Amazing pastries and the woman that served as was really friendly.

The pastries were very tasty, but also a bit more expensive in comparison. More suitable for gourmets who value handwork.

Curious, during the lock journey from Basel to Rheinfelden, searching for a bakery on Google, I came across the Rohrer Bakery. After a short visit to the town, we found it easily thanks to the signage. You can see the baking art shining in the shop window, your mouth is watering and I was immediately drawn in. It smells of stomach bread and other delicacies. A quarter of a nut cake, an almond croissant, apple turnover and stomach bread. Everything was delicious and super tasty. I have an almond croissant thing: puff pastry buttery, crispy on the outside, doughy on the inside including a transition to the almond mass. He was just perfect. Nowadays people generally pay far too little attention to the baked goods of the day. They have to be good and at Rohrer they are. Also an ingenious apple turnover with sugared flowers and a slight hint of cinnamon on the inside. Splendid. Big compliments also to the Rheinfelder nut cake and the delicious Magenbrot. A must visit after the locks trip. I'm already looking forward to the next visit. This time for croissants and bread. #bakery #badeltourism #lock trip.

One of the last traditional bakeries in the region. The quality is correspondingly good, very fine croissants and the bread is also very good (nice crusts, good shelf life). There is also very good toast bread here. It's really worth getting up early on Saturday. Since it's still traditionally run, you have to be quick and it's worth ordering in advance. The latter was always carried out perfectly, croissants were even not fully baked once because we didn't need them until the next day (and baked them ourselves). We were also given very good advice. Therefore: keep it up and gladly again!

Traditional bakery in the Städle with good bread. Good quality of all products. The sales room is very small but there is enough selection. The salespeople are very friendly. .

The Engadine nut cake is excellent and so is the takeaway coffee. A bench to enjoy these good things outside.

It's good, but it says on the internet that it's open and the store is closed due to company holidays.

Very tasty bread products. I was pleasantly surprised that when I ordered whole wheat buns, which I wanted to use to make burgers, they made me extra burger buns. Great service. Keep it up. I would like to come back.
