The location is great but the food is average

For me, my husband and my dog, the perfect place to relax for 2.3 days. The hosts are very nice and helpful but never intrusive or exaggerated in their behavior. You feel comfortable and free, the food is good and plentiful, the rooms are authentic, the peace/air and the view do the trick ;) Only the breakfast tempts you to skip lunch... When a lot of guests show up at the same time, you have to practice a little bit of patience , that hardly does any harm in your free time, after all you can dream along the horizon... hearty recommendation for people who like to be in the mountains ; )

Good Swiss mountain restaurants with a large playground for kids and a trampoline. We arrived before lunch service at 11:15, but they still made chicken nuggets with pommes for the hungry kids!

Truly wonderful, not only because of the grandiose site, but also because of the warm welcome and the comfort of the beds. The access by mini cable car is incredible!

Beautifully located place away from the Rigi hustle and bustle. large terrace. quick operation. Prices too high, even compared to Rigi.

Extraordinary inn with a special journey - via the in-house mountain railway. Very friendly operators in a rustic atmosphere. Good food, nice hiking location.

We had a very nice stay at Rigi Burggeist. Very nice, playground is great, quiet, beautiful place, family room also very good. We would love to come back, our children especially liked it. We did the Rigi south side safari with an overnight stay in the Burggeist, highly recommended!

Great hidden place beside the busy Rigi Kulm

Unfortunately, the innkeepers are overwhelmed with the mountain inn, a long wait for food even though there aren't many guests. Prices are way too high and the food tastes like it's from canned food, no thanks🤑 I'm sorry for Gersau, a shame in my opinion

Very nice place to visit in the mountain

Even though the guesthouse is quite old, with squeezing floors and bad sound isolation, there is some tranquility and romance in that: everyone staying there is like a family. Great atmosphere. Hosts are great people! I wouldn’t recommend breakfast though. Take you time to hike to the top to enjoy 360 scenery.

It's a very nice place. The service is very good and friendly. The food price performance is right.

The friendly, clean, simple place is in the mountains! The ceiling is a little low in places for tall people. The bed is great, slept very well. The welcome is friendly. THANKS.

We chose this location for our wedding in order to share the ultimate swiss experience with our guests. What can I say, it was perfect! The hosts are very welcoming, the food is delicious, the cocktails are super well made and the whole ambience of the place is awesome! You have a magnificent view all over Switzerland and you sleep in cosy beds with a full 3 course dinner and breakfast for very reasonable prices. Since the entire place was booked for us and our guests, we could party until late and it was UNFORGETTABLE. I highly recommend the place and the hosts for any event you may have. We had our wedding reception there: It was phenomenal. The Food, service, rooms. We will definitely come again. The cable car stops in the Hotel which is amazing and the view from the Terrace is breathtaking. All the wedding guests were super happy l, comfortable and impressed. The owners are super nice and professional! We will never forget our wedding weekend there.
