Actually a good and beautiful restaurant that would have earned a 4 star rating if it hadn't been for an incident that really surprised me negatively. Short version: Big black insect leg in the children's menu and unfriendly service and boss who wanted me to pay for it anyway and then got rude. What would you expect from a good restaurant? An apology, no charge for the affected meal, possibly some kind of compensation – something like “the drinks are on the house” or something like that. After all, you want to keep your customers and not have any negative rumors about insect parts in your food. But the restaurant's reaction was completely different. The bill came and my son's food was on it. When I asked very politely whether I had to pay for it, the waitress became unfriendly and finally said that the boss had to fetch her. The boss then generously "waived" it for me, but was also very unfriendly and then muttered to herself as she left, "then I'll have to get the money back from the supplier" and "I have no understanding for such complaints." The remark about getting money back is of course extremely ridiculous, because my son had only ordered a children's menu for around 10 CHF.
