Friendly service. The meat was the finest. 😃

My boyfriend, his family and I have gone - and continue to go - to this restaurant several times for dinner. We all usually order the beef fillet (150g each) on the hot stone with country fries. We always leave out the vegetable side dish. The meat quality is high quality. It is tender and tasty. The fries are served warm. All three sauces fit and taste good. The service always had a well-groomed and friendly demeanor. Price range rather expensive - justified. There's nothing wrong with the cleanliness either. I will visit this restaurant again and would happily recommend it.

Very good meat from the hot stone. The atmosphere is very American and loud. Interesting to try, but not the first gourmet address. Prices for food and drinks within reasonable limits.

I asked the service whether the old jukebox was still working, which two employees confirmed. When I then threw a coin in, they laughed at me and told me how stupid I actually was. Absolutely demeaning and not worthy of a restaurant. The steak was ok, but anyone with a meat thermometer can do better at home.

Well, there was probably a lot of worms in there today. The food we ordered was at the table quickly and, as usual, it was very tasty. Then the cabinet of curiosities started playing. There were three of us and we wanted a dessert, the menu came quickly and the waiter was quick to come back to us to take our order. About 15 minutes passed when my colleagues said that dessert should come slowly. Well, I then tried to get a waiter or waitress to come to the table with a hand signal. When a lady saw my sign, she came briefly and said she was definitely there for us, then she grabbed the glasses and napkins from the next table and cleared it away, then she went to new customers, showed them the table, then she took them Order another table. Yes and then Sue set the table next to us and disappeared. Shortly afterwards she came forward again and seemed to remember that we wanted something. So we told her that we had been waiting for our desserts for over 20 minutes...she said she would go into the kitchen and take a look. After that we didn't see the good lady again, a few minutes went by until we saw our regular waiter again and called him over. He also said he would look in the kitchen...after 50 minutes it got too much for us. After 50 minutes we still didn't have dessert and we had 3 employees at the table telling us they were checking. After these 50 minutes of tragedy, we ordered the bill, saying we would like to pay, but after 50 minutes without dessert we were fed up. The bill was written and we were told he was sorry and that he had taken the desserts off the bill. Um yeah, logo, we didn't have one either. Unfortunately, not even a 6. mineral water was credited for these massive omissions. The evening started well and became frustrating. It's a shame, because the meat was great, and the start of the service too, but how three people can mess something up like that. The bad thing about it is that we sat right at the entrance, where people keep passing through, and yet we were either ignored or forgotten, which is a shame.

Anyone who goes to Rolli's usually already knows it. Still, it's always funny. Experienced service and fine food. The atmosphere is really American, except for the smoke of course...

Beautiful place and delicious dishes

Meat quality top, service too. But I don't like the atmosphere at all, tables very close together, very loud, coming and going at peak times.

We went here for a work dinner, but I’ve been to Rolli’s multiple times in Oerlikon and Schlieren and I have always nice experience with them. First time here in Kloten and the Restaurant is huge like really a lot of rooms all American Theme. Staff was so patient and kind cause we were 20 person and it’s a lot to handle with even a full restaurant. Speaking of the food I didn’t take a Starters but my coworkers said that tartare and mozzarella e pomodori were really good and tasty. And for the Stake I took a Ribe Eye 250gr (I Think, it the second measure), normally I take always Santa Fe Steak but I wanted to change. It was like 47.50 CHF and the price is so faire really cause the being you 3 sauces and pommes inclusive. When it comes to quality/price Rolli’s is the best one. The others steak house have so high prices and you can see my feedbacks too that I’ve been to a lot of them and they’re good, surely the quality is higher but I think the quality here is okay too. Dessert was tasty but I was so full so my friend ate the most. And with all of that we spent 80.- each (with wine and water too!!). I love Rolli’s!!!

Highly recommended, fast service... meat of great quality... again and again

Food was very good and the service was perfect. No long waiting times, highly recommended. I ate 250g of Oklahoma rib eye with house fries including salad, which was included in the lunch menu.

