The restaurant is located in Interlaken, about a 20-minute walk from the train station. When we went to have dinner that day, there were many people in the store, and the service staff in the restaurant were very kind. We ordered onion soup, pizza and steak🥩. The portion was very large and suitable for 2 to 3 people to enjoy together. Onion soup is rich in flavor and not greasy. I really like the dining atmosphere of this restaurant and would like to come back next time to try their other meals.

Very nice Italian restaurant located inside the Grand Hotel Victoria Jungfrau in Interlaken. The place is majestic. The cuisine is authentically Italian and excellent. She took us right back to our mother's kitchen in Rome. Very professional service while being very cordial. A very nice experience! The only downside is the voices of customers which resonate under the vault and which can give the impression of ambient noise. But when the two “birthday” tables left, the atmosphere became very good again. I highly recommend it !

Reception Taller Guy is ok, but shorter without hair waitor’s attitude is bad, take or get dish rudely, I travel in switzerland 2 weeks, this is the only one restaurant i give negative rating, I am not sure why this waitor do this, hope not my “Skin”, “but If that’s true”, shame on you

The restaurant is located in one of the most beautiful hotels in Interlaken with classic architecture. The service is friendly. The food is good for Swiss bosses.

Noisy, very little interest in specialties. Steak in the pan doesn't work. Fish friture like in England... It still needs to improve a lot. A pity. Very high price.

The food here was bad quality and not fresh. When paying for a meal at this price, I would expect it to be much better than it was. Everyone in my party did not finish their food and we left to get a second dinner afterwards.

We didnt have a reservation but the hostess got us a table. He was so nice and polite different of our waitress, he was so rude . The food it was okay

The atmosphere and the service were great. The food was also good, it could be better but anyway compared to the competition....the food here is fantastic.

I've been here a couple of times now - the atmosphere is nice and loud - it's a big room with a high ceiling and wooden surfaces, and the staff are hardworking and attentive = so all good there. The only issue I had is that the food I've tried each time has been relatively... bland. For example, last time I had Spaghetti alla chitarra: Fresh spaghetti, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, chillies, clams, aromatic toasted breadcrumbs. I understand high end = subtle tastes and great textures, and to be fair, the spaghetti was fine, but the garlic was minimal, and I think the chef forgot the chilli entirely. Not to worry, lesson learned, if I go back, I'll go for a pizza instead.

I can highly recommend Ristorante Sapori. The price is a bit higher, but the processed foods with very good quality definitely justify it. I recommend making a reservation for the evening. Bon appetit 👍

*The first negative review after visiting more than a dozen countries in Europe* As soon as I entered and took my seat, I noticed that the staff would hang up thick coats for other customers. Even put coats on them I didn't take it seriously at first. I want to say that this is not the first time for differential treatment in Europe. My coat hangs on the back of the chair by itself At the end of the checkout, the clerk asked me to leave the restaurant immediately? There were no customers in the back, the store was empty, and it was still open during business hours. Anyway, two people can eat more than 100CHF This is the first time in my life that I was kicked out of a restaurant. I feel bad that I dressed up so well but didn’t get a photo taken. Ah, and their pizza says sausage, but it turns out it’s meatballs.

Only the pizza is good, the rest is not so good. The steak felt like it had been microwaved. It's almost like an in-flight steak. The employee asked for a tip but didn't give it. He threw his cards on the table. I don’t know if there is a tipping culture in Switzerland or not. If you go, be sure to order pizza!

Without a doubt one of the best restaurants in Interlaken. We had the pleasure of meeting Sapori this year! The place is great for a meeting and family gathering. Very cozy and romantic place. We ordered starter, main course and wine! Everything was very well prepared and the service from the team was impeccable! I recommend!

Everything was perfect, friendly service, but after two hours we were pretty tactlessly escorted out with the explanation that the table was reserved from 8 p.m. We weren't told anything about it when we reserved the table.

“Not everything that glitters is made of gold” - that's how you can accurately describe this restaurant. The atmosphere is undeniably very nice. However, we have to talk about the service and the food itself. We were eating with 6 people (four of them from Thailand) and there was a language barrier when ordering. The waiter was so impatient that he went to other guests in the middle of almost placing their order. Just because one dish was no longer available and we had to choose something else. The way (tone and choice of words) this was communicated was simply disrespectful. The pizza was no longer crispy on the edge and the truffle was missing. You could only get a little flavor from the truffle oil. Spaghetti with mussels was too spicy for my wife (she can't tolerate it). This was not stated on the map. My only highlight here was the ambience and the carpaccio. Otherwise please avoid this store.

