Very fine cuisine in a stylish interior. We. Were in the back room. Good acoustics. The dishes are very fresh.

Unfortunately I can't recommend it. Price performance is not right.

It was a spontaneous visit. The restaurant is more of an office space. It's clean and quiet too. The service is friendly and accommodating. When asked about the specialty, they pointed directly to the most expensive dish, the crispy duck. But I decided on the spring rolls and another main course. The quality was not sufficient for me and my companion. We would have expected much more for the money. Lots of European vegetables and little cooking. The price-performance ratio is definitely not right for us here.

We went to the buffet, it had a good selection and everything was very tasty. We keep coming back.

Pleasant atmosphere and actually very good food. However, I don't really think the prices are justified. If prawns are cut lengthways in a menu "with prawns" it tends to fail me. Nice and well draped is nice, but if I have to go to McDonals afterwards to get my fill...

The english here wasn't too bad. Not the pho I expected. The base was a little bland and the strips of ginger were unexpected but still a good meal. Would recommend doing the buffet instead. Still, a very nice place to dine in.

The restaurant is centrally located. Public parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity. The restaurant was busy, but a reservation was not necessary. The service was friendly, but a bit slow. The prices for the dishes are on the high side, but the quality is good.

We went to the restaurant for lunch and were served in a friendly and courteous manner. It has a good selection of starters and main courses. The fried shrimps were very tasty. Lunch buffet without drink costs 28.- The restaurant is decorated rather simply and coolly. Background music might create a comfortable atmosphere.

Everything was right: the food, the service and the ambience. A restaurant that definitely deserves the five stars! I can particularly recommend the mango salad.

We were there for the lunch buffet and the service was really very friendly and accommodating. The pineapple pieces were ripe and juicy (the strawberries weren't really in season at the beginning of February, unfortunately). It had a good selection of starters and also various sauces. 3 vegetarian starters and a delicious glass noodle salad with the warm snacks. The fried sweet potato sticks were very tasty. Unfortunately, I missed a vegetarian dish among the wonderfully colorful main courses! that was a real shame. I noticed that a customer also asked for a tofu dish and one was prepared for him immediately. (Actually there was only a buffet that day) so top service. It had 2x various chicken dishes, once beef, once pork and once huge prawns. plus 2 different rice (jasmine & fried with egg & peas etc. unfortunately the ladles were mixed up by the guests and afterwards there was egg everywhere. not so practical for allergy sufferers etc.) It was really, really tasty for the eyes and the palate and quite inexpensive. The restaurant was well attended and had a nice atmosphere. I will be happy to be there again and hope to have a vegetarian selection as the main course at the buffet. :)

Very good cuisine, friendly staff, clean atmosphere

For me it has been one of the best restaurants ever. Even after Corona, still the top. Always fresh ingredients, beautifully prepared, special and perfectly seasoned dishes. Simple but nice, cozy furnishings and nice staff. Ms. Rüegger is doing a great job. Of course we would like to come back.

It was a pleasure to enjoy the fine Vietnamese dishes in the beautiful restaurant.

The cuisine is really very fine, full of subtle flavors and aromas, congratulations to the cuisine. It is very sought after, in terms of the composition of the homemade sauces which accompany the dishes. It's certainly a little more expensive than the local restaurants, but it's well worth the extra. Plus it’s served generously. I wouldn't have been able to get an entry. In addition, the little icing on the cake, a fried ravioli is served as an appetizer. The decoration is warm and soft, the service attentive without excess. Every time I travel to the area I will definitely stop by!

Exquisite cuisine, prices are very much in the higher segment

Nach vielen, zähen Monaten ohne Restaurantbesuchen, waren wir mit Freunden wieder mal im Orchidee. Das Essen (wir waren an einem Freitag, somit Buffet) war wunderbar. Eine gute Auswahl, alles sehr frisch und schön angerichtet. Zusätzlich wurde auch immer wieder nachgefüllt.Die Weinkarte ist ausgezeichnet, die angebotenen Weine sind zudem preislich äusserst fair! Wir kommen sicherlich wieder. Beim nächsten Mal ist vielleicht der Sommer da und erlaubt das Essen auf der Terrasse.

