Restaurant located a few steps from Bellinzona train station. The restaurant has around ten free parking spaces including 1 for electric cars. The staff was kind, unfortunately almost an hour had passed since our arrival (10 people) and reserved for Fondue chinoise to service. The meal was all-you-can-eat, but the staff struggled to bring the supplements, thus finding us several times without sauces, without paraffin or without meat. Good meat, but from the second course it was still frozen, which meant that after cooking it was tough and less enjoyable. I end with the indecency found when paying the bill. A black forest was brought and each participant was added 5fr for cutting the cake. All in all they add 50 fr on the bill for a 2 minute job. Next time it's better to inform customers in advance rather than have them find surprises at the end.

Best food I’ve had in Lugano region after traveling this area for a few days!! Near the Bellinzona station (take the pedestrian bridge from any platform of the station up, towards the buildings and follow Google Maps :). Their seafood items (we had gnocchi, soup, and an octopus & potato salad) were excellent. The service by the Montebello team was really warm and made us feel very welcome. We went on a Monday evening which was very quiet and we enjoyed Bellinzona a lot thanks to Montebello. Hope to return again sometime in the future (:

Great food - we ordered the salmon gnocchi, octopus potato salad, seafood bisque and lamb chop, with a semifreddo pistachio for dessert.