Loved everything about our meal here, fantastic fast and kind attentive service. The Calabrese pizza was the best I've ever eaten and the Margherita was also yum. Amazing bases and delish chilli oil on the table provided. One person is gluten free in our group and they had a gluten free pizza and said the GF base was fantastic too. We also had yum gelato for dessert. All around a beautiful restaurant in a stunning hotel. Loved the experience.

Loved it! Exquiste the most amazing Italian in Interlaken and beyond.

Didn't have a reservation but they managed to squeeze us in for dinner. An absolute gastronomic experience. The wait staff were very attentive and will wait for you to finish the course before serving up the next round. Also very helpful in recommending and helping to choose what to order without being overly pushy. And of course the most important thing, the food. One of the most delicious Italian food I've had the luxury of having. The gnocchi was not mushy and flavourful with a very rich sauce that is not overwhelming. We went with a tomato and a white based pizza to balance out the flavours. The Frutti Di mare was chock full of seafood and the gustosa were loaded with tasty meatballs. Both pizzas were flavourful without being overwhelming or strong in any way. The tiramisu was dense and creamy and the cannoli absolutely delicious with a fantastic fluffy cream filling.

The seasonal salad was good, nothing exceptional. The pizza marinara was a little too runny towards the middle. The edge was great, nice and crispy. The waiter was very annoyed when paying, so dividing everything together by 6 shouldn't be a problem for any waiter.

Historic place with special Athmosphere and nice Italian food! Somewhat outstanding and a very nice experience with excellent food.

Undoubtedly the best Italian restaurant in Interlaken located in famous Victoria jungfraujoch hotel. Food was delicious and you may feel that you are in Italy eating authentic Italian food. I would highly recommend to make reservation upfront to not to miss on this wonderful dining place. Always coming back again.

Favorite restaurant for years. I used to drive 100 km there and 100 back just to eat there occasionally. I've been living right on Lake Thun for several years, so I and my loved ones eat there regularly. Beautiful ambience, perfect staff and heavenly Italian food. At a price that you shouldn't actually expect in a 5🌟 house like the Viktoria Jungfrau. Short vacation in Italy 👌🏻 keep it up!

Fantastic restaurant with very friendly and nice staff.

The atmosphere is beautiful and the service is very kind and friendly. We were there two days in a row for dinner, they are open until late. The meat and chicken dishes were succulent and very tasty. We thought the pizza was average, the dough was good and well filled but it had a little more flavor. The menu is quite extensive and I believe it is worth a visit.

This place was truly exceptional. From the moment we walked in, to the Caesar salad and the delicious pizza - each course succinctly outdid the next. The filet was divine. Do not miss out on this place.

They allowed non-service dogs inside the restaurant. They charge for tap water that was brought out in a plastic pitcher. I've had better pasta at Olive Garden. The langostine in the dish my partner ordered was nicely cooked. Service was good. Tiramisu was delicious. If I had to go back, I'd get pizza and sit outside on the patio. The park across the street is where the paragliders land, and they land from sunrise to sunset.

Does this place really have a Michelin star or Bib Gourmand? The food is fine, certainly not great. Beautiful restaurant, but seriously forgettable food. Service was not great, but that can happen. Generally just unimpressive.

Overall good ambience but highly pretentious servers and passable food. The server denied taking our order until each of us ordered a starter, main and drink. For a restaurant that is "supposed" to be great and in a touristy location, they lack basic empathy and openness towards different cultures. The server kept making faces along with others that we decided to share some dishes, although we ordered few wine bottles. Hope they learn a thing or two about hospitality, however difficult that may be with their existing staff.

We were greeted and seated quickly. A very calm ambiance with a great view. We ordered the bruschetta, diavola pizza, and sea food pasta with lobster. All the food was phenomenal.

The food are so bad, didn’t expect the pizza has a very wet base to eat with, which is disgusting. We ordered the sliced beef and wanted it to cook at medium rare, but it turns out a bit overcooked and doesn’t worth the price.

We would love to go to this pizzeria. All guests before and after us were seated without reservations, as we heard. Unfortunately we weren't allowed in with strollers. “There's no more room” in a somewhat arrogant manner. It was obvious that there was still room even with strollers.

We accidentally ended up at Sapori yesterday because we were craving pizza. After a short wait we got a table on the terrace. We were served nicely, although the waiter had trouble finding the wine we ordered on his tray. Finally the wine worked. The restaurant was very busy and there were always guests who couldn't fit inside or outside. The 2 pizzas we ordered looked and were very good. We would eat at Sapori again if we were in the mood for pizza.

We ordered pizza and ravioli. The portions are very small in relation to the price and not satisfying, but at a very high level! The service is also excellent.

It's an Italian restaurant inside the hotel. Leave the oven visible and bake the blood properly. there is. 2 bottles of Tuscan Sangiovese wine Morettini draft beer and mussel dish, lamb and tenderloin steak as appetizers and snacks. Tiramisu, which prides itself on being homemade, and since milk is delicious in Switzerland, I ate milk-flavored and Amarone gelato, all of them 👍 The staff service was also great.

