We've been happy to go there for years, and we've always been happy with the price/performance ratio. Last Tuesday we spontaneously set off on a short hike around Oberegg, with the goal of Sonne-Blatten, to eat and drink something. I quickly checked the opening times online to avoid disappointment. It's open on Tuesday! Let's go! After about 2 hours of hiking, we were hungry and were looking forward to stopping in the sun. An angry hiker stood at the entrance and told us that the restaurant was closed because of wealth. In fact: On the door it said: New opening times 2023, (among other things) closed on Tuesdays, etc... Not even down at the junction where there is a large sun sign has anything changed. So a lot of people go up there every Tuesday and are disappointed! I don't know what to think about it. I think it's a disgrace! Adjust your opening times on the homepage and your board too! That's just inconsiderate and arrogant, sorry. From now on we will take cheaper picnics with us on our hikes, then we will no longer have to rely on such impossible situations. Dear restaurateurs: only a few of you understand how to survive in your admittedly difficult profession. The situation alone will no longer be enough….
