We had a baptism at very short notice in the Rössli. Joe was very nice and was very patient since it was our first time planning it. We were allowed to come and decorate everything beforehand, and we were allowed to leave the cake that we had brought with us in the restaurant beforehand. The food was delicious. Allergies were addressed, such as gluten-free and peanut allergies. Everyone was very satisfied. The only thing was that the space was a little tight, but once everyone was seated it was fine. The service was also great, open and friendly. The location was great as the church was very close. We recommend. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

We were a little early for Divertimento and thought we'd spontaneously try our luck. Short inquiry, 8 people and we got a place straight away. Nice hospitality and very fine food!

We wanted to have lunch in the restaurant on a Friday at 12:45 p.m. The restaurant was closed for no apparent reason, even though the opening hours on the door were stated until 2 p.m. The innkeeper briefly came to the locked door and pointed out to us harshly that he was closed. Without giving any further reasons... Very strange behavior and we definitely won't be visiting the restaurant again.

Food was good, service was generally good too. Unfortunately we had to wait far too long. Almost 60 minutes for the starter. The service was good and tried hard. I don't know why it took so long. A small apology would certainly have been appropriate. A pity.

The food was excellent, as was the ambience, which we enjoyed to the fullest. However, the waiter who served us was a disgrace! There were only a few tables available, but we found the eye rolling when asked questions and the stupid answers “I don’t know what it’s like, the chef won’t let me try” extremely out of place! Also the unfriendly question “do you speak German?!” Just cheeky! It was because of this gentleman that we were at Joe’s in Lachen for the last time!!

Generous table arrangement. Food very good, except for the practically raw vegetable side dish. The innkeeper only appeared from a distance, although there was enough time for a short tour. Service, on the other hand, was great.
