Huge thumbs-up to Sandra for the friendly and smiling service throughout the dinner. The menu puts focus on Swiss traditional dishes. As starter I had the lamb’s lettuce salad with fresh chanterelles. Good and generous portion. As it was still game season, I chose the ‘’Rehpfeffer’’ (a kind of deer stew) as main course, served with all the trimmings including homemade spätzli. Excellent and generous portion! As sweet I indulged myself with a refreshing sorbet trio. Given Switzerland’s high price structure, the bill remained surprisingly moderate (CHF69), which is outstanding value for money.
