Thank you for this wonderful evening, with fine food and great staff! We were greeted very friendly and served extremely courteously. Thanks to the constant attentiveness of the waiters (I hope that's the right job title) we lacked for nothing. I would particularly like to mention one waiter - the gentleman from Hesse! His pleasant friendliness and subtle humor accompanied us wonderfully throughout the evening. Kind regards to him! Also thank you for the water, for Mischa! The singing was also really beautiful 🎵Happy Birthday🎶 👌! and the surprise dessert for my partner Max's birthday. He was very happy! We enjoyed the thoroughly enjoyable evening. All in all ok, the food still has some room for improvement, price/performance ok, location nice and well located.

Apple chüechli were very finished, the oil ran out of the chüechli. The service was rushed and just slammed the drinks and dessert onto the table. Didn't even ask what's whose!? The radio was way too loud, so people got louder and louder. The noise level in the restaurant was very uncomfortable.

Very unfriendly service!!! We didn't feel welcome and were almost shouted at when we called the waiter. My husband said that this nasty waiter was almost like "Do you understand fun?" could be. Unfortunately, our birthday turned into an unpleasant experience. This way we won't let anyone yell at us a second time. Very disappointing and strange! The food was good but expensive.

We have been to the Reuss Bridge again for a long time. We just wanted to eat a quick pizza. The food was very good, the service was nice. We were shocked at the price... 59.- for a small margerita and a normal-sized pizza (I can't remember the name) plus a 2 mineral and a bar are definitely too much!

Very nice staff. We were served by Niklas. Chateau Briand was excellent. We'd love to come back. The 5 stars are deserved

My mother and I visited the Reuss Bridge this evening and were served by Christian, Giabbi & Niklas. These three were just incredibly charming and entertaining. We visited the Reuss Bridge on a Tuesday during the week. The restaurant was busy but not fully booked. The food was super good. Can I definitely recommend. It was far too hot in the restaurant, even though it was rather cool outside, and despite telling the staff nothing was done about it. The ambience is okay, but it is getting old. The service was bad. Although we made ourselves known to various service people, it was a good 10 minutes before someone tried to take the first drink order. Almost torture in this heat. During the meal we ordered some additional sauce. That took 10-15 minutes. By then the plates were almost empty and the sauce that was brought remained. This was our first visit to the Reussbrücke, based on recommendations. Apparently we had a bad day. It's a shame, because the kitchen does a great job, but the service blows it up.

In my opinion the prices were expensive. The service wasn't exactly good and the waiting times for the food were extremely long. The food was average for me.

Very unfriendly and bored service. In autumn: Dinner after 6 p.m. and then only inside, no matter what the weather is. Prices are excessive because there is no competition nearby. But this arrogant service is really bad - never again.

Great value for money at lunchtime with top service!

Went through the campsite at the campsite. The food wasn't cheap for us Austrians, but the quality was A1 and the Hungarian waiter was very nice. The restaurant was well booked! We liked it very much!

We were in this restaurant for the first time. When we arrived, no one even served us, we had to call first and then we weren't asked if we wanted to eat. The pizza was dry and expensive.

We are regulars at this great restaurant. Excellent cuisine. Well-rehearsed, competent and very friendly staff. Prompt reservation recommended. It's great that this is now also possible online.

Very nice location with a view of the river. The two of us were there shortly before the evening service at around 5:30 p.m. on Saturday and would have liked to have something to eat. There were only a few guests there (4 or 5 tables with 2-4 people each with 5 service employees) and it still took around 20 minutes before we could order something to eat. We gave up. It's a shame about the beautiful location.

We made dinner reservations for 9 people. The waiter comes quickly and asks for drinks. In the Panache (beer with lemonade) the lemonade could only be glimpsed. Well, beer is apparently cheaper than soda. We are waiting for the menus. And wait. And wait. And wait. The neighboring tables fill up, get menus and order. Regulars get belly rubs. Food is served all around. At least 5 waiters and waitresses scurry around and skillfully ignore us. So there was no shortage of staff. We still haven't seen a map. After about 40 minutes, a cellar finally comes and brings the cards. Then waited another good 35 minutes for food. Prices proud. Fitness salad puny, pike perch dry, fries limp. Some of us find a fine connection in food. We complain and the person is offered dessert. After two and a half hours of sitting around, we no longer have any nerve and just want to leave. Conclusion: nice place, nice restaurant with enough staff. Waiting times and service: underground Food: expensive and oh well

Located directly on the Reuss, you can eat well and simply here. We were here for lunch and the portions were very large - and I think you could have ordered a supplement. The salad is brought in a bowl to share, bread is on the table. The service was super fun and always had something to say. Plus a very good price for lunch in such a location. There are also enough parking spaces in front of the house. Was convincing.

