Since I live in Bremgarten myself, I wanted to support the local business. That's why I had dinner in this restaurant with a colleague on February 28th, 2024. The restaurant was empty, which makes it hard for me to understand why we had to wait a long time for everything, e.g. ordering, clearing away the starter and also ordering the dessert menu. And the coffee we ordered was also forgotten! Once and never again! In my opinion, hospitality is something different. A bottle of mineral water 11 Fr. Which we had to pour ourselves. Price performance is not available.

Food was good, only chicken was a bit dry. And the waiting time was long, about an hour. Mousaka and pork gyro was very tasty.

I visited the shop yesterday Saturday. The preface I would start about this restaurant would be about the nice food and its good quality for Greek cuisine in Zurich. But I am in the unfortunate position to report that after our visit today I was completely disappointed in their handling of a problem-question we had regarding the charges they made to us. Unfortunately, once again we were wrongly charged, i.e. we asked for glasses of wine 🍷 and without asking we opened a bottled bottle, we were charged more things than what we ordered and the best thing is that the prices are different from what is in the catalog. Of course when we asked about the analysis of the bill as customers and us or dealing with the employee or boss (he refused to tell us anymore was his position in the store) it was unacceptable telling us to leave and not to pay because he would not sit down to answer our questions with an 'unruly style' but we, like each of us who respect each other's daily wages, of course we paid but he "took it out of our noses". It is a shame unfortunately in a country with culture and respect that some people take advantage and behave like this!!!

We were there for the first time today and definitely NOT the last time!! The food was very good and the meat was A1!!! The whole team was so hospitable and attentive, especially towards our small children, that many other restaurants can take a role model from! See you soon and keep it up!!!

So far the finest Greek food we have eaten outside of Greece, we actually weren't hungry, so it was a simple "Bifteki" and a Greek salad, very tasty! Now we have to try the rest of the delicacies. The prices are too high to eat like a Greek with lots of friends and mezedakia but that's common here in Switzerland, but we will still go there again and finally the most beautiful Greek music in the background, "... όπα και στην υγειά μας! " Well, we went there again, there is no "mezedakia" so the ouzo doesn't really taste good and the menu was modest, it was ok, but no comparison to a Greek taverna!

The people who run the restaurant are really nice and helpful. The food is good too, but a little bit too salty. There is nice music playing in the background.

wife and i came here and ate an awesome suvlaki chicken gyro. the place has a great atmosphere and the staff feel very gracious. we weren't feeling well from the smell of fried bread and melted cheese from the annual christmas night market. but this bite was exactly what we were looking for that we couldn't find anywhere at the market. we felt great after!

We were there for the first time. We are a family with two small children. The service staff were very nice and child-friendly. The food was top notch, Greek and very fine. The children also enjoyed it, even though they had never eaten Greek before. We can only recommend the restaurant! We will definitely go again!

I ate here for the first time today with my parents and it definitely won't be the last time. To date I have NEVER had such delicious Greek food 🥰 and when it comes to hospitality, many restaurants could follow an example. Here you feel that the guest is king and nothing is missing. And the portion and quality is the perfect mix of price and performance, you get enough of very good quality for what you pay. 100% recommended! 🙏🏼 P.S. The three of us had a “mix grill plate for 2 people” and a milk börek for dessert, which was also enough for 3 people 😊🥰

After our stay in Crete and because we love Greek cuisine, we went to Suflaki in Bremgarten. In short: friendly service, good food, the only thing that is a bit annoying is that it takes a little long until the reservation is confirmed and the outside area is right on the street. Once again disappointed with the new restaurant in Bremgarten! The service made a great effort. But the food is coarse and unfortunately only of medium take-away quality and that is far from enough for the setting and the location. So the salad came with completely mushy tomatoes and completely inadequate sauce, unfortunately there was no vinegar or oil on the table (completely incomprehensible for a Greek)! The main course was mediocre but enjoyable, unfortunately the pita bread smelled like it was burnt. It's really such a shame that Sulvaki doesn't give us a reason to come back because everyone was very nice! Addendum: If you read the owner's responses to bad reviews, you know everything. First of all he doesn't quite know the German language and doesn't understand everything that is written and then he cheekily attacks everyone who criticizes him and gives him a bad performance as a restaurateur in his answer, which is really a really good idea as a restaurateur! The boss at Sulvaki can remember one principle: guests want to enjoy themselves and not have to criticize, so you should take the guests seriously and not write rude answers. That won't happen with Sulvaki, but the advantage is that there will soon be a new restaurant in der Linde. If you look at photos of the food, everything is said... ridiculous!

