Everything TOP from a starred restaurant!

Cozy place. Very pleasant background music. Impeccable and fast service. Above all, a refined menu with refined and abundant foods. The prices are high but justifiable by the high quality of the dishes and the fact that it is in Switzerland. In addition to the courses ordered, you are constantly pampered with small tastings for a triumph of refined and unusual flavours. A very pleasant discovery. Really compliments.

The only "wow" thing was the price: 2 first courses, 2 second courses, 3 glasses of wine and a water CHF 201.-... So disappointed by the flavors that I have no intention of wasting time with a long, detailed review. My partner and I certainly won't go back even if it's free. It's up to you to judge. Lastly, I don't understand all the 4/5 star reviews... PS my partner and I run a tavern... and please change the name, we are in Ticino here, not in NY

Very good cuisine, with various fermented ingredients, aesthetically presented, competent service, wide selection of wines. Old Ticino house, modern but simply renovated inside, beautiful outdoor area under arcades. Expensive but worth the money.

I have been to this restaurant several times with my wife for lunch and dinner. The last time was a few days ago, at lunch. Thanks to the beautiful day we were able to have lunch outside: a very well-kept and at the same time welcoming environment, with a beautiful pergola as the perfect setting. As always, the dishes ordered were truly very very good: attractive presentation and a decidedly interesting combination of flavours. Very kind service. We will return as always with great pleasure.

Nice restaurant a stone's throw from the lake. Quiet and well-kept environment. Although it is defined as lake cuisine, when I was there the choice of lake fish was very limited, on the contrary the proposal of sea fish prevailed. However, I ate very well: well-studied, original and really good dishes. Prices quite high. Friendly staff.

Wow - from the initial booking the staff were amazing - taking into account an issue with anything egg based. The recommendations on wine were top notch. Had the fish tacos & 100% asparagus to start - simply yummy! Followed up by the lamb and octopus soo well cooked - could then resist having something sweet - the spring tiramisu was lush. Need to work out a reason to be back this way to enjoy another meal here!

Fantastic risotto for my wife perfect beef filet for me. Found the place by accident will return for full menu. Clean, pleasing décoré, not cheap but worth it at twice the price. Michelin should know about this place.

Our stay at the Airbnb nearby culminated in the days we spent at the Missultin. Not only is the service simply excellent and leaves nothing to be desired, but a clear, exploratory concept is presented. In our case, the tasting menu was served for 100 francs - 5 excellently composed courses with amuse bouche enchanted our evening. All in all, I can definitely recommend a visit to the Missultin. The culinary journey can be beautifully combined with a boat trip across Lake Maggiore. Based on our great experience at Missultin we are just back here for lunch and once again enjoying this wonderful gem of a restaurant. Thank you for everything! We will be back. Janina Berger

Un'esperienza da sogno: cucina creativa, padroni di casa molto disponibili e un luogo authentico e da sogno. L'alta cucina alla maniera ticinese, va sperimentata. It feels like a dream - creative cuisine, very helpful hosts and a fabulous, authentic place. Haute cuisine Ticinese style is something you must try.

Kindness yes, but between one dish and another I could have given birth, and the dishes for the cost were not up to par, quality for the price was not adequate for what I ate, I gave up and left if I wasn't staying half night for the pre-desert and then desert 😮

Very friendly atmosphere and courteous service. The historically appropriate restoration of the rooms from an outdated Spunte to an elegant first-class restaurant was a perfect success. The name attribute “Slow Lake Cuisine” also arouses curiosity as an almost mystical element. The menu is not enormously large, but it is exquisite from the first crumb to the farewell praline.

I wanted to try this place having seen it on social media. The place is very charming and quiet. The service was impeccable and the dinner delicious. The quality of the raw materials can be felt to be really good and an excellent choice of wines.

Magnificent lunch on a cold Sunday in January in the setting of Gambarogno. Where today the main thing was an excellent pasta and black-eyed peas with octopus. My always super compliments to all the staff and to the chef-patron and dear friend Alessandro Fumagalli.