Stayed for three days, the atmosphere was very good. But you have to choose a good hotel. Some places have beautiful acne but the rooms and beds are not good.

The pizzas are EXPENSIVE, good but not great.

Snotty staff, we haven't experienced anything like that in the Redtaurant for a long time (Mr. approx. 1.7, blonde short hair, standard German)

Nice restaurant with enough parking spaces. Service is friendly. Unfortunately the price/performance ratio is not right at all. The expensive main courses are not worth the price, very little meat, but a lot of sauce and fries or hash browns. Cordon Bleu was very good, unfortunately it is offered without vegetables. Bread was available, but I would have liked butter and olive oil etc. for this price range. The salad could have used a little more sauce. Not only was Apérol Spritz served in a small glass, but it was also quite watery and almost tasteless. By the way, the coffee/espresso too.

Very nice terrace. The food was good, but the portion was rather small. Considering this, the price of our meal was definitely too high. In general, the prices are in the upper segment. The service staff was friendly and the service worked well.

Nice service and fine food. The seating is very comfortable and the view of the Reuss is fantastic. Be sure to make a reservation as it is a popular place.

We were back on the terrace on July 9, 2023. The service ignored us again like last time. When we were finally no longer ignored, we asked if we could sit at one of the four empty tables by the river. It was 4:10 p.m. The young employee said “No, reservation at 5:30 p.m.” Even after we said we would be leaving in an hour, they said no. The pizza arrived after 15 minutes and we ordered the bill at around 4:40 p.m. In the meantime, the same employee let 3 (!) others sit at the tables we were denied and they also ordered food. We actually wanted to order desserts and coffee, but so we paid and told the employees that something like that just wasn't possible. Instead of apologizing, the same young employee from the river department followed up with a cynical comment. She must be the owner the way she acted. Sorry Chlöisli, she's tired of that! The service is simply bad and unmotivated. You can see how much they dislike serving a guest. No card is brought, “What do you want to drink!” The guest must ask “Please bring the drinks menu”. Every kebab shop is friendlier. Drink is brought without ice, without lemon. Even at 30 degrees, no demand. Not acceptable at these prices. We have known the restaurant for over 20 years but will not be coming back. It's a shame, the food would be really good!

Great food in a wonderful location

The entire staff is very accommodating, friendly and extremely attentive! In the very unfortunate incident where my 93-year-old mother suddenly felt unwell before eating and had to vomit, we were extremely understanding and actively supported by the staff! Nothing was too much for them to make our stay as pleasant as possible for everyone despite the difficult situation, thank you very much! The food was also excellent, but we found the prices a bit excessive!? But that probably determines supply and demand. It was around 18h. We came from outside on the garden. I asked the waiter if we can sit down just to have a drink, by the river. And he was very polite and said "yes, of course". Then we waited for some time... i think around 10, 15minutes and then we left. I tried to make eye contact with any waiter who was near to call him or give him a sign, but nobody even look down. So, unfortunately, we left and went to another place. I work as a waiter too, so I kmow how it is should be... a smal eye contact or a nod would be a lot... They have a lot of work, I know... but anyway...

We had lunch here in the garden, which is pleasantly cool even in summer, in a beautiful location on the Reuss. The food was very tasty and what is particularly worth mentioning is the friendly and very attentive service! We will be back!

Location of the restaurant directly on the Reuss. Therefore the ambience in the garden was nice. Unfortunately the price-performance ratio wasn't really right. For a pork cordon bleu without vegetables and fries for 38.00 you can get significantly more for the same money elsewhere. Of four people, two of them didn't get what they ordered...

You won't get very far here without a reservation!

Staff really cheeky. I, a foreigner, was immediately pointed out by the dark-skinned lady, without looking at me, that she spoke Swiss German because I spoke in standard German. I informed the lady about my nationality, to which she said sorry but again without to look at me. So I'm not going there anymore, what an impudence. The food was ok but my hunger was gone.

