A very nice place by the lake. The cocktails are very good and well served. The music is very pleasant as well as the atmosphere. The staff quite nice. Just the prices which are quite high anyway.

Waitress so rude!!!! I arrived and she attacked me because I didn't have a mask, I had forgotten it in my car, I asked her to give me one while I sat down for a drink, she gave it to me very unhappy! No one takes care of me, a colleague asks her if I have been served, she says no, so she comes towards me to take my order, I ask her for the list of juices, she replies with a contemptuous look, “ well it’s written on the map” in short, horrible. Hateful waitress. People come after me without a mask, she doesn't say anything, she doesn't even ask for the passes. Should I conclude that it's up to the customer? My head doesn't come back to you perhaps? To avoid. I wouldn't put another franc there anymore because of this young woman.

It’s one of those places you just have to step into if you’re strolling by the Geneva lake. With its cosy interior, you’ll absolutely enjoy the view. Service is highly professional. Makes you want to visit again!

Highly not recommended. Extremely unprofessional waiter, who greeted us in English and then continued to speak French to us after we made it clear that we only spoke English. He then switched to English but continued to mix French into his speech, in a deliberate attempt to frustrate us. Needless to say, we got up and found somewhere else to have lunch.

Good morning Waitresses not professional and not and with arrogant air locked up I saw 5 customers because they were waiting and not served because they were chatting with colleagues We haven't finished eating, she clears the table and we order dessert, she forgets and doesn't even come to clean up, and nothing like that doesn't bother her, but we were very nice as customers. Le restaurant est situé dans un petit endroit très agréable le long du Rhône. La vue est top ! Le repas s’est très bien passé dans l’ensemble : service au top et bonne cuisine. Les tarifs sont peut-être un peu élevés mais nous somme à Genève

Service is very slow, uncaring and unorganized, shame because top location. We got ripped off by ordering a plate with a variation of small snacks and realized that some parts were missing which were written on the menu. As we made this aware to the service, he became very nervous and unpleasant. Look if you cant serve the guests what's written on the menu at least apologize and make it up, but instead they ignored our remark and let us waiting 30 min to pay, uncool and unprofessional. Having worked in the hospitality segment I can tell you that this place is not worth a penny. Don't recommend this place to anyone.

Very friendly service and great location along the lake

Nice place and location but service was not so good. Burger was not properly cooked although we asked to be well done. They took it back but they just burnt it from sides and inside was still raw. Price was of course relatively high.

La plus belle terrasse de Genève ! Quelle bouffée d’air frais après cette longue période de confinement ! Le staff est toujours aussi efficace, proactif avec une énergie positive qu’on adore retrouver ! Le directeur est toujours aussi accueillant, souriant c’est toujours un moment de bonheur de siroter un verre au Riverside ! On s’y sent comme à la maison !!!

Enfin ! Un endroit très bien placé où l’on peut profiter de la vue, boire de bon cocktails et une équipe au top !Je comprends pas les mauvais commentaires surtout en cette période où gérer un établissement devient un sketch ... sûrement des « clients » qui sont plus habitués à boire un café au PMU et tant mieux qu’ils ne reviennent pas ... plus de places pour nous qui savons apprécier les beaux endroit de notre ville .

Après des mois de privations, enfin une vraie terrasse digne de ce nom, avec une équipe réactive, agréable, malgré les restrictions sanitaires, tout est géré d'une main de maitre par un directeur très sympathique, souriant et avenant. Il s'est même excusé de nous faire patienter un peu le temps que notre table soit prête. Après autant de privations, patienter un peu pour profiter d'une vraie et belle terrasse et avoir une table nickel ca n'est pas grave du tout.... contrairement à Z613MSbrandond, qui apparemment à un besoin viscérale de déverser sa colère, certainement due au fait qu'il ne correspondait pas au standing de l'établissement, j'en suis désolé pour lui ,alors déversez votre haine et vos propos mensongés sur d'autres établissements que le Riverside.Un directeur au top, toujours d'humeur égale même quand la terrasse est archi blindée et que les gens arrivent de tous cotés, respectueux, prévenant, avenant, une gestion exemplaire que peu d'établissements peuvent se vanter d'avoir, alors que demander de plus ? Un grand bravo à toute l'équipe, et à la direction, ne changez rien vous êtes comme toujours au top.Et pour Z613MSbrandond, qui ne supporte pas d'attendre une table et prétend ne pas avoir de tabourets, une adresse incontournable s'offre à vous... le McDonald au rond point de rive...... never give up Riverside the place to beAvec toute ma sympathie.

The best place to be in Geneva!!! Best location in town, awesome cocktails and the best hosts! Karine, Nicolas, Alain, Louis, Tristan, Lisa,,,, are absolutely perfect!!! Every time we go there we love it! The tapas are good and tasty, the wine always chill, the view spectacular,,,just not enough time to enjoy all this!!! And for lunch time they have a very good menu, with a perfect mix of dishes!! Just TRY it once, and you will be ADDICTED!!!

