Very nice and uncomplicated restaurant even after 1 p.m., warm welcome and we were able to enjoy the delicious soup and the rich salad buffet, with the surprise of rösti pizza, no idea what was coming🤷‍♂️ it was very tasty and we're happy to pass it on🤗 The sauce for rolls was super fine and pleasantly spicy. I'm from the catering industry myself and so are my friends :) I'm not there every week, but when I'm in Rheinfelden, I know exactly where I can eat very well! I am always very satisfied with the service and the cuisine. Always very friendly and the food is really GREAT. You really can't complain about value for money. Never again. By far the worst food we have ever eaten. No matter whether pizza, salad or fish (egli), everything tastes equally bad. Our impression is that good, fresh ingredients are saved and you can simply taste it. And the cooking skills also leave a lot to be desired. Lowest takeaway level. The service tried hard, but that alone is not enough for a positive rating. A restaurant like this should actually be forced to close.

We wanted to eat pizza during our lunch break. There were two of us. Unfortunately we didn't have much time so we wanted to share a pizza. The waiter treated us very unfriendly, that wouldn't be enough to occupy a table. We got up and left. Not recommended for such service!!

The food is very good and beautifully prepared. I find the waiting time of over half an hour a bit long for a sausage salad with fries.

Fine pizzas and salads. We are there regularly

We have been coming to this Resti since 2015 and we love this chili sauce that is placed on the table with small rolls while you wait for the main course. However, we were very surprised by the recent comments regarding the pizzas, after all they make up a large part of the menu and we were happy to order them. Unfortunately we have to confirm the accusation that the pizza from the Dönermann would have been even better. Otherwise it's actually a nice shop. The other 2 dishes were great and as usual. Families with children or dogs are also welcome, as you won't be looked at badly if the table laughs a little more heartily.

The best thing is the Cola frog at the end. The pizza topping was fresh, the pizza base was industrial and plastic. For CHF 18.50 I expect a 30cm diameter pizza and not 20cm. When I wanted to order a salad there wasn't one because of the "usedstuahleta", but other guests got a salad, "they made a reservation" said the waitress. The waitress responded to my criticism "calmly" as if she knew the criticism by heart. Restaurant not recommended!

For me the greatest restaurant in Rheinfelden. Great location of the outdoor seating in the pedestrian zone. Always very cozy and tastefully decorated inside. The service was exceptionally friendly. It has been around for years, although there are occasional changes in personnel. The hot sauce for the pizza bread is a dream, as is the French sauce. Salad dressing and herb butter for the chicken schnitzel. The Pasta Gino is also very, very tasty. For me the pizzas aren't authentically Italian, but that's just a matter of taste. In this great restaurant I avoid other dishes and like to treat myself to a delicious (strawberry) tiramisu for dessert. Thank you for always being able to dine well and welcome us here.

My girlfriend and I went to the thermal baths in Rheinfelden today, after which we were so hungry that we decided to eat a pizza and we came across this "pizzeria". I can't understand the reviews at all, first we should sit next to a scaffolding (work is being done on the house next to it) because it's a two table, when asked if we could sit at another table she grimaced, a gentleman then says that it was okay, it should be mentioned that only two other tables were occupied, out of about 15. Well, we ordered the "pizzas", to be honest, they were the worst pizzas we have ever eaten in a pizzeria, there are really frozen pizzas that taste better. Floor ZERO, edge ZERO and also the surface is a ZERO. I would also give 0 stars, but unfortunately this is not possible and if I have to give one star, then it should at least be for the location, since the "pizzeria" is in the old town.

I was more than satisfied. The food and the service are amazing. The chef is a super hospitable, lovely person. They keep asking if you want anything else. Is there anything better in Rheinfelden? No!! More than exceeded all expectations ;-) All thumbs up.

1. The beefsteak tartare used to be absolutely top notch. Apparently the landlord then changed the supplier and today it's just average and the wholemeal toast doesn't taste good at all. 2. The cheese fondue is very good, but the pizza bread doesn't taste good either.

Very friendly staff, kitchen until 10 p.m. 👍. The salad is very good. Regarding the pizzas, we didn't really like the tomato sauce: it was a bit too bland. It's a shame because the pizzas were very nice. The ice cream is great and the quantity is generous 😁👍

I've been a guest here for almost 20 years and have never regretted it. A good seasonal menu with some evergreens and a large selection of excellent pizzas characterize this restaurant. We're constantly trying out new things, whether it's the food or the drinks. Major events such as a World Cup or European Football Championship are also taken into account. The service is good and attentive.

Rheinfelden was not looking its best in the rain and due to Covid we had to eat outside. But the restaurant pushed the tables under the umbrellas, gave us blankets and served us a good meal! The price was absolutely correct, the food was good.

A restaurant in Rheinfelden that has been run by a very friendly Englishman for over 20 years, and whose rigatoni ‘Gino’ can already be described as legendary. The two of us were there for lunch during the Corona period. The necessary hygiene was observed and the menu was disinfected. We ordered a large gluten-free pizza and a small regular pizza. Both pizzas were very, very tasty. The only thing that made us a little suspicious was the size of the pizzas. Although they were served on different sized plates, they were exactly the same size. Conclusion: It's not worth ordering a large pizza. Maybe that was simply an exception and as a rule the small and large pizzas are actually different sizes. The staff was very friendly, we felt comfortable. The prices are okay and not exorbitant. It's a shame: gluten-free pizzas are not an option for people with celiac disease, as they are baked in the same oven as the pizzas with a wheat base. Every pizza will contain at least traces of gluten. Therefore only 4 stars.

