Price/performance unmatched. Food and quality perfect. I can only rate the ambience in the interior. The restaurant was very well occupied. A garden is also available in summer. I'm sure it won't be the last time I've been here.

Like at home! Courtesy, quality and excellent service. Wide choice of excellent dishes from meat to pizzas through to fish. We've been going there for years and the quality hasn't changed one bit. One of the few places where the waiters are always the same and this in itself is an excellent sign of seriousness and tradition. As always we will be back. Keep it up. 12.16.23 What can I say...I confirm every comma. This time too it was like being at home. Big guys!!

I went to this restaurant after a friend's recommendation. I definitely recommend it too. I ate a cordon bleu always on recommendation and I was satisfied, even though it is a dish I don't like. The others at the table still ate very well, both in the pizzeria and in the restaurant, excellent portions. Good service, available and prices in line with other local restaurants. I recommend booking in advance.

Cozy place and kind service, but when I ordered the carbonara they put bacon instead of bacon; but the dish was plentiful. Otherwise nice place.

We went to this restaurant on Sunday 11th June. There were 7 of us, we ate the pizza, which everyone thought was excellent. When the bill arrives of 200.10 Fr. normal. I put 210 francs on the table. the waitress arrives and asks if that's okay... without bringing the change. It seems a bit excessive to ask for almost 10fr tip!!!!!

A slightly cold welcome, good location, old-fashioned mise en place of the tables (never-ending tablecloths), I strongly advise against going there for vegans and vegetarians, absolutely do not trust the online menu, very uncomfortable lower seats and unbalanced value for money.

We had a great time, slightly chaotic service on a Friday lunchtime in a full restaurant. At the end we spontaneously received a dessert for my son who was celebrating his birthday with even the song! Top, much appreciated!!

As for me, there is one of the best pizza in Ticino. Pizza Diavola My favorite! Amazingly tasty and huge size. Asked to pack a half for tomorrow. Complimenti to pizzaioli! The restorant is acurate and have 2 quite big parts. Also camerieri are very nice, patient and caring. Good place for family dinner.

Since it was renovated it has become very nice, the most important thing is the food, really good......., everything, the pizzas are very good and beautiful large with lots of good stuff on them, even the fish and the pasta, dishes delicious..... Don't miss it...

We arrived at 12.20pm, now it's 2.15pm and the second one hasn't arrived yet. We ordered drinks mid-meal and nothing ever arrived. My starter arrived only after the first course. Good food, inadequate organization, let's hope it was an anomalous day. Extremely bad experience!

Stopped here for a rest and had two cappuccinos and a pastry. It cost 11 SWF and was really affordable by Swiss standards. The pastries were Italian and very tasty. The cappuccino also tasted good. Nice ambience inside. Can be recommended on the way there or back from Italy. Italian is spoken here. Thank you and we'll be happy to come back.

Very tasty huge pizza! We happened to be in this restaurant and loved it. Staff very friendly - really Italian restaurant. Desserts also looked delicious - but we had enough of the huge pizza. We recommend!

I went for lunch with a colleague for the first time. Seeing the decor you immediately think of an expensive restaurant; I didn't look at the menu of dishes and wines but the menu was superb, both the one I ate and that of my colleague. Very staff always attentive to serve cordially.

We were at Romitaggio on a Sunday; already knew the place from previous years. The food here is really good and it is advisable to make a reservation. We ate on the veranda because it was hot and crowded inside - it was much more pleasant for us outside. The service wasn't exactly quick, but it was worth the wait. The food was great! Ideal for parents with children, as this restaurant is located near the Monte Carasso monastery and there is a large playground in front of it. There are also enough parking spaces within walking distance. One point deducted for the waiting times and the dirty children's chair that I had to clean myself. Otherwise highly recommended.

The pizza was burned for the second time. The service is friendly but that's about it... Slowest service in the world and by far. The pizzas were also delivered about 10 minutes apart. We actually wanted to leave at that moment. Or is it normal for you that people eat separately at the same table??? Probably the last visit from me and my family despite the good food. You can just dump the coffee into the bushes... Really sad for an Italian restaurant.

Fantastic pizzas, certainly among the best in Ticino. Very generous dimensions. Very good pasta, definitely worth trying. Not very central area but easily reachable by car from both Locarno and Bellinzona. Very fast and kind waiters. Very good prices, especially considering the quality of the food. Nice atmosphere but very noisy, booking recommended. Absolutely recommended for those who want to eat well.

Great food but... We ate 3 mixed frittoi, 1 pistachio cake, a grape sorbet and a creme brulee accompanied by a glass of white wine. The fried food is good even if the portions are not gigantic, in the middle of the plate there are potatoes and vegetables... We didn't understand the difference between the mixed fried food and the mixed fried food with vegetables... The fried food, although not plentiful, was good , as well as the Catalan cream and the Torino... We asked for a 1/2 white wine, the choice is between a Chardonnay and a Fiore, I opt for a Chardonnay which is served to us in a carafe, I don't know which Chardonnay it is ... okay... We ask for the bill, the receipt shows 1 x white wine CHF 6.00 and 4 x white wine CHF 24.00. When paying we ask for explanations regarding the cost of the wine, we are told that 1/2 is billed per glass... They could have told us when ordering, at this point by adding a few more francs we would have drunk the bottle so we would have seen what we were drinking and in proportion we would certainly have spent less.. Too bad next time, alone or in company we will opt for other beaches..

Good food, questionable plating, I paid 2 correct bailys 8.20 chf and I didn't even see the bailys on a postcard. I was entitled to 1.- of the rest of the bill, frankly which never arrived (I didn't tell the waiter that it was okay). We were served by 4 or 5 different waiters, too much confusion!! I'm sorry but I give a low score considering that years ago it was an excellent restaurant; it has lost quality!

A good restaurant, I've eaten there 4 times. Today I wasn't totally convinced, unfortunately my pizza wasn't salty enough, the waiter didn't come for a long time, well today it wasn't perfect but ok. And I'm going there again.

The pizza was very bad, only 5 pieces of ham and 3 of bacon. The dough was waaay to thin (0.5mm) and it was soaked.. just a no go. The seafood was in no way fresh, it was very smelly and we had to return it. Last but not least, if you can't speak Italian, they will not like you at all. No support for your order. I really don't recommend this place. The pizza was terribly poorly topped. The bottom is about 0.5mm thin and too soft. It doesn't work at all! The seafood was by no means fresh and had a strong smell. We had to return them without a refund. If you don't speak Italian, you will be served rudely. Absolutely not recommended!

In the Menu there is Sorebt but when you order it you will just get normal ice. Everything is extremely small and overpriced. Customer service is very poor. Would never recommend this Place. One star because the Coke wasn’t bad something they cannot get wrong.

The restaurant is really recommended. I've eaten there several times. Reservations by telephone are no problem during regular opening hours. This also went very well in the short term. And if you showed up 30 minutes earlier, that wasn't a problem. The pizzas in this restaurant are 1)not only delicious but 2)also huge. You have to be really hungry to eat that. The staff is also friendly and tries to accommodate all requests as quickly as possible. Tip: It's best to come and order before peak meal times. Everything happens pretty quickly there. To pay, you can also quickly go to the checkout and pay there. This is how you save the most time.
