Ristorante - Pizzeria Alpenblick in Schaffhausen

Very unfriendly boss. We were there with 6 adults and 4 children, according to the boss he doesn't need customers or money. The children were too loud for him. But it wasn't like that at all. We will never visit the restaurant again, let alone recommend it. There are many very good pizzerias in Schaffhausen!

I ordered pizza here for the first and last time today. The order was placed via Eat.ch. I ordered the Pizza Povera, which was shown to me with mozzarella (see photo). The pizza obviously arrived (see also photo) without mozzarella. That's why I called the pizzeria. The reaction from the man on the phone was that I was in the wrong, it was my mistake, he didn't have time and hung up the phone without really listening to me or finding a solution. Because I felt I was being treated unfairly, I called again. The man told me again in an annoyed voice that he didn't have time and hung up again. I understand that mistakes happen. However, I find the man's reaction on the phone to be absolutely inappropriate, disrespectful and very customer-unfriendly.

We ate very delicious pizzas and spaghetti and the staff was very nice despite the busy restaurant 🤗

So: I know Habschi personally and he knows me too. Since February / March every order has stopped working, the wrong goods arrive, the wrong supplements are brought, it arrives way too late (not just on weekends) 1 hour 40 minutes, and today at 9:05 p.m. I dared to order again (I always order a minimum of 80 Fr.), the order was placed and confirmed, then an SMS came at 9:33 p.m.: order canceled, business closed... So I will never order anything there again or walk past, greetings from Beringen

Even though we had reservations, nothing was prepared. A table runner was simply placed on the dirty table and not even wiped over. There was also various rubbish on the floor towards the kitchen on the way to the toilet. They probably don't have much to do with hygiene. The food was good so far, but could have been seasoned a bit. Portions large and price good. Friendliness and motivation of the workers are mediocre.

I ordered online directly from Alpenblick twice. The food was always very good and delivered quickly. And I also saw the 10% deducted during the checkout process. So I can give it 5 stars with a clear conscience.

Very good neighborhood restaurant. Nice atmosphere. You feel good. A host with a lot of experience. Good cuisine - the pizzas are first class.

Ordered food via the restaurant's own website shop instead of via Eat.ch. The restaurant advertises on a flyer that you get 10% for every order. We then ordered for 61.00 sFr. (according to the email, the supplement was not listed separately). The delivery came first, even though the restaurant was less than a kilometer away and took almost 2 hours. Then the surprise! Suddenly the delivery cost 68.-SFr.! Strange business behavior. Telephone contact ultimately ended in the owner's sentence. Then don't order from us anymore. We don't need it. Instead of listening to us, that's probably the only reaction. Well, luckily there are restaurants that still value customer service. For us the restaurant is history even though we were regular customers. It's a shame because the food was actually always good. But we don't want to support such behavior.

As before in the Rest. Mühltal, the food, the service, the wide selection and the price ratio can only be recommended. Thank you for everything.

Outrageous and not entrepreneurial. Unfortunately we are also provided with flyers from the Alpenblick restaurant. This despite the obvious “STOP, no advertising”! When the managing director was asked on the phone to advise the distributors not to do this, he responded rudely and aggressively. I was told that he would send me a waste stamp to dispose of the flyer. The fact that waste paper is disposed of separately was not understood (= lack of environmental awareness). Finally he broke off the conversation with the words: "I don't have time for that...". Even if this doesn't provide any information about the quality of the food, I definitely don't want to go to a place with a manager like that! So I join a series of negative reviews about the managing director. Let's hope this gets better soon...

Very large selection of food. Unfortunately, that's not a positive thing because it's too confusing and it's difficult to decide what to take. Let's come to the positive side. That are many. Fish crispies are freshly prepared in-house. the beer batter coating is homemade. A lot of fresh produce, herbs, etc. are generally used. The cook is great and super fast even though almost everything is done a la minute. There is also a different menu every week and additional seasonal items. Definitely worth a visit and recommended.