Nice atmosphere with attentive, friendly service, well-stocked menu also for vegetarians. Small but fine wines served openly. The portions are decent and the food is simply delicious. Prices in the middle range but appropriate for the quality.

Good and inexpensive lunch menus.

I thought the food was ok, but nothing more. I expected more in terms of taste and I'm used to better things from the "Thai around the corner". The quality wasn't bad! But I wouldn't recommend it. In addition, the prices are in the upper league.

Unsere Freunde haben uns das Restaurant Orchidee herzlichst empfohlen. Unsere Erwartungen wurden weitaus übertroffen. Von der Bedienung bis zum Essen alles war sehr gut. Wir freuen uns bereits jetzt auf den nächsten Besuch.

We ordered fried noodle with tofu, but the waiteres gave us friend noodle with beef. We wanted to reject it, but we thought there would be longer time to wait (around 30 minutes more). So, we just said it was okay, fortunately, we were not a vegetarian.But when they gave us the bill, they wrote the price of the fried noodle with beef instead of the fried noodle with tofu. It was 7 chf difference, it was okay for us, but that should not happening at a fine dining restaurant.

Ich verstehe den Zusatz „Fine Dining“ nicht ganz. Wenn man „Fine Dining“ hört, erwartet man etwas Aussergewöhnliches. Das konnte die Orchidee meines Erachtens nicht bieten. Mein Gemüsecurry mit Tofu war in Ordnung, aber der Preis von 31 Fr. ist total überrissen für Gemüse, nature Tofu und Reis. Vom Geschmack und der Präsentation her entsprach es jedem anderen asiatischen/vietnamesischem Restaurant. Nur sind diese um einiges günstiger - selbst in Zürich. Die Bedienung war kalt und erweckte einen unfreundlichen Eindruck. Ich würde nicht nochmal hin.

Wir waren zum Mittagsbuffet (findet Mittwochs und Freitags statt) und sind zufrieden. Das Essen ist geschmacklich top und sehr frisch. Es ist keine grosse Auswahl (5 Hauptgerichte und Reis), aber alles wird frisch zubereitet und schnell nachgereicht. Der Service ist freundlich, allerdings hatten sie sehr viel zu tun, da es sehr voll war. Unsere Getränke kamen erst nachdem wir nachfragten, Besteck wurde vergessen und die Teller wurden erst am Ende weggeräumt. Das Ambiente ist modern, aber eher kühl. Es ist recht eng bestuhlt und wenn das Restaurant voll ist, ist es recht laut.Für den Preis ist es ok.

Unfortunately, they don't serve authentic cuisine in a Vietnamese restaurant, which I find a shame given the very high prices...authentic vegetables, for example, change a dish enormously. Was there twice, but that was it.

Ich war mit meiner Partnerin heute im Orchidee, wie schon viele Male früher. Leider war ich etwas enttäuscht. Ich kenne Vietnam von vielen Besuchen recht gut. Lange schmeckte es im Orchidee so wie bei guten Küchen dort, ein Feuerwerk an Gerüchen und Geschmäckern. Leider war es diesmal (wie auch bei den letzten Besuchen teilweise schon etwas) nicht mehr so. Die Qualität war ok, aber eben nicht mehr. Es fehlt die wunderbare Geruchs- und Geschmacksvielfalt. So stimmt auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht mehr ganz.Ich wünsche mir wieder das Orchidee von früher zurück, ein Orchidee, wo ich Vietnam rieche. Auch der Service war zwar freundlich, aber nicht mehr top.Die eher tiefe Note basiert auf dem Vergleich mit dem Orchidee vor ca. 2 Jahren.

Wir haben das erste Mal vietnamesisch gegessen. Im Restaurant Orchidee wurden uns hervorragende Speisen serviert. Optisch wie auch im Geschmack wurden wir von einer sehr guten, frischen Küche überzeugt.