It was great once again, I was with friends because they are now also enthusiastic about the quality of the meat and above all the hygiene of the restaurant as well as, yes I have to say, the toilets are all great and everyone is super friendly, we will all be back.

Can only be recommended! I had the Lady's entrecote and it was outstanding. Very tender and very tasty in taste. Our service was extremely friendly and very kind. I'll definitely come again! :-)

Ate well, prices rather upper limit

Unfriendly. Even though we had made a reservation, we would have had to wait in line for 20 minutes. Opersonal looks unfriendly. Completely invalid when we canceled the reservation. For me, this place is no longer worth visiting.

Everything is great except for dessert, you always have to wait a long time, sometimes up to 45 minutes! We always love coming to Rolli's.

Aso I would like to say it, but I'm trying to sit for 3 days and make a reservation for Christmas and I've never been through it once. If you leave a phone number, it should work.

Good restaurant but employees can't remember the order correctly. I recently ordered a sorbet and after I told 3 employees, they still didn't serve it. Of course there is a lot going on and it's just an ice cream, but with an order worth almost 100 francs, respect should be given and the food should be served in full, because when everyone next to me gets their dessert, I don't want to be forgotten. Forgotten is a bad excuse for me after repeating myself 3 times.

Absolutely top quality meat...!

I have been to this location with a friend over lunch time. That day it was not very crowded but I also heard that the place is usually crowded which I can understand completely. The food is absolutely delicious. They prepare a lunch plate with some chicken nuggets and side dishes so that you really feel good. The service is great, staff is friendly and speedy. The prices are totally okay for what you get. It's a location I will definitely visit more often.

It would be out of place to go to a steakhouse and have high expectations of vegetarian options. The other guests have their steaks etc. Highly praised, but my spring rolls were a bit carelessly prepared and the portion was also rather small. Ambience is ok but it gets a little stuffy with all the hot stones (especially in the smoking area).

Meat on a hot stone in all variations and sizes! Were there with a larger group, for which unfortunately not enough chairs were provided. Service immediately found a solution for this. Friendly staff in a restaurant with little detail on the ambience but on the food. It's worth reserving in advance.

As always, the bison steak was excellent. A new hot stone is quickly available if the first one is no longer hot enough.

After a short time the stone was no longer usable and you didn't ask once if you wanted a new one. The service leaves a lot to be desired. You could sit there all evening with an empty drink, no one asking if you wanted a new drink. Generally about the service: very inattentive. The quality of the meat was very good. Unfortunately the fries were cold when the food was received.

The food is “ok”. Nothing special... really not sure why this place is so popular. However, the absolute deal breaker of this location is that they just leave the door between the smoking and the adjoining non-smoking area wide open so that the entire restaurant reeks of smoke.

I eat at Rollis Steakhouse regularly. Best price performance ratio. I always order hot stone and haven't been disappointed yet. Delicious sauces are served with it. Looking forward to next time.

Been going to Rollis for 13 years, and just eaten there for the 30th or so time! the level of food has always stayed top quality, the lamb is exceptional. And I love the beer they serve on tap! But finally a word for the waitresses, they’re all always really polite, friendly, happy to serve and are a credit to Rolli‘s…. I’ve yet to see a better steak house around canton Zurich!

It's so delicious!! The clerk was friendly and everything was perfect. No words needed.

An excellent place for a good dinner.

The staff could not give info about allergens in the food and we were seated in a draughty place with no heaters available and had to eat in our jackets (still cold), even though there were many empty tables in more comfortable booths. Under these circumstances the prices are definitely too much!

My steak was really sensationally good. The fries were also amazing. Unfortunately the ambience in the restaurant is not that great. Visually you can get used to it, but you don't have to. What was worse for me was that I sat in a draft all lunchtime. When I pointed out I was comforted that unfortunately that was the case...

Good and expensive Meat good, but lacks salt/pepper. Fries very good. Sauces OK. For this price you only get paper tablecloths and napkins and decorations that are very outdated. Staff good. A cash cow restaurant not for real resto connoisseurs.
