We were warmly welcomed in the dining room and shown the way to the Sääli on the first floor, where a table was reserved for us. The reception was very friendly. When the menu was handed over, the special menu of the day was pointed out (which actually looked very promising). But we had already decided before we arrived to take the beautifully advertised tartare. After looking through the menu, my wife stood her ground and I changed my plan and decided on a skewer with 6 types of meat. Conclusion: - Starter: mixed salad with house sauce. = Fresh and wholesome. - Main course 1: Beef tartare (spicy). = beautifully presented, nicely garnished, not too spicy. - Main course 2: Skewer with 6 types of meat and French fries. = Very good quality meat, really hot stone for roasting, great house sauces and very fine French fries. - Wine: regional, fine rosé We didn't have a seat left for dessert and so we said goodbye with the certainty that we would never forget the Riedmühle.
