The service was quick, the staff very courteous, but what in our opinion excels is the quality and variety of the food offered. At each meal the dish of the day is served, or you can choose from the vast menu, which we, being vegetarian/vegan, do regularly: among the various options, if you don't eat meat, we recommend the vegan burgers or the quinoa meatballs!!! It could also be a good opportunity for those who live in the city: combining a good lunch with a trip to, in our opinion, the most beautiful valley in the canton.