We ate there on two evenings. Very good food in a perfect atmosphere. A table reservation is strongly recommended. The next time you stay in Interlaken, a meal at Sapori is once again a “voluntary must”!

Beautiful location for lunch. Food was delicious had the bruschetta and tuna steak cooked to perfection. Service was by the wonderful Paula, since i was sitting alone I could appreciate her dedication and pleasant demeanor towards her clients of different nationalities. I thank her so much for a wonderful service she made my meal very enjoyable.

We had no prior reservation but the staff gave us a table outside . The view was excellent and the atmosphere wonderful considering it was evening time . Service was super quick . Food was good . Nothing spectacular but not bad at all . Overall we had a great evening . Thanks team. 👍

The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, but the taste is less than normal, to be honest. We ordered pesto pizza, which tastes good. The risotto is less than normal, but the one we have is much tastier. The fettuccine is dry.

The restaurant is exploitative regarding the halal menu. If it is on the Arabic menu, its price increases, but on the second menu it is cheaper Margarita 8/10 Chicken with mushroom 4.5/10 Service 10/10 Prices are expensive like other places in Interlaken The bad thing is exploiting the word halal to raise the price

You can skip La terrasse restaurant and you can dine in Sapori. Good pizza and nice view. A little bit crowded.

The atmosphere was great. We sat outside on the terrace looking at the main road. Nice to sit with a glass of wine. That part was great. The food was just mediocre. We didn't get the pizza, but it looked good. Give it a try but there are other local restaurants to check out.

Great location, ambiance and food. However, I can't give them top rating because the service is off. They are very polite and pleasant and they seem to have enough staff, but orders are slow in being served. I observed other tables having to ask why their food came so late and they still hadn't been served their wine. I actually had to flag my server to ask what had happened to my entrée as my salad had long been eaten and the plate had been cleared, it of course came as soon as the server went to the kitchen and brought it out..

The food is good, but the service is very bad, and the employee’s treatment is very bad compared to his dealings with foreign customers. If you do not prefer to deal with Arabs or Gulf people, please write that on a board at the front of the restaurant so that we do not enter and receive bad treatment.

a decent place for dinner in interlaken. it’s a bit on the pricey side, but so is everything in this city lol. the decoration and interior is stunning, the service very nice (thought not exceptional). the food was pretty bland… it didn’t taste *bad*, just not very good, especially for this price.

Horrible experience. Chewy chicken in the pasta. It was a hassle to get it removed from the bill even though I only took a bite. The whole restaurant was looking at us, it was so embarrassing. Do not recommend this restaurant at all! It's not worth it. We didn't even finish the rest of our meal. DO NOT RECOMMEND! They also charge $5 for tap water, just get a bottle. It's not representative of the 5-star hotel attached.

Went in expecting great food at a 5 star hotel/restaurant and got the blandest food and rude service We ordered spaghetti with grilled chicken instead of clams, waiter said that was fine. We got some boiled chewy overcooked chicken instead. The pizza was also bland. No seasoning in any food. The waiter said they wouldn't be able to take it off the bill, and then the manager eventually came over and was yelling that they never make chicken and told the waiter to never take that order again. No clue why the chef just didn't say no when we ordered if he couldn't make chicken properly, it wasn't the waiters decision. Eventually they did take it off the bill but not the service we expected from a 5 star hotel. The manager needs some hospitality training.

I like the food and the service. But I have no idea how do they seat people. I wanted to be seated outside and they responded “ no available seats ; all are reserved “ later two parties of couples came were seated outside although they didn’t have reservations. They just came from the Grand hotel gate side . Honestly, I didn’t like this discrimination. The area is full of tourists and it’s August . I expected more friendly and classy treatment.

Authentic italian food , pasta arbiata and the vegetarian Pizza were superb

The burrata was not very tasty but ok despite the pesto on it. The veal was tender even if we weren't asked how we wanted it to be cooked (very surprising) - also we didn't get the point of hiding the vegetables under the meat surrounded by sauce. The tiramisu was very nice - except the little cherry on top on it which tasted like it was directly coming from a supermarket. The bottles wine selection seemed nice but the glass wine selection was ok though poor in choices but the bare minimum was here to accommodate for our courses selection. The atmosphere why too "High end" when compared to the food. All in all it was a medium experience. A bit shocked to see it in a Michelin selection though.

We loved our dinner here. We sat outside and the views, breeze and lovely relaxing atmosphere was the best. Delicious perfectly cooked pastas and excellent service. We especially liked the pizza with the full burrata in the middle! It blew our mind and was ordered on the suggestion of our waiter (who was the best!)