Gestern Abend war ich mit meiner guten Kollegin im Restaurant Orchidee.Ein Restaurant mit Stil - Das Essen war sehr gut und liebevoll dekoriert! Auch die Atmosphäre im Restaurant war sehr schön, modern und doch authentisch. Einzig an der etwas langen Wartezeit für den Hauptgang habe ich etwas auszusetzen, dafür erhielten wir einen Gruss aus der Küche, was sehr lecker schmeckte. Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Restaurant war aber ziemlich leer, was mich verwunderte. Vielleicht weil es noch nicht so bekannt ist. Ich werde bestimmt wieder einmal vorbeikommen.

Top food, top location, the toilet is certainly clean, only when I visited there was annoying smearing around my glasses, which irritated me.

War wirklich super. Alles hat lecker geschmeckt und die Bedienung war freundlich. Sehr schön eingerichtet.

Wir haben uns spontan entscheiden, im Orchidee essen zu gehen. Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Die Speisekarte ist übersichtlich gestaltet und die von uns ausgewählten Speisen waren hervorragend zubereitet. Alles war perfekt. Preisniveau ist eher oberer Bereich.

Das Orchidee befindet sich in der Altstadt von Lenzburg. Oeffentliche Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden.Das Lokal ist sehr modern eingerichtet und sauber.Es handelt sich hier um gehobene asiatische Küche und dementsprechend der Preis. Schade das dafür nur Papierservietten benutzt werden.Die Speisen werden alle frisch zubereitet und es muss mit Wartezeit gerechnet werden.Geschmacklich sind die Gerichte sehr gut und optisch schön angerichtet.Der Service ist freundlich und speditiv.

Super Preise, super essen, alles Top! Haben nicht viele aber dafür sehr interessante Gerichte. War am Mittag hier und würde öfters hier essen, wäre ich in der Umgebung. Kann ich wirklich empfehlen! Sehr leichte, frische Küche. Von der Vorspeise über den Hauptgsng bis zum kleinen Gebäck neben dem Espresso hat mir alles sehr geschmeckt!!

Es hat uns wieder mal ins Orchidee gezogen und wir waren einmal mehr sehr zufrieden. - modernes, eher kühles Ambiente- etwas laut, weil keine Lärmbrecher vorhanden und eng getischt- service eher ruhig und zurückhaltend (nicht so typisch asiatisch judihuii, ist für uns aber ok)- das Essen war sehr lecker- leckerer Hausapéro ohne Alkohol- Gruss aus der Küche bestand aus einer Vegi-Teigtasche- Vorspeisen: Jackobsmuscheln und Wantan mit Shrips und Schweinefleisch- Hauptgänge: 2x Ente mit Chili, Ananas und Peperoni (die Ente war sehr knusprig!) sowie eine separate Portion gebratene Reisnudeln mit Gemüse (Fr 5 extra), dafür sehr fein (wir mögen Reis weniger)- Dessert haben wir nicht mehr geschafft, da die Portionen sehr gross sind- Take Away: Reisnudeln mit gemüse mit Rindfleisch und Tiger Prawn mit Reis, dies sei auch ganz vorzüglich gewesen, haben uns die Empfänger gemeldet)Somit gerne wieder! Preis / Leistung stimmt für uns. Eher teurer aber dafür kein Bauchweh danach! ;)

Not a cozy place for me, sometimes it's very noisy and rather expensive, but the wonderfully finely cooked and seasoned Asian dishes made from crunchy, fresh ingredients make up for it all every time.

Mein Mann und ich haben letzten November Ferien in Saigon (Vietnam) gemacht. Zurück in der kalten Schweiz vermissten wir das gesunde und leichte Essen sehr. Da hat es uns sehr gefreut als wir bei der Internetrecherche auf dieses Restaurant gestossen sind:-Sehr feines Essen-Nette Bedienung-Preislich teurer als in der Umgebung - aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt Mein Mann und ich hatten einen sehr schönen Abend und freuen uns bereits auf den nächsten Besuch.

