The waitress (applause to her, despite the stress, she always seemed kind), busy with several tables, leaves the corkscrew and to help her I wanted to open the bottle myself. I am "reprimanded" by telling them not to touch anything! Furthermore, the drinks received in bulk (Coca Cola and iced tea) were out of gas and in my opinion diluted. Moving on to the actual dinner comes the highlight of the evening. Ribs indicated on the grill menu were actually baked, tartare (good) served at the table without bread or butter. After 5/10 minutes I ask if it is possible to have what was missing and I hear the manager reply in an unprofessional way that I cannot expect to receive everything together as the dish is a mixture of hot and cold. It's not the first time I've had this dish at TCS and I've always received everything together... when asked to cut one of the pizzas we were told no better because otherwise the pizza chef would get angry... I concluded when I asked the manager if we could he could have offered a lemon given the misunderstandings we had and in a very arrogant way he tells me that he doesn't see the point in doing so. I leave aside the rest of the discussion I had with him. Back at the table while I am explaining to my friends what happened, the manager approaches my table asking me what I still had to say. I warned him that I was repeating what had happened shortly before and that I would not say anything more to him. At the end of it all, the waitress offers us the limoncello to apologize. I will never return because I have never been treated like this in any other restaurant and if they ask me I will certainly not recommend it as a restaurant to go to. It's a shame because the place is very beautiful, it perhaps just deserves, in my humble opinion, better management.