I ordered the grill plate for two people. The food tasted really good. But there are two things that really bother me. Gyros are always made from pork and not chicken. It is certainly made for certain target groups. And what I can't understand at all. How can a Greek restaurant not make their own tzatziki? This tzatziki has been bought. And then not even good. Anyone who has ever eaten real tzatziki at a Greek restaurant will understand me. And that's the only reason I wouldn't order again. The delivery service had no change. Although you can choose to pay in cash.

Just the original Greek floor outside! The whole thing feels like a vacation! The service is on point and warm. The selection of dishes is original to Greece. I can only recommend natural yogurt with quinces! Very good! Price-performance ratio is absolutely right! For 7 adults and 1 child the bill was “only” CHF 407, and we were all full! Always my pleasure!

Today my girlfriend and I celebrated our anniversary at Suvlaki restaurant. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The ambience reminds me of my vacation in Greece and the terrace is beautiful. The menu offers a varied selection and the meat skewers with tzatziki, fries and Greek salad were outstanding in terms of taste. The Greek coffee and dessert were also delicious and authentic. I give it 5 stars and would even give it an 11 on a scale of 1-10. This is the best Greek restaurant I have visited in all of Switzerland. I'd love to come back, next time with more people. I love this restaurant 🤩

The Suvlaki restaurant impressed us last Sunday with its warm hospitality. From the first moment we felt like valued guests. The authentic Greek cuisine was delicious and lovingly prepared. The staff was attentive and willing to provide recommendations. The owners created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Overall an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

Never go to Athens again for a fine pita! The food was so good that I can easily imagine visiting here every day ;-) The atmosphere is really like Greece. We sat in a corner where the neighboring house looked like it was in Greece! The service was clumsy that day. It can happen and reminds me of Greece ;-) Came to redeem the 2for1 voucher, stayed because of the perfect ambience and super fine Greek food! See you soon!

The service is friendly and makes an effort. This restaurant used to be the “Lemon Chilly”, which served very high quality Thai dishes. The Suvlaki can't keep up with that. Overall, the quality of the food is okay. The choice is very limited for vegetarians and vegans. The focus is mainly on meat dishes. That's a reason for me not to come back. The price/performance is OK. The ambience is still a bit haphazard. In principle, good home-style dishes could also be served there. The authenticity of both the ambience and the dishes can still be worked on. If there were more vegetarian and vegan alternatives (e.g. grilled vegetables, mezze mix, vegetable potato pan...whatever) I would see a reason to come back.

We went to the restaurant as a family (7 people) for a birthday dinner. We all enjoyed the food very much. The homemade grape leaf rolls are highly recommended. Specific meal requests/changes were also addressed. Upon request from the owner, my mother was served a birthday cake with a candle and musical accompaniment (thank you very much, again!) The ambience is authentic and there is always Greek music playing in the background (a little dance is also welcome) The service is friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed the evening and will definitely come back!

So I really have to say that the price is a disgrace! ..in Greece you get beaten up for such starving gyros portions without onions 🙈 Not even a meat plate on the menu...that's called Greek? .. I'm a regular customer, but today was the second time it's gone bad. The food was just terrible. It was a very horrible sauce instead of tzatziki, which wasn't a gyro for me and the sauce tasted very sour.

Highly Recommended!!! We ordered the large grill for two to try a little bit of everything and everything was fantastic, from the marinade, the preparation to the cooking of the meat. It quickly becomes clear that they use homemade products, not as standard products as in other restaurants. The burger, lamb chops and gyros were PERFECT, the pita and tzatziki sauce were also very good. For only a 10 minute delay, the restaurant was also very friendly and gave us a gift to apologize for.
