Ristorante Salvi e Gino in Ingenbohl

The dining restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere. The service was partly satisfactory. However, when I ordered pizza with my girlfriend, we wanted to share a pizza. They added 3.- because we wanted to share a plate, otherwise they would have had some cutlery removed. This came across as quite unfriendly.

I really appreciate the diversity! In addition to pizza and pasta, there is a new monthly hit every two weeks; usually with seasonal delicacies such as truffles, asparagus, game, etc. There is also a monthly wine, also available by the glass in 7dl quality. Really good variety and very fine preparation. The day before yesterday I just ate a delicious fish with homemade pasta, vegetables and the right sauce. Price/performance is right; Service is also friendly and prompt; The only thing I would have to compromise on is the ambience; when there are a lot of people it is very loud. But you can't change anything...

We ordered food, so it was just horrible!! Carbonara, the meat was definitely expired, the pizza was worse than from a delivery service, just sad. That there are no good pizzas and pasta. Shame about the money.

Unremarkable from the outside, but the kitchen is fantastic! Be sure to try the homemade pasta. We were thrilled by the Italian, creative wild menu.

Very tasty food - was there for the first time and will definitely come back. The service was very friendly and the boss personally came by and greeted every guest. The soups were exceptionally good and the spaghetti Bolognese was awesome. In terms of price, the restaurant is completely okay.

Super tasty pizzas and the service is friendly too. In summer it's great to eat outside. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the restaurant is cluttered with too many chairs and tables, as a guest you can hardly get through, let alone the staff, so one star is deducted.

Hi guys....Gino and Salvatore...when we were little we played together, I lived on the floor above yours, in the condominium, with my great aunt Maddalena and my great grandmother...I also remember my mother Natina with affection ...I don't know if you remember me ❤️I also remember Giuseppe, Vincenzo was little, then I returned to Italy, my father worked on the renovation of the Muller restaurant...40 years ago now...

You can see that it is a truly Italian restaurant, although the dishes are revisited to be more appealing to non-Italians. Plus the prices are the best you can find in the area

Sehr empfehlenswert für Pizza und italienische Gerichte. Das Personal spricht neben Deutsch noch italienisch. Es hat auch eine schöne Terrasse. Im Restaurant steht ein richtiger Pizzaofen.

Sehr feines Essen. Ich hatte eine exzellente Pizza, kann ich sehr empfehlen. Der aktuelle Hauswein war nicht so der beste, aber ist eher Geschmacksache. Die Bedienung ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Zum Schluss gab es einen traumhaften Tiramisu, eines der besten die ich bis jetzt in einem Restaurant gegessen habe. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Trotz spätem Erscheinen (ca.14.45h) haben wir zwei noch etwas zu Essen bekommen. Sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal. Toller Salat und sehr schmackhafte frische Pizza. Gerne wieder. Mit höflicher Empfehlung.

Wonderful food. We had the Calzone pizza. We have eaten Calzone in many places overseas too and this was really good.. Full of ham and cheese and very tasty. Nice ambience and well priced. Will be going back for sure!

Alte Location hatte ein viel schöneres Ambiente, jetzt liegt das Restaurant direkt an der Hauptstrasse. Das Essen ist aber immer noch sehr gut und die günstigen Mittagsmenüs sind sehr lecker.

Un ristorante in cui vale la pena venire almeno una volta se non di più. Le pizze sono di vasta varietà e ottime. Ma la cosa che apprezzo di più qui personalmente è la pasta. Normalmente al ristorante la pasta non è qualcosa che ordino ma qui una volta l'ho provata e mai più senza. È davvero deliziosa. Dovete assolutamente provarla,io vi consiglierei il menù dedicato alle divinità: gusti particolari ma molto gustosi. Le porzioni non sono per niente esagerate e si riesce a finire il piatto giusto in tempo per prendere un caffè o magari del gelato,perchè no?!

Habe von anderen Personen gehört, dass die Pizza besonders gut sei. Die Pizza, Salsiccia Peperoni, war sensationell!! Übrigens hat die Pizzeria eine spezielle Menükarte, typisch italienisch, sie hebt klar von anderen Pizzaria's ab. Ambiente gepflegt. Familienbetrieb, Personal sehr freundlich. Fröhliche Stimmung. Zu empfehlen!!

Superküche, tolle italienische Spezialitäten

Wir warten bereits seit bald einer Stünde aufs Essen, daher gibt es nur einen Punkt.

Die freundlichkeit geht so. Von den Mitarbeiter die Chefin war gut. Der Küche Chef war an allen tische ausser an unser Tisch. Nicht Aber essen ist okay . Nid Sehr gut aber auch nid schlecht. Für mich hätte besser sein können