Nous avons réservé le mardi soir pour le vendredi soir, pour 4 personnes, à 20h30. Nous sommes arrivés à 20h25 et avons été installés après 20 minutes d’attente, sur une table haute de 2 personnes avec seulement deux tabouret. Reçus par un “directeur” qui en n’a que le titre, très désagréable, hautin, pédant et malpoli, qui nous envoie littéralement bouler dès qu’on essaie de lui demander si on pourrait ne serait-ce qu’avoir un tabouret supplémentaire, en nous rétorquant que c’est ça ou rien que de toute façon ils sont blindés et que c’est pas parce qu’on a réservé qu’on aura autre chose ; indigne d’un établissement de ce rang. Nous nous sommes résignés et sommes partis tellement il était désagréable de rester en terrasse avec un directeur et des serveurs aussi incompétents et agressifs.

Impeccable service and good location

Place that I find pretty, but very disappointed with the service. The waitresses chatting with colleagues who had to finish the service instead of serving us. We waited 30 minutes to order, my girlfriend was treated to an orange juice which had visibly gone bad and finally 30 minutes waiting for the bill. First time I came there, not ready to come back.

Es ist ein schöner Ort im Zentrum von Genf, neben dem Fluss, in einer großartigen Lage. Der Service ist sehr langsam und die Kellner können ziemlich unfreundlich sein, wenn der Ort beschäftigt ist. Cocktails sollten verbessert werden (zu leicht), aber der Sack ist ausgezeichnet.

Best cocktails and salmon and quinoa salad

Da kamen wir an und wurden sehr freundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass das Lokal erst in 15 Minuten öffnet, wir dürfen uns jedoch trotzdem auf die Terrasse setzen. Die Bedienung brachte uns sofort die Karte und Punkt 13:00 hatten wir unsere Getränke. Super freundlicher uns kompetenter Service. Jederzeit wieder, das nächste Mal dann am Abend.

Complicated to order and particularly unpleasant waitress

Me gustaba este lugar. Dos (!!!) Días después de la apertura del bar debido al covid - 19 debido al cierre, ¡nos sirvieron un cóctel en una copa llena de huellas de labios de lápiz labial rojo del cliente anterior! ! ! Antes pensamos que parece un lugar relativamente limpio y lavan los vasos en la lavadora, pero nada. Esto es inaceptable y no entiendo cómo no vieron tal cosa. No quiero imaginar lo sucia que está la cocina. Supuestamente, un bar se preocupa por estar perfectamente limpio después de 1 mes sin clientes, y esto demuestra que no les importa en absoluto. Por supuesto, no tocamos el vaso y pedimos una cerveza en botella. Ni siquiera nos lo trataron al final para mostrar alguna disculpa.Este lugar no merece su dinero y su presencia, ya que no hay una persona responsable de la atención al cliente en su interior.Este es el ejemplo perfecto de lo sobrevalorados que están los bares en Ginebra. Se ven limpios pero son terribles y el servicio básico, solo precios caros para soportar sus altos alquileres.

Two (!!!) days only after the opening of the bar due to the covid-19 due to the closedown, they served us a cocktail at a glass full of lip prints from red lipstick from the previous customer !!! Before We thought that it looks relatively clean place and they wash the glasses in the washing machine, but not at all. This is unacceptable and I don’t understand how they didn’t see such a thing. I don’t want to imagine how dirty the kitchen is. Supposedly, a bar cares about being perfect clean after 1 month of lockdown of no customers, and this shows that they don’t care at all. Of course we didn’t touch the glass and ordered a beer in bottle instead. They didn’t even treat it to us at the end to show some apology. This place doesn’t deserve your money and your presence, as there is no responsible person for customer care inside.

Vinimos aquí dos veces ya que nos gustó la ubicación durante las noches de verano que estuvimos allí. El lugar estaba animado y lleno de clientela después del trabajo y le dio a este ambiente joven y vibrante al lado del lago. La comida no es tan maravillosa pero lo suficientemente buena como para sentarse allí. No hay muchas opciones vegetarianas. La ubicación fue el sorteo para nosotros.

Service nul ! On s’installe et là on attend genre 10 minutes mais rien ! Le personnel bouge autour mais ne vient pas vers nous, il faut lui faire un signe de la main pour qu’elle daigne venir vers nous ! Déception de la commande : le chocolat chaud est tiède voire froid et le renversé à un goût d’eau !!! Beurk ! La commande est livrée à moitié !!! Enfin, on ne reviendra pas !

Fish n chips is really good, the seating outside was nice but you would be actually on the street and people be passing you by. Prices are on the high side and customer service is not great, more touristy spot.

We were starving so we wanted to order a burger; they said they only had sandwich and chips with guacamole. They promised to serve the chips in two minutes. More than 10 minutes have passed, no sight of chips. They promised again two minutes, so we just decided to cancel it :(

Nice coffee and food option next to river

A party place, more likely for meetings with coffee and dessert, very noisy in the evening.

Schöne Lage, netter - etwas gestresster - Service, zu laute nervige Musik, aber was leider gar nicht geht, sind Cocktails in Plastikgläsern, spätestens da wird klar, welches Klientel hier verkehrt. Wir nicht mehr. Danke.
