A wonderful restaurant to enjoy a great and beautiful meal. The service is super nice and super attentive. The restaurant is also very fond of children and the little ones' wishes are catered for very well. Our children love the homemade chicken nuggets!!! The food tastes wonderful and there is always something new and delicious to choose from. We love it and always enjoy coming here.

The restaurant was handed over from father to son. This is now in the kitchen and conjures up delicious dishes. At midday there is a choice of lunch menus and in the evening à la carte. Well suited for wine lovers (as the name suggests). The open wines can be tasted beforehand. This simplifies the selection immensely. Also suitable for smaller occasions.

Very fine food. Unfortunately, the restaurants are temporarily closed due to the corona pandemic. At the WEIN and SO restaurant you can currently pick up the fine food by take away. This is highly recommended! The menu is always available on the homepage. Before the pandemic, we had our son's baptism dinner at this restaurant. Manuel Schwarz is a very good host and excellent cook! We'd love to come back!

Schönes altes Riegelhaus, rustikal eingerichtet mit einer kleinen Bar. Wir waren 4 Personen zum Mittagessen. Kleine übersichtliche Mittagskarte mit 4 verschiedenen Menüs. Die Bedienung freundlich, kompetent und zuvorkommend.Salat und Suppe wurden gleichzeitig serviert (2 hatten Suppe und 2 hatten Salat).Ebenfalls die Hauptspeise kam gleichzeitig, Die Gerichte waren heiss und schön angerichtet. Interessante Weine. Man bekommt 3 Weine zum Degustieren und kann dann den Wein wählen, der einem am besten mundet. Preis/Leistung absolut in Ordnung.

Se puede elegir un excelente menú con comidas típicas o al mediodía un menú a costo bajo. En todos los casos se ve la mano de un buen cheff. Destaco también la esmerada atención.Ideal para ir en grupos a evento y catas.

Immer wieder essen wir in diesem schönen Thurgauer Riegelhaus. Die Speisekarte ist nicht eben als gross zu bezeichen, doch wer gutbürgerlich mag, findet bestimmt etwas.Der gemischte Salat ist klassisch und mundet prima.Beim Hauptgang wird zwischendrin gefragt, ob noch ein Supplement gewünscht wird. Ohne Aufpreis wird selbstverständlich nachgeliefert. Das nenne ich Service!Dessertauswahl klein, aber fein. Als typischer „Nichtdessertesser“ finde ich auf der Karte einen Espresso mit 2 thurgauer Pralines, welche ich fast immer ordere. Mhhhh!Weinauswahl ist ordentlich, v.a. österreichische Weine sind vorzüglich. Weiter so!

Recently went here to eat game! Excellent food, excellent ambience, excellent service! Keep it up! We were also able to benefit from the wine tasting before selecting the wine. We think it's a sensational idea if you can taste the wine first before ordering it. So you have suggestions from the connoisseurs and can still choose the taste. Keep it up!

Today I was invited to Wein & so with my wife and four colleagues and acquaintances. We all really like the house, the restaurant, the bar and everything we saw. The friendliness of the staff is also to everyone's satisfaction. When we talk about food there is only one word; fantastically good. The wine that was recommended and that you were allowed to taste beforehand was also excellent. Me and my other colleagues who were there can highly recommend this restaurant.
