Very friendly staff and good service. The dining room is clean and the tables are beautifully decorated! The food was delicious and the portions were sufficient. Always my pleasure!

The Perron is a restaurant with employees who have disabilities. I think it's very nice that there is such an opportunity for them to work. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the food is very good there. There is a salad buffet with great salads that are not run of the mill. Parking against payment.

The salad buffet is amazing - but the daily specials are also seasonal, delicious and original. Price/performance really top.

From my point of view, the Perron restaurant impresses with its staff, who are always friendly and warm, even at “Fullhouse”. I think it's great that the restaurant focuses on inclusion (which is supported by the Förderraum Foundation)! There is a daily menu (meat/vegi) with salad or soup as well as à la carte, although the latter is kept small. A look at the daily menu shows that Perron pays attention to freshness and regionality. Tips: Make a reservation in advance and ask the staff if you have any allergies/food intolerances.

The warm and attentive service is noticeable every time you visit. The food is excellent in terms of price/performance. Large portions that taste very good and are beautifully presented. Always worth a visit.

Very good price/performance ratio. We enjoyed the food very much. The menu is rather small, but there was something for everyone. Wonderful salad buffet - very varied and tasty. The service staff were very friendly and attentive. A place to feel good.

Today, June 16, 2023, first visit to the still young restaurant. It definitely wasn't the last visit. The service is quick, friendly and very accommodating. The restaurant is tastefully and comfortably furnished. The terrace is also very pleasant and of course in a great location right next to the train station. The food, a simple classic, was simply delicious. The pork schnitzel was juicy and delicious, the French fries were fried to perfection and the vegetable side dish (zucchini) was very tasty. The cranberries served with it rounded the whole thing off perfectly. Beforehand there was a menu salad from the buffet, which we put together ourselves. In addition to crunchy, fresh leaf salads, the salad buffet offers various other delicacies that I cannot praise enough. It's worth coming to the platform just for that. Finally, a masterful chocolate mousse was offered. The prices, including the drinks, are very fair and in my opinion should be a lot higher for this quality. Unfortunately there is a downer. Unfortunately, the restaurant is not open on Sundays or at weekends, but only from Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

I don't know if Korean travelers will come here, but if you get off at Sargans Train Station and are looking for a place to eat, I think you can stop by. You can find it by coming out of the parking lot behind the station, not in front of the station. If you pass by without paying attention, you might not even realize it's a restaurant~~^^;;; Although the prices are reasonable for a local restaurant, the salad buffet at lunch was good. Since the salad buffet menu is diverse, it may be a bit large if you order it along with the main menu. The taste is a bit salty~for Koreans~~;;

I now eat regularly at the Perron restaurant and am always impressed! The food is really tasty with varied daily menus. For starters you can choose between a daily changing delicious soup or an equally first-class alternating salad buffet. There is also a weekly pasta menu and a quiche as well as daily changing take-away offers. On the restaurant's website you can also see that Förderraum, the non-profit organization that runs the restaurant, is committed to supporting people with and without disabilities, which I just think is a great thing! I have always found the service to be very friendly and accommodating and can recommend the restaurant to everyone. Keep it up!

I was thrilled with my visit to Restaurant Perron. The newly opened restaurant is located right next to Sargans train station and offers a wonderful environment for a meal with friends or a cozy meal with high quality. The restaurant's culinary concept is based on regional, fresh and homemade ingredients and this is evident in every course. The daily menu and the daily changing lunch menus offer a large selection of delicious dishes. I had the pleasure of trying the homemade pasta and juicy steak and I can say that both were absolutely delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful and advised me on the choice of food and wine. The service was quick and efficient without being intrusive. The restaurant has modern furnishings and a cozy atmosphere that invites you to linger. There's also a bistro and bar, as well as a take-away buffet for those in a hurry. Overall, my visit to Restaurant Perron was a great experience. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back.

Yesterday we were on the platform for the first time. We like to give new restaurants a chance, yesterday it happened: The first thing you notice is that the images on Google are amazing! The restaurant really looks like something out of an interior design book. Here someone has placed a lot of value on the materials and arranged the colors and lighting moods beautifully. It's incredibly comfortable to sit in - especially when you consider the restaurant's moderately beautiful surroundings between the industry and the train station. The reception was pleasant, we had a nice table - also with a view of the kitchen - we curious minds find that quite exciting! And before I forget: we found the service to be friendly, attentive and consistently personable! Most importantly: The daily menu praised a saltimbocca with pumpkin risotto. I think saltimbocca is great, I don't actually need pumpkin. I just took a risk and the “risk” was rewarded. The pork was juicy and tender, the pumpkin was unobtrusive and seasoned in just such a way that I didn't find it unpleasant despite its natural sweetness. Will we go back to the platform? In any case, the first impression was just great!

Overall OK. However, certain employees are extremely unfriendly. If you don't eat everything on your plate, that's my problem. What I don't need is for certain employees to give me a moral lecture. Is unprofessional and extremely disrespectful.