I don't know whether it's a special form of dyslexia or whether you have selective blindness, which allows you to litter the mailbox in the city of SH with your low-profile flyers every two weeks (if not more often) without you noticing Advertising in any form is not welcome - especially if it looks like a nine-year-old made it for you in MS Paint. If you still have a reading disability, I would recommend the Reading and Writing for Adults Basic Course.

Schönes Lokal, etwas abseits vom Stadtkern. Ein Besuch lohn sich aber.Der service war sehr freundlich. es bediente uns der Chef in seinem hellen Lokal. Das Essen war von guter Qualität und auch warm.Es kam schnell. Die Preise waren in Ordnung

Delivery only from 2 pizzas... in Corona times you might think that restaurants would be happy if they can sell something. However, they didn't want to deliver a single pizza. Well then never again there are plenty of others who appreciate every order...

Today we ordered for the first time from pizza courier Habchi, which is part of this restaurant, via eat.ch. Firstly, the courier who delivered to us was extremely unfriendly. He called us when he got there because he didn't know where to ring. When we opened the door he instructed us that we should write to the mailbox, etc. We wrote down in huge size on the note when we ordered what name it should ring under. He also didn't understand and didn't listen. You can leave a note for a reason. Secondly, the lasagna I ordered was dripping with fat (see photo). That really wasn't particularly appetizing. The only good thing was the saffron risotto. That still tasted good. Hence the one star. But we probably won't order here again.

Wieder einmal waren wir im Alpenblick.Service durch den Chef gut.Bei der Bedienung ist noch Potential im Bezug auf Freundlichkeit, ein Lachen u.s.w. vorhanden.Das Essen kam schnell, war qualitativ in Ordnung und auch sehr gut. Der Nachtisch war ebenfalls sehr gut.Moderate Preise.Der neue Wirt ist noch nicht so lange dort, daher Achtung auf ältere Bewertungen, die nichts mit dem jetzigen Wirt zu tun haben.Ich kann das Lokal jedem empfehlen.

A long-time popular neighborhood restaurant. Good parking, lots of space, very friendly host at the moment. Good, varied offering, also good for a snack.

Menu was very tasty. Employees were very nice and accommodating.

I can't say anything about the restaurant, only about the flyers that constantly end up in my mailbox despite a huge NO ADVERTISING sticker. Please think about the environment.

We were there with 4 children. The restaurant was crowded and noisy, it was hard to have a conversation. The boss complained that our children were too loud. We hardly heard them when they said anything. You pay 5.- for an additional empty plate so that the children can share. No high chairs and no syrup available. Unfortunately, the restaurant doesn't live up to the slogan "We have a heart for children...". This was our last visit.

Catastrophe the boss is rude the woman on the phone can't speak German when she complains she gets aggressive I waited 1 hour for my pizza it was really cold and the starter I ordered was actually prawns soaked in black oil 🤮🤮

Seit 4. Januar 2019 ist Khaled Habchi mit seiner Frau und Angestellten vom Mühlental ins Restaurant Alpenblick (Nähe Waldfriedhof) gezogen. Karte ist dieselbe wie bereits im Mühlental und Schlempengarten, die Qualität ist auch geblieben. Quartier-Restaurant mit Italienischer Karte (feine Pizzen, Pasta, sowie diverse Fleischgerichte).

Very fine food as it is owned by a Spanish family, enough parking spaces and an outdoor terrace in summer. Very cozy. Correction to another review, this restaurant is not on the water, but the view is very nice.

Preis-/Leistung geht so. Leider hat die Qualität des Essens stark nachgegeben. Es wird recht fettig gekocht. Schade... hoffentlich kann sich die Küche wieder steigern. Der Service ist meistens freundlich und aufmerksam. Am Schluss bekommt man ein "Schnäpsli" auf's Haus offeriert.

Las vistas son buenas, en un claro día de verano, aparte de que la comida no es nada especial. Las bebidas son un poco caras. Puede ser porque es literalmente el único lugar alrededor de esta zona antes de 15 - 20 minutos hasta el centro de la ciudad. Buena parada de cerveza si es necesario.

The people are very unfriendly. We buy the offer of pizza, 11 chf and they are very small. We're not going back.
