Good restaurant with very friendly staff and good food

Food top simple and good. Price performance is totally right. There is still a little room for improvement in terms of service, but it is very friendly!

I had dinner here 2 days in a row. Both days very nice food, friendly service and great atmosphere.

Stylish, cozy restaurant with a feel-good atmosphere. We were there for lunch today in a group of 4. We ordered the wild boar starter three times with autumn side dishes and once a wild vegetarian plate. The food tasted very good and was delivered quickly. The waitresses were quick and very friendly. The meal with work colleagues was a complete success. I would love to come back soon for a romantic dinner with my husband. I can highly recommend this restaurant.

Dinner with a larger group was simply fantastic! The table arrangement was optimal so that we could all chat comfortably and have a great time together. The dishes we were served were of excellent quality. Whether you're a meat or fish lover or a vegetarian - there was something for everyone. And the dessert buffet was to die for! A variety of sweet treats and a good cheese selection. What made the whole thing perfect was the very attentive and friendly service. The staff was always on hand to make sure we didn't lack anything. They always had a smile on their faces and made us feel completely comfortable. Thank you!

Nice cozy, neat and well organized restaurant. I just spontaneously went there for lunch for the first time. Friendly and attentive staff, dishes freshly prepared and served warm. The fine white wine was well tempered. Staff has everything under control. Price/performance ratio TOP for the location, if you know what I mean 😅🫢🍀🙏. I would love to come more often 🍀🦋.

Just great!! Not only does the food taste excellent, the presentation and quality are also sensational. In addition to the fantastic food, you will also be served by friendly, extremely courteous and attentive staff. The ambience is homely and elegant at the same time. We would be happy to visit the Verenahof restaurant in Wollerau again and let our taste buds be pampered by the excellent cuisine. The dog-friendliness is also great! For everyone who doesn't want to leave their pets alone at home ;-)

Excellent family experience in this traditional restaurant, which offers classic but very well made, simple and delicious dishes. Small, fairly classic children's menu but at reasonable prices. Top service, rustic but warm setting. My shrimp (with wild garlic with rice and seasonal vegetables) were perfect, as was the dessert (Mövenpick ice cream). It's open every day and the icing on the cake is that there is a small parking lot right in front for customers. I'll be back !

Very good Swiss German food in Wollerau! The price is reasonable for Switzerland and i have yet to have a dish that I did not like. I been here a few times for business dinners and just casual meals and it was always good. The service is also very friendly and attentive.

The Verenahof restaurant is finally a real recommendation again! We've had lunch with larger groups several times and each time we've had an excellent and delicious meal. The service team is very attentive and friendly and special requests such as gluten-free etc. are also happy to be fulfilled.

Lovely place, that opens throughout the weekends with warm kitchen. Cooking was really lovely, nice and variety of veggies, well cooked, flavorful- but, the main dishes are ridiculously small. Potatoes are counted, some dishes didn’t even have fillers like rice, pasta, and therefore it leaves a feeling if it is worth to go. I will give it another chance, but in a world where other restaurants are properly filling your main dish, I am not sure I will be convinced to pay a main dish and receive an starter.

Food very good 👍 The staff leaves a lot to be desired, you have to refill the expensive wine yourself... and behind the buffet there is laughter and gossip, and cleaning in the evening is more important than serving the guest... it's a shame... because the guest should still be the king 👑, especially in such a fine restaurant.

Ich war jetzt schon mehrmals geschäftlich Mittagessen und auch am Abend mit meiner Familie. Ich muss sagen, man spürt den Spirit und auch die Liebe am Detail des Teams. Geschäftsessen am Mittag mit angenehmer Wartezeit, es herrscht keine Hektik, der Service sowie auch die Küche haben es im Griff. So soll es sein! Mittags: 4 Menu’s, immer eine schwierige Entscheidung für mich und auch für meine Kunden. Alles hervorragend. Am Abend ist alles mit weissen Tischtüchern gedeckt. Das hat einen besonderen Charme. Nicht übertrieben dekoriert. Es ladet sehr zum Verweilen ein. Speisekarte ist Top. Vom hervorragendem Steak übers Wienerschnitzel, das leckere Siedfleisch bis zu den vegetarischen Gerichten hin einfach nur zum weiter empfehlen. Mein Fazit: Kulinarisch hervorragend, aufmerksamer freundlicher Service, schönes Ambiente, Mittag und Abend. Komme immer wieder sehr gerne. Bravo!

Wir waren das zweite Mal im Verenahof und es war wiederum top. Warum in die Ferne schweifen, wenn es lokal ein solches Top Restaurant gibt. Die Bedienung ist sehr sehr nett, professionell und man fühlt sich als Gast. Dazu kommt eine super Speisekarte mit allem was Lust macht. Wir können den Verenahof wärmstens empfehlen und kommen bald wieder. Einfach super und Top.

Wir durften ein ausgezeichnetes Mittagessen geniessen. Sehr freundliche Bedienung und köstliches Essen.Wir hatten mehrere Gänge welche von der Menge aber ideal waren. Hauptgang hat mir besonders geschmeckt mit einem sehr zarten Filet und einer geschmacklich tollen Sauce. Gerne wieder ein anderes mal.

Mittagmenue war wie üblich hervorragend und freundliche Bedienung war super.ein tolles Team.Wir gehen wieder.

Die verschiedenen Schnitzel und Cordon Bleu (speziell das der Walliser Art!!) sind weitherum bekannt und auch wirklich so gut, wie sie sich Kenner wünschen. Dazu werden hoch-klassische Pommes frites gereicht, die in Duft und Geschmack bestens sind. Wir hatten keine aussergewöhnliche Wartezeit zwischen Bestellung des Essens und dem Servieren. Also: ein Dank an die Küche! Das Ambiente ist gemütlich, gradlinig und ohne Schnickschnack.Der Service ist aufmerksam und freundlich.Die Weinkarte dürfte noch 2-3 Positionen von CH-Produkten haben, sowohl im weissen wie auch roten Bereich.

We waited 50 minutes for the food, which is just far too long for a small, simple dish. The order was taken by the staff and not sent for some reason. The wrong dish was then brought. The kitchen made an effort, but unfortunately the service failed completely.
