We went to this restaurant on a Saturday evening with the intention of eating a pizza. After taking a look at the menu we opted for the cordon bleu... 1x300g of chicken, 1x600g of veal and 1x1.2kg of veal. We had to wait a bit, the restaurant was full, but it was worth it. Excellent cordon bleu, soft and with tasty filling (several options possible). After dessert and coffee we were offered a digestive of our choice. Fast service and friendly staff, average prices.

We were there for the cordon bleu festival. We chose a 600g special with cheese from Val Bedretto. A cordon bleu arrived with practically no cheese, what little there was was thin gerber confirmed by the waitress, breading rich in flavor enhancer. The manager apologized for the inconvenience and offered us coffee and bitters. We found ourselves with an exaggerated bill to say the least. 98.- per person. Even though the cordon bleu was without cheese, they made us pay for it with a supplement.

From the outside it looks rather inconspicuous on the street, but inside you can feel the typical Ticino hospitality. Food was very good. We will be back.

We stayed at del Ponte for two nights with our 3 children. We lived in a nice, clean apartment with two sofa beds, a small kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a double bed. The service and the food were great. There is plenty of parking available, although it was tight in the evenings as the restaurant was very busy on both Friday and Saturday evenings. However, a table was always provided for us as hotel guests. The only downside is the location right on the street, as you can hear the traffic noise quite strongly in the summer when the windows are open. Otherwise we were completely satisfied and would like to come back. Thank you for the extraordinary hospitality that is experienced throughout the entire company.