Nachdem wir uns am Freitagabend spontan entschlossen hatten, in Rheinfelden ein Eis essen zu gehen und am 1. Ort, einem Eiscafé, um 21 Uhr abgewiesen worden waren, staunten wir nicht schlecht, als wir in der Rhein Mühle „nur“ für ein Eis willkommen waren und dies, obwohl bis auf einen Tisch alle Plätze besetzt waren. Wir wurden sehr freundlich bedient, die Desserts waren mit viel Liebe zubereitet worden (der Teller mit dem Fondant au chocolat war mit drei Herzen dekoriert worden)!Auch die Preise absolut fair, da kommen wir gerne wieder für ein Abendessen vorbei!

I wanted to have a drink in this restaurant for the first time today. But unfortunately we were instructed in a very unfriendly, disrespectful manner by a very arrogant-looking waitress. When we asked if we could drink something, she answered very abruptly, “No!” and simply walked away again. Other restaurant visitors who were eating also said that this waitress was very disrespectful and that we should just sit down. I asked the waitress to get her boss. The boss said they wouldn't serve drinks after 6 p.m. because it wasn't profitable. 🧐 That's the case in all CH restaurants, I heard that for the first time, I've been living here for over 25 years!!! I said to him that her employee could have said this in a polite way. He didn't say anything about it... Well, if this restaurant doesn't have to rely on money at this time, then it suits me too. But please don't go begging to the state :)

Unfortunately, the pizzas took forever to arrive at our table (over an hour). But the chef came to our table, explained the situation and apologised, which was very nice. The food and service is pretty good, and I think the delayed food was just a one-time occurrence.

Food was very good. Service not that fast... What I noticed negatively was the service woman had the disinfectant spray sprayed too close to the guests. (The sets on the tables outside) of course it was still windy. This could have been solved differently.

Here you can find atypical but very fine "British" style pizzas, tasty, homemade salad dressings and the unsurpassable "hot sauce" for the pizza rolls. Very friendly staff and cozy atmosphere. The restaurant is also lovingly decorated seasonally. We recommend!

Bei meinem ersten Besuch tagsüber, war der Service draussen auf Terrasse sehr freundlich und auch die Pizzen waren lecker, besonders auch die laktosefreie Pizza - daher gibt es noch zwei Punkte. Entsprechend habe ich mich auf ein gutes Abendessen bei meinem zweiten Besuch gefreut. Leider war die Enttäuschung gross, denn es hat von hinten bis vorne nicht gepasst. Wir kamen um zirka 9 Uhr, brauchten etwas zur Auswahl da die Karte vielseitig ist und wollten dann ein Fondue Chinoise, was ausverkauft war. Auch die zweite Wahl Wienerschnitzel war nicht mehr verfügbar, obwohl Küche bis 10 Uhr und Restaurant bis 11 Uhr geöffnet sein sollte. Vorab als Apero Häppchen wurden uns Pizzabrötchen angeboten, mit einer leckeren & dennoch viel zu scharfen Sauce für meinen persönlichen Geschmack in einer Plastikflasche - könnte man etwas schöner reichen & evtl. etwas weniger scharf.Der Service war freundlich und dennoch nicht aufmerksam, weder wurde beim Salat nach der Salatsauce gefragt, noch beim Menü ob Kroketten oder Pommes und auch der süsse gespritzte Wein, war mit zu viel Eiswürfel verwässert - da würde ein Eiswürfel ausreichen. Vielleicht hat dies auch mit dem Streit zusammen gehängt, welchen wir aus der Küche mit bekommen haben und sowas sollte man weder im Service, noch in der Küche spüren - denn als Gast ist dies unangenehm & hat Mitleid erregt. Und ich schreibe selten bis nie schlechte Bewertungen, dennoch in diesem Fall brauche ich dies - denn das Essen war katastrophal, ich kann es nicht anders sagen. Es gab einen zusammen gewürfelten Crevettencocktail mit Salat und dieser enthielt vereinzelt kleinen Krümmelchen von Granatapfel & Oliven - was uns vermuten lässt, dass Reste zusammen geworfen wurden. Der grüne Blattsalat war in Ordnung. Die falschen Schnecken, also Rindfleisch Stückchen mit Kräuterbutter überbacken, welche wir beide hatten, waren in Fett ertränkt - 1/2 Fett & 1/2 Fleisch - und kaum geniessbar, dennoch hatten wir sehr Hunger. Es war das Geld nicht wert! Was wir lieber hätten bleiben lassen, denn wir hatten beide danach Bauchschmerzen mit Durchfall, auch noch am Folgetag.Mehr hätte nicht schief gehen können, so nicht empfehlenswert und hoffentlich kann die Bewertung zu einer Verbesserung führen!

Got there shortly before 9 o'clock in the evening Locally, half of the dishes we wanted to order were said; "unfortunately no" The compromise we then made was more bad than good. Starters thrown together carelessly even though there were several salad dressings on offer on the menu: "unfortunately no, only French", main course (false snails) drowned in day-used fat, and only available with fries. In terms of taste, well... The argument that the kitchen staff had with the service staff shortly before all the garbage bags were brought out past the guests was also entertaining. Unfortunately, all I can do about this restaurant is shake my head in disappointment

Delicious pizza, sauser and great service

Toll, allein schon die Begrüßung und die Freundlichkeit des Servicepersonals. Auch der Chef ist vor Ort und nimmt sich der Kunden an. - ein sehr gut eingespieltes Team. Da erstaunt es eigentlich nicht, dass auch die Speisen sehr frisch und sehr gut sind.Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist sehr gut und die Menge ist auch für den grossen Hunger geeignet.
