Good food and nice ambiance. The nicest hostess Cassia made us feel at home. Place to be in Zuoz!

Very unfortunate location. For many people it's total overwhelm and pure chaos. Waiting times of >1h. Cold food and not properly fried hash browns. However, pizza was good and quick. It's a shame for the ski area, which has few alternatives.

In addition to the high prices (which was to be expected for a ski restaurant), what particularly bothered us was the very dirty tables. We also had to wait a VERY long time for our food.

To be clear: We won't be going to this place any time soon. It was Christmas 2024. The terrace was occupied by around 35 people. So not even half. We ordered 2 teas and a nut cake. It took around 20 minutes just before we were allowed to order. Another 15 minutes passed before the tea came and the fact that I was able to drink the nut cake together with the hot tea was a pious wish, because it came after another 15 minutes. In short: There is still some room for improvement in terms of staff training, especially the digital helper.

I'm really sorry, but here I'm sorry about the service. We were served very well at the beginning, the pizza was good, but then the service changed, we paid everything to the nice waitress, then the boss served us, we have ordered something else from him, he was arrogant, annoyed, listless, unfriendly... etc., we still had to drink the wrong drink, he preferred to drink a beer with I think regulars and then pay the hell out of it, he gave us the old bill that we had Had paid for service beforehand, brought it again ooh be careful, he charges twice. We only go when the boss isn't there.

Good price/performance ratio. Great rustic facility. Friendly staff. Beautiful surroundings.

Tidy nice restaurant inside. You choose your table, take your time to look at the menu and then order at the cash register. Very diverse menu. Pizokel is freshly prepared with fresh vegetables, the vegan hamburger with avocado, chutney etc. is a delicacy! To recommend. Also large pizza selection. Restaurant has improved a lot compared to a few years ago.

Great pizzas, the food was delivered quickly and the staff was very friendly. The tables were clean and cleared. A live band created a great atmosphere on site. We've been coming for over 20 years and finally this restaurant high above Zuoz is being revived, great!

Avoid the restaurant - we ordered 3 menus, and all of them were poor: 2 x Rösti: both not warmed up properly (only the plate was hot). 1 x burger: black on the outside and raw on the inside! Not only inedible, but also dangerous. The overwhelming demands on the service were also disappointing. No accommodation when it comes to billing.

The restaurant is simply an imposition! Tables dirty, staff unfriendly, waited over an hour for the Rösti...! Sure, it's not easy for piste restaurants, but the ones in Minschuns and Scuol prove that there is another way.

We've been waiting for lunch for two hours. An absolute disgrace!

December 27th, 2022, high season in the Engadin, which is supposed to be a top destination. It's complete chaos in the Pizzet restaurant in Zuoz. It has far (!) too few staff. Used dishes are piled up on the tables. Guests wait forever for their orders. When they finally get something, it is either incomplete or already cold. The few staff are completely overwhelmed by the poor organization and have to accept the scolding from the guests. Is there an amateur at work here? The landlord hasn't been running the restaurant for the first year. You might think he has experience to draw on. But far from it, as a look behind the counter and through the open kitchen door confirms. To put it plainly in Swiss German, there is simply a huge puff. Zero structure, no organized processes can be seen. That's almost dramatic. The innkeeper actually presents a very attractive menu with good food and drink. Why is he ruining the good foundation with such a dismal performance in the high season? Incomprehensible, disappointing, a shame.

Great pizza eaten, very friendly staff

I've known this restaurant for around 20 years and I've never had a good meal there until last week. Since the change of host, the food has been excellent. I was there at the end of the season and there were few people. The service was very friendly and the food came quite quickly. The pizza, salad and burger were excellent. There's still some work to be done on the Capuns *g* It's nice that there's finally a restaurant in Zuoz where you can eat well!

At 12:20 we ordered two simple menus, after asking, we received our food at 1:35 p.m. (more than an hour of waiting time!). Unfortunately we were disappointed again when we saw the portions... Cost for this failure: 68.-

Once again it was great at the Pizzet! Angelo's pizzas can't be beat. I have never found such a broad menu and wine list in a ski area.

Good location and nice ambience. Unfortunately, the operation is often unnecessarily slow. The staff's statement that "we're all on holiday" is true for the guests - but unfortunately that's the wrong approach for the staff themselves. It's a shame, otherwise it would be a recommendable restaurant.

Great pizza, cozy and familiar. The seating is not super comfortable but the staff and location are wonderful!
