Exquisite dinner (chestnut gnocchi, paccheri, polenta with vegetables, prawn trenette) and delicious desserts. Absolutely recommended

While the food was good it was overpriced for what it was. If you are not staying in the hotel there is no reason to go here as it is far from st Moritz and you could find better food at a better price there

Very cozy restaurant with extremely friendly staff. We had a 3 course tasting menu including wine and it was a great decision. The courses were cleverly and refreshingly combined and we really enjoyed them. Rounded off with a cheesecake foam as dessert, a great evening. Thank you

A restaurant with refined furnishings that are repeated inside the kitchen. Well-crafted dishes with unique flavours. Chef Ludovico demonstrated excellent skill and knowledge of cuisine. Thanks to Matteo, FB of the Retica restaurant, the service was impeccable also in terms of the choice of wines to pair with the dishes. in sequence I tasted: Starter: a piece of beef Engadine combined with a Regent cheese sauce with a barley wafer and sprout salad. First course: a crispy local suckling pig cooked in oil with celeriac and celery ice, currant chutnev Dessert: a chocolate mousse with extra virgin olive oil, apricot gel, caramel popcorn and fleur de sel Everything superb! I highly recommend and will definitely return
