A total disappointment. The food is more like junk food than a balanced dining experience. The lack of vegetarian options, save for an unimaginative pasta dish, is simply inexcusable in 2023. I am very surprised by the latest comments. Conflict of interest? In addition, the prices charged are exorbitant for a restaurant located within a training center. The manager, for her part, seems to have received training in harshness and rudeness. His behavior sometimes borders on verbal violence, creating a most unpleasant atmosphere. I have deep questions about the way the people working under you are treated. The height of absurdity is that the apprentices are forced to eat in the corridors, because it is obligatory to order something to access the restaurant area. Please note that there are no drinks below 4chf. Finally, I would like to remind you that through your position, you wear the colors of a social institution. You respond to a code of ethics and are supposed to defend common values, in particular those of respect for customers, whether they have reached the age of majority or not. I don't think I'm teaching you anything by telling you that the meal represents an essential moment of relaxation and creation of bonds, all the more crucial for young people in training. They deserve a serene place where they can recharge their batteries and connect with their peers. . Under no circumstances is there any reason to mistreat them. NONE. I sincerely hope that improvements will be made in the future to provide a more positive experience.

How could I not give this establishment the maximum rating? Firstly the cuisine, every day you will find various sought-after and balanced dishes with vegetarian options. For the price it varies from 12chf to 16chf (the price of the dish of the day in Geneva is rarely below 20chf and rarely of this quality). Then the service, the waitresses and waiters are young apprentices for the majority taking their first steps in the world of work and despite this, for the vast majority they demonstrate very great professionalism, (once again nothing to envy of an average restaurant). Then as for the atmosphere, having done it myself, catering is a thankless job. You owe it to yourself to be in a good mood all the time... or pretend to be. However, I have never had to complain about their welcome which is friendly and smiling. Finally, to give some context to this message which seems to be too good to be true, I work in an institution with people with disabilities and every day we have a team who goes to eat at the Sur le pont restaurant. Their welcome, their respect for differences, their way of constantly adapting to our needs and specific regimes in other words their professionalism means that for our beneficiaries as for us supervisors, we have no intention of going elsewhere . To make it simpler you can go there with your eyes closed and your stomach wide open.

Restaurant run by ORIF apprentices, young people with learning difficulties. They can put their teachings into practice there. A self-service part, a “practical restaurant” part with table service. The prices are identical for both variants. It's good, varied, fresh and the price-quality ratio is very good. There are vegetarian options. The service can be slow at peak times, and of course these are apprentices who do not yet have perfect comfort in all circumstances.

Food melts bread like reinforced concrete to avoid this place. He mistreats their apprentices. My son had to go to the hospital because the fries weren't good, I advise you to go to Migros-coop at least you won't get sick

Every time I come, I am disappointed! The salmon/avocado wrap at 10 a.m. was not fresh, the avocado blackened and the salmon at the beginning and at the end, and only green salad, the raspberry millefeuille with raspberries not very fresh. The quality is not there! And unfortunately this is not the first time that I have been disappointed! I gave it another chance and alas, still just as disastrous.

I have been served several times by the same person, a woman who works on Thursdays at noon who is very unpleasant, I would even go so far as to say insolent and haughty.

As I am doing an internship at the EPI, I only drink coffee there during my morning break. But the staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable, however you will have to go there to find out if the food is good!
