, fries with a pronounced oil taste and dry, tasteless... 3 different servers. First and only time we will go to the Opera. Great restaurant, competent and friendly staff, highly recommended

This resturant was so bad, I will not be retiring. The service was a big fat 0. We had 3 different servers, we order a meal but there were not at all flexible with my order. The manager lacks management skill as of the staff. We ate our salad and had to wait 40 mins later for our pasta. And the portions are very pricy for the portions. 😏 I will not be recommending this place to any of my friends

Well eaten, good pinsa, "out of space-time" atmosphere, borderline pedantic service, see "we don't think we're shit", a bit out of place for a Sédunois restaurant as an approach in the dining room for an Italian ( even if stamped "gastronomic"). Fortunately I didn't go with Nonna, she would have fainted 😄. Top food, service just down a bit...

Portions too small, too expensive and the service was too uncoordinated. We ate on February 25th and, like our table neighbors, waited far too long in each course. Unfortunately, the word gastro is out of place here. We hope that this was only the case at the beginning and that they have the chance to improve.

Extra restaurant, really good cuisine, great staff. Super good super service super quality price super everything really, but just one point to improve: the noise... you have to add materials that absorb the noise absolutely because it's almost unbearable.. (foam under the chairs/tables, panels acoustics or carpets I don't know) but we have to find a solution because it's a real shame for such a nice place! :)

Very nice restaurant, great and smiling waitress! The evening started very well, until the arrival of the dishes: - 1x gorgonzola gnocchi, generous portion - 2x pasta carbonara: portions really too small, still hungry once finished. We tell the staff that we are still hungry after this small portion of pasta and we are kindly offered an extra which we happily accept. A bottle of wine, drinks, three desserts and a coffee follow before the bill - 199Chf: the supplement is charged at full price. Our excellent waitress inquired about the situation with the management who did not want to hear anything and who let her kind colleague tell us this without coming to us. Too bad and unprofessional. The customers at the next table tell us that they too have eaten too little. Damage… We will no longer set foot there. Too bad for the first month of opening…