Unter Vietnamese Fine Dining verstehen wir definitiv etwas anderes: liebloses Personal an der Grenze zur Unfreundlichkeit, ebenso unterkühltes Raumklima, durchschnittlich gutes vietnamesisches Essen mit Fertigsaucen, das wir eher im Fast Food Segment positionieren würden. Das Ganze zum Schluss vor allem noch zu einem völlig überhöhten Preis. Kurz: nicht wiederholungswürdig.

D'abord on aurait tendance à tomber dans les clichés à propos des restaurants asiatiques mais là il s'agit d'un bon restaurant au décor contemporain soigné, aux qualités phoniques impressionnantes et surtout on découvre tout une variété de plats vietnamiens savoureux et bien présentés.

Very stylish restaurant, decorated on the edge of sobriety and coolness. The reception and service were very friendly. The food was good, but didn't completely convince us. The green papaya salad was rather bland and the pasta dish didn't make the taste buds explode either. Perhaps the more subtle use of spice in Vietnamese cuisine, compared to Thai cuisine, is not for me.

Ich kann dieses Restaurant sehr empfehlen. Wir waren mit vier Kollegen da und alle waren sehr zufrieden. Es gibt extra vegetarische Gerichte. Die Bedienung hätte etwas freundlicher sein können, aber war kein Problem. Das Restaurant ist relativ klein, was zu einer gewissen Lautstärke führt, aber es ging dafür alles ziemlich schnell. Vorweg gab es eine kostenlose Frühlingsrolle. Die Gerichte haben uns sehr gut geschmeckt, definitiv kein Einheitsbrei. Die Portionen waren groß. Die Preise für Schweizer Verhältnisse ok, die Hauptgerichte bei gut 30 CHF.Gerne wieder!

Very good lunch, fast and friendly service

Absolutely delicious and so light and easy to digest. After these heavy holiday meals I didn't really feel like eating, it was so delicious. Rarely eaten so well. And everything is so beautifully presented and so comfortably furnished. We felt completely comfortable.

Very friendly service. The food was very good. Beautifully presented. Ideal for meat and fish lovers of Asian cuisine. But vegetarians are not left out either. I tried the vegetarian spring rolls. Very good filling. The chicken curry in coconut milk was appealing. The crispy duck with ginger is a hit. Large portions that can also be taken with you if you don't want to eat it all. The ginger tea was absolutely fresh and wonderfully hot. The Vietnamese-style milk coffee ice cream is exciting. All in all: a wonderful evening in a stylish location. Gladly again.

Waren mit der Abteilung dort für einen Mittagslunch. Das Buffet bietet alles und die Speissen sind absolut top zubereitet. Einzig die teils lange Warteschlange trübt das Ganze ein wenig.

Wir haben alles genossen: feines mittagsbuffet mit abwechslungsreichem angebot, sehr lecker, tolle ambiente, nette bedienung und preis leistung stimmt. Werden wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren am 20.11.2018 zu Dritt zum Nachtessen im Orchidee.Das Erlebnis war gar nicht befriedigend.Am Schlimmsten ist die mangelhafte Lüftung im Restaurant. Wir haben es schon während dem Essen gerochen aber als wir dann zuhause ankamen, stanken wir nach Küche udn mussten alle Kleider in die Wäsche werfen. Das ist schlicht unzumutbar. Die ganze Dämpfe und Gerüche aus der Küche verbreiten sich im ganzen Speisesaal.Als wir das erste Mal hier waren, war es warm und die Fenster waren teilweise offen, da hat man es nicht merken können.Dazu kommt, dass das Preisniveau zu hoch für die Region ist. Das Essen ist zwar gut aber rund 20% zu teuer. Vor allem die Jakobsmuscheln Cari so diep waren mit 45.- zu teuer.Der erste EIndruck beim Betreten war auch eher mangelhaft aufgrund sprachlicher Probleme. Die Bedienung verstand anfänglich gar nichts und wir mussten mehrmals Name , Reservierung usw. wiederholen.Fazit. Das war der zweite und gleichwohl letzter Besuch in der Orchidee.Ein rundum enttäuschendes Erlebnis. Es gibt bessere Restaurant in Lenzburg
