On Friday, March 15th, 2024, we were guests for the first time in the Rössli restaurant, or in the stylishly converted old haystack "La Ferme" (in German: farm) next to it, where the annual "Diner & Dansant" 💃🏼🕺🏼 took place has. It was an absolutely successful evening with a stylish ambience, an excellent 4-course menu (also for the unmarried cheese allergy sufferer 😉 #insider) and excellent service. The Martin Ingold Orchestra 🎺🎹🎷🎶 led through the evening with a lot of charm and a good mix of slow and fast pieces of music, to which all guests present danced. Our only point of criticism is the 5m directly in front of the entrance to the street, which is not necessarily ideal for dancing shoes 🩰 (especially when it has rained). Otherwise, we were completely satisfied and would be happy to make the journey from BeO to you again! Keep it up! 😊

Very idyllic country inn with a cozy winter garden and rustic parlors....🫶 Entercôte for 2 people. was excellent, served on a platter with rechaux, with fine herb foam and vegetables🥦🥕, with Bernese fries.🍟 Meat quality was excellent! Large wine list, 🍷Exquisite desserts🍮, everything freshly prepared!! Worth mentioning the excellent homemade "Züpfe" .....🙏 very hospitable boss and courteous service!! Absolutely recommended and definitely a “workshop for the senses”....🫶

Stopped there by chance. Was received very friendly by the boss. The service is top, as is the food. The ambience also leaves nothing to be desired. What more do you want? Gladly again!

Dinner with theater afterwards. The meatloaf and the side dishes were not delicate, not seasoned enough and the consistency was too solid. Disappointing

This was an amazing surprise. In 57 years and with the privilidge to eat in some of the worlds greatest places, I have never experienced food like it. Amazing, from the salad , bread, butter, main course, desert every single element of every dish tasteed the best ever. Literally stunned and would drive 500 miles again for such an experience.

Average food (ordered a steak "rare", got it more than "well done"). A lot of "circus" around the serving (fancy covers that get lifted at the same time for the whole Party revealing just an average plate). Too expensive for what it is. But, perfect location!

The most customer-friendly and lovingly run restaurant I have ever visited. I won't forget my visit at the end of April. We had reserved a table in the Stübli to celebrate a birthday. I hadn't been to the Rössli since I was a child and I was surprised. The boss Fritz greeted us when we arrived and his team was extremely competent and very friendly and funny. The menu emphasizes seasonal goods. The food was excellent and prepared with a lot of love and care. My needs regarding my allergies were also taken seriously. The Crêpes Suzette were even prepared in front of us which was a great show. The attention to detail can be seen right from the entrance through the entire restaurant, even to the toilet. The restaurant is beautifully designed and offers a pleasant atmosphere. If you are visiting to eat and linger, I would recommend making a reservation. I would have liked to post a few photos of the great dinner, but the food and the atmosphere invited me to enjoy it and put my phone away. I would happily recommend the restaurant Photos from the last visit on September 1st ☺️ everything was great.

At the Rössli Säriswil with Marina & Fritz and their team you always feel completely at home. You are immediately welcomed and can relax and enjoy a few minutes with a delicious lunch or dinner. Fritz with his charm and sayings brightens up your stay even more. Always worth a visit. Keep it up.

Great place for a dinner dance.

Welcome atmosphere & delicious dinner! In December I spontaneously visited the Rössli with a friend from Holland - and I asked myself why I hadn't come earlier. :) We were warmly greeted by Fritz and then served by dear Miguel, who humorously served my English-speaking girlfriend. We felt really comfortable! The atmosphere in the Rössli-Stube – so cozy! The food; traditional, Swiss, with a lot of love and details. (Duck breast & fries pave: mijam!, pork schnitzel & noodle: nomnom!) After a nice coffee and a quick cuddle with the fluffiest cat EVER, we went home happy! We will be back! :)

A homely restaurant where you can eat very well.

TOP FOOD AND TOP SERVICE! We were lucky enough to stop at the Rössli in Säriswil during the game season. Fritz and his team served us with a lot of love and humor. We are already looking forward to the next visit!

We celebrated a big birthday with the family here today and everything was absolutely perfect! Even though we only reserved about 4 days in advance, we were assigned a great table in a quiet room. The staff were without exception friendly and always had a nice saying or comment ready. The children were also given a very warm welcome and we felt very comfortable. We were at the Rössli for the first time as wedding guests. The food was first class, there were great alternatives if you had allergies, and the staff was extremely attentive and humorous. The atmosphere was great and the ambience and furnishings in the ballroom were uniquely rustic. We will definitely come back as guests.

I was able to attend the birthday party of a 90-year-old man. The food was first class and the service was very good. The senior host helped with the service. He is a pleasant entertainer. At the same time he would occasionally tell a joke that made the round table laugh. A visit to this inn is an experience. I highly recommend it.

The aperitif in the green, the lovingly placed details on every corner, the entire coordination with the suppliers involved, the beautifully prepared plates and the very attentive, competent and fast service made our evening an unforgettable experience would be happy to recommend to any bride and groom looking for a bride. All four of us were completely satisfied. What a perfect evening with perfect food. Really top quality, great wines from Switzerland and competent service. Here we cook with passion. And thanks for sharing more vegan/vegetarian dishes. Since the evening menu “only” had falafel as a variant without an animal, I was offered the egg mushroom noodles from the lunch menu and they were a dream!!! We will be back.
