I went to dinner with family and friends to eat a good pizza at the Ristorante della Posta in Malvaglia, this time Carlos (new manager) disappointed me a little. The pizza dough was excellent and well leavened, cooked in a wood oven it was crunchy and tasty, your pizzas are the best. Unfortunately, this time out of 5 pizzas ordered, 2 were wrong, one had been ordered with cooked ham and arrived with raw ham and the calzone had been ordered with steak inside and without egg and instead it arrived with cooked ham and egg, furthermore the calzone didn't look good, it was a little burnt (see photo) along with 2 other pizzas that were also burnt. I personally didn't want to order dessert, but hearing the opinions of other diners, the tiramisu was delicious as was the panna cotta. Average price, nice and spacious place, has several parking spaces outside. We ordered: Pizzas: - Calzone with steak - Raw pizza and mascarpone - Parmesan pizza - Raw pizza - Pizza carbonara Dessert: - tiramisu - panna cotta The waiter who served us was too distracted and the service this time left something to be desired (too confusing in taking the order), however at the end of the dinner I pointed out the mistakes made, I hope next time to return to eat as well as I have always done by you. We will be back soon for a visit, thank you very much and sorry for this time, but I can only give you 3 stars.