The Reussbrücke restaurant is located on the Zurich side of the Reuss, almost directly on the river. The garden terrace invites you to linger. The service was very friendly. The prices are high, but the food was good. Especially in June, the Reuss is surrounded by lush vegetation and a walk along the Reuss leads through a picturesque river landscape.

I always enjoy coming to the restaurant. It must have been hectic yesterday. A very arrogant waiter listlessly placed the glasses and bottles at the table without saying hello and served us as it should be. The saving grace was the always very friendly German waiter who brought us dessert and laughed and had fun with us. For me the best waiter in the Reussbrücke. Always very friendly and attentive even in stressful situations. Anyone could really take a lesson from this. The young waitress was also quite stressed and pointed out to us twice that the table would soon be reserved. Unfortunately without words, but the reservation board was roughly placed on the table twice within 15 minutes. We could have been alerted in a different way. The food is, as always, very delicious. We'll be back and hope that the other waiters will live out the same philosophy as the German waiter. You should love the job. And unfortunately this is only noticeable with him.

Very good food, exquisite wines and a perfect location on the Reuss

The Reussbrücke restaurant is excellent. We went to the restaurant on Mother's Day and it was outstanding. The service was great as always and the food was tasty. The restaurant is very comfortably located in the countryside and you can really relax while enjoying your meal there. I would be happy to come back.

We were able to spend a perfect birthday on Sunday afternoon in the Rüssbrugg restaurant. We were about 17 people. The food here was great and very nicely prepared. We would like to highly praise the service 👍 The waiters served us wonderfully with a lot of charm and humor. It was a beautiful afternoon and is now our new favorite restaurant. I can only advise everyone to celebrate their occasion here. Nice terrace, nice pizza oven, well-dressed service, the tables were set in white, the chairs were very comfortable, top service, good food👌 good parking. Price-performance is great! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were there for dinner last night and got a wonderful table in the winter garden. The food (minced meat & cordon bleu "Rüssbrugg") was great and the service was very humorous and attentive. We felt completely in good hands and will definitely be back soon!

We have been there again for a long time. The food was very good and the portion size was appropriate. However, it was done a bit carelessly. (No vegetable garnish, etc.) The salad looked like it came out of the bag (ready mix) and was nothing special. The service was courteous and nice. - Since we had to wait a little longer for our food because there was a technical problem with the cash register (we neither complained nor did it bother us), the boss came and offered a coffee and grappa on his own initiative! We really appreciated that.

The Reussbrücken team is currently delighting guests at the Pöstli Rifferswil... despite the restaurant being full, all the service professionals are extremely friendly, well-positioned and accommodating! Cuisine is wonderful from starters to dessert! All around successful evening. We will be back! Top performance!

It's a shame game is not recommended, no sauce, the sauerbraten, no sauce, the meat was just lying there, my roasts always have sauce, that's what's missing in the kitchen, otherwise top service, friendly staff, that's of course what counts with the staff. Keep it up

Top. We have been to this restaurant more than 10 times. Great every time. Especially if something doesn't fit... it will be made right. During this time we only had one minor complaint. The Cordonbleu was no longer so warm. This was redone without any complaints... or rather, there was a new plate with a fresh piece of meat. Mega great reaction. Today we were there with my kids for the first time, and the service was great here too. Children's pizza at very fair prices. I can really recommend you 👌 keep it up

Definitely one of my favorite restaurants. The food is really tasty and varied. Nobody is left out! Vegetarians also have the opportunity to enjoy great dishes. The amuse-bouche are very sophisticated and inspiring for the next visit. The prices are more than just fair, here you eat at a high level, but pay little for it. The same meal in the city of Zurich would easily be 20-30% more expensive. The location of the restaurant is inviting, you can take a leisurely stroll along the river before or after your meal. The restaurant is divided into a charming indoor area (stube), an elegant winter garden and a large outdoor area (note: mosquito alarm because of the proximity to the river). The boss also often came by personally to inquire about customer satisfaction. Otherwise, highly recommended!

The location by the water is always a highlight. If you then get a coveted table 🥰 The selection of menus and drinks is very well coordinated and seasonally adjusted, the chef knows what he is doing...The service is perfectly accommodating and now and then even with funny Hessian theatrical interludes that give you a hearty laugh elicited. Very happy again and again.

Not many guests on the terrace yet, waiting 20 minutes for someone to take an order and then arrogantly shaking their heads from another table saying what do you want? Then another 10 minute wait for 3 drinks. Terrible here!
