Just visited, the portion size is bigger than necessary but fairly tasty. Even though my German is poor, the staff were helpful and friendly. Pricing a little expensive for potato dishes but not excessive for Switzerland. Would I go there again- yes, the atmosphere was very positive.

Only Röschti for those who aren't fans there isn't much choice, just salads or soup. I was taken here by someone who said there was something for me without Rösti. Well I ate a sad salad that wasn't nicely presented for 13. - the seeds were very small for a main course

Super delicious food. I had the hash browns with pork liver. And the ice cream. That was the burner, I've never had such delicious ice cream - great 👍🏻!

Yesterday I was at the Röstifarm for the first but definitely not the last time. Without a reservation, it's almost impossible to have space here. Rösti in many variations, but also other dishes. Reasonably priced. The ambience is also good. My cordon bleu hash browns and dessert were very tasty. Looking forward to next time.

The food is very good. Unfortunately we had to wait 50 (!) minutes for the food. Our toddler had waited patiently for a long while, but then became impatient due to hunger. Because we didn't find service (Lisa) that friendly.

Food below average, e.g. Canned mushrooms are simply not appropriate for a Swiss restaurant. I love Rösti, but unfortunately we're used to good cuisine and it's not even mediocre. Cleanliness a MINUS - 5/ out of -10! Floor dirty, stained, dusty, lots of hair from animals etc on the floor. Restaurant opened at 11.30 today Opened at 11.45 so we simply weren't cleaned there. There are a lot of cobwebs, dust, etc. on the decorations on display. Be sure to thoroughly clean the place.

Completely overpriced Rösti with canned mushrooms for just under 26.00 CHF is simply not justified. The service was ok, depending on who was serving. It wasn't clean, the deck was full of spider webs and unfortunately the floor wasn't clean either, dog hair and other dirt. We won't come anymore.

Nice rustic atmosphere...large selection for brunch with a good price-performance ratio in good quality...reservation necessary...gladly again...

Food was OK. But it sounds like more than it really is. The ambience was nice and the service was spetit and friendly despite the large crowds.

This is how you imagine a secluded resti. Reservations are recommended! During the week too. You can also have other good dishes, but if you're there, take a Rösti!👍 the selection is very large. They are each freshly prepared. My recommendation is the foresters.

Short and sweet: -One Rösti black, the other tasted like Rösti from the bag which I fried. -Very nice atmosphere in which a lot of passion was put into. -Sauces were great. -Service was only present sporadically in the back.

The food is great and the service is very friendly. The facility is a bit older but very interesting. We always enjoy coming back. The portions are large and you never have to wait long for your food, even though the restaurant is full.

Anyone who loves Rösti will love the Röstifarm. There are many different Rösti dishes that are prepared absolutely freshly - you can even watch them. We have been to the Rösti farm several times and each time we have different Rösti and they all taste great. There are also other dishes that have hash browns as a side dish. The serving ladies are very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is absolutely great, with older farm equipment, telephones and similar things. The dessert is also really great. Definitely worth one or more visits. We were definitely not there for the last time.

We made reservations two days in advance and informed about our daughter's gluten-free diet. This is not a problem, you should simply inform the service staff. We came at a time when there wasn't much going on. The card indicated that the staff was knowledgeable about allergens. When we asked the service clerk (I think her name was "Lisa" - short black hair) we got the answer "Gluten? I don't know what that is supposed to be!". She wasn't particularly interested in my explanation. We then ordered the original Rösti for our daughter. When I pointed out that they should let the kitchen know again and pay attention to contamination, she said "we don't have any Rösti with wheat" to which I replied that the Äpler Rösti had pasta in it, for example. “The kitchen definitely knows its stuff.” In general we (5 adults, 4 children and 1 baby) had the feeling not to be welcome. The food was OK, but I've definitely had better hash browns in places that don't specialize in them. Plus the underground service... we probably won't come back.

Very good rösti, we ate at three different restaurants but this was the best. Also many variations available, including smaller ones for children * Enjoy the Corona time and enjoy the beautiful views between the times

Nice and characteristic Swiss cuisine place where you can taste typical dishes and good beer. Adequate service and a lady who also speaks Italian. Prices in the Swiss norm.

Typical farm to eat on a weekend

Unfortunately, the Rösti farm is no longer what it once was. Despite there being few people, you wait a relatively long time and the food tastes like ready-made rösti. Things used to be different.

Perfect size for a meal. I dont understand anyone who said the price is too high but I guess I definetely wouldn't rate it on the cheap side. some people writing these reviews seem to have no idea what actual rösti should taste like clearly, as it reminded me of the way my Swiss grandparents made it. Usually I get quite tired from eating at restaurants but this experience almost made me feel rested. I love the claw machine in the front! ❤️

Super tasty Rösti specialties and very large portions, we were all more than full. We didn't spend more than 65 per person for a starter, main course and dessert, including drinks and coffee. Very good price and performance ratio. Extremely friendly staff and a lovely garden terrace with cool decorative elements. A unique place to be! Highly recommended and the garden terrace is even wheelchair accessible ;-)

Very tasty food but very inattentive staff. We had the feeling we weren't wanted there. Waiters walked past us and acted as if we were nothing. It's a shame...we wanted to spend a long evening there, but were no longer served.

Veal liver with Marsala sauce before a sparge cream soup. Very fine and value for money is right. Service very friendly and personable. People always ask, another drink? A look at the dessert menu? A coffee with that? It just fits!

Well-run traditional resti led by a woman and her hard-working employees. There are many *Röschtis* in all imaginable variations with or without meat. The rooms are extravagant, furnished and decorated in a rustic way like in the old days - very worth seeing and a short tour is worth it! Tip: for a cozy evening on the weekend, be sure to *make a reservation* for the various furnished rooms. Goodbye and see you again soon 👍

Very good food, exceptional location and a little out of the way, which is not meant in a negative way. We planned it as a stopover on the way back and will do it again if the opportunity arises.

Rustic rooms, interesting selection of Rösti. However, I missed something with chicken. And waiting 1 hour is simply too much, even when the rooms are full. There should be at least some interim information in there - or a friendlier reaction to the tip...
