It was time again for a delicious meal at the Rössli. Especially now when you can sit outside on the beautiful terrace. When making a reservation, it's always nice to see the handwritten tablets with names on them; you immediately feel welcome. There is a menu that includes, among other things, the hits: Rössli burger, tartare and cordon bleu. But there are also 4 specials offered. But we decide on the dishes on the menu and take: Starter: tartare, bruschetta, mixed and green salad Main course: Tartar, gratinated tartar with rösti, cordon bleu with salad instead of fries, tuna carpaccio with avocado All dishes are freshly prepared and therefore a short waiting time is to be expected. This is bridged with a greeting from the kitchen, which really makes you look forward to the food. The tartar is available in both small and large versions and depending on your taste and courage - spicy. The tuna carpaccio was very successful. A little racy note underlines the dish. The Cordon Bleu is - as usual - very good. Likewise the two versions of tartare. Bread and butter can be ordered as desired. For this we decide on a Zweigelt Unplugged. The wine selection is large and good. We also have dessert. Igelati ice cream is available here in different variations, such as: Baileys coconut, Americano or fruit. At the end there is a Carajillo for the two men. It was a very nice evening with very nice hosts.
