Honestly, I'm a little torn. As an Argentinian, a little disappointed, as a Swiss, half happy. Firstly, the reception was not great. A smile from the boss would have made all the difference. We had 2 dogs with us and made it clear that she offered us comfortable seats for the service. Not comfortable for us or our dogs, but for the service. Secondly, the name "Parrilla" is too much. In a real parrillada you never serve meat on a slate. A grill master is there to serve you the meat as you request it. In this case, the cook just browns your meat and sends it to you on a slate to be sure not to make a mistake in your cooking choice. And ultimately, you do it yourself. Yes, I saw the photos and I knew what to expect in terms of meat service (which was delicious by the way) since this is my third visit to the establishment. But the name "Parrilla" does not correspond since we do not grill your meat. Third, if the atmosphere is really "Argentinian", the house music in the background is too much. Like other opinions below, I would have liked to hear tango. That said, the team in the dining room goes out of its way to make you smile and the dishes, wines and desserts correspond to the identity of the cuisine offered. I also thank the boss for responding to my opinion. But I think she misinterpreted it. Things did not go as you say ma'am, and you know it. However, I am entitled to give my opinion. When we arrived at the restaurant the table was occupied by some customers who left after a few minutes. We sit down. Not recommended, I though it could be good because of the reviews but is not. The service is bad and the food is bad quality. First the "empanadas", they have sugar! The taste is just bad and the empanada's dough is as bad as the filling (I never eat in Argentina stuff like that), after one bite I was not able to continue, I left it mostly intact. After that the "milanesa" with "mixta" salad, I asked it in spanish to the waitress but she took me what you see in the picture that is not a "mixta salad" and besides that they took me sunflower oil, we are in Europe so how can they use sunflower oil for a salad when you have plenty of high quality olive oil?, and the "milanesa" was fried with bad oil because of that the brown color, simple horrible, unhealthy and very expensive chf 31.
